TB hôtel avec un petit déjeuner compris très copieux ! Rapport qualité/prix très intéressant et personnel très accueillant. Seul reproche = faire payer les connexions internet semble un peu exagéré surtout à 2 dollars les 15 minutes.......... Propreté et comfort impeccable avec un écran plat dans la chambre.

La décoration de l'hôtel et de la chambre est surranée, le lit était d'un confort moyen et petit (140 cm). L'emplacement est très satisfaisant, très central. Les chambres sur l'arrière sont très calmes Le parking et le petit-déjeuner sont compris dans le tarif de la chambre, ce qui est rare dans cette région. Le personnel de la récpetion est très sympa.WI-Fi gratuit.

Very helpful at the Front Desk. Also enjoyed vallat parking. However, the cost was not included in the price of the room. Because it is so close to down town, you might as well park on the Street. Service was really good. All areas are really clean and in good condition. The Restaurant Menu is a little short but quality and taste of the food is extraordinary. Only issue was the elevator which is extremely slow and it was broken during the weekend.

So glad we upgraded to the junior suite - it was well worth it! Room was very spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The gas fireplace was a nice touch. The pool and spa was a great bonus - it was never very busy, and very relaxing. Great hotel with Excellent Staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat. The only complaint was with the Evergreen Restaurant. I ordered what my menu called a 16oz AAA T-Bone and received a 1/2" cut of beef which I wouldn't have bought at the local grocery store if it was on sale for 90% off. Absolutely […] the worst cut of beef I've ever received at a restaurant. To top it off I ordered the steak rare and received it well done (obviously it is difficult to cook that type of cut rare, but after sending the first one back the second was just as bad.) For the rest of our stay we avoided the Restaurant and had nothing but good experiences. The hotel has an excellent pool and hot tub area with a steam room. The spa services are excellent. Overall we had a great stay in the hotel and would recommend it to others. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff were. We were taken care off in every aspect of our stay. Our 2 year old had a blast in the pool and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere next to the fire place in our room. Lisez la suite

The hotel is located near the downtown within easy walking distance of most things we put our car in the undergroung garage and never moved it until we left. Very freindly professional service. food is very good quality overall experience we would stay there again.

our stay at the hotel was nice. we had a disturbance in the night from other patrons and some loud water pipes so they upgraded our room and gave us a free breakfast. the breakfast buffet was good. my only two complaints are that there isn't any continental breakfast, so if you want to have breakfast in the morning, no matter what you have to pay for […] it, and it was relatively pricey. my second complaint was that you had to pay for parking, when there wasn't anywhere else to park. if there were other parking options, and you had the choice of underground parking, that would be one thing. but the only parking outside of the hotel was 5 blocks away. in closing, our stay was nice and relaxing, we appreciated the upgrade and free breakfast. we would most likely stay here again. I was expecting more for what we paid. Thought we were getting a room with a fireplace and balcony and we didn't. The room had no view and we wound up with 2 queen beds instead of a room with one. The staff told us that the room with one queen bed was very small. Staff was not very friendly.
Your comments are concerning as this does not reflect the daily service we are accustom to providing while staying at our hotel. I am sorry your experience with us did not reflect the daily "straight from the heart" service we are recognized for. I hope you will be able to return to us so that we can show you how we improve. I would like to note, our hotel does not indeed have balcony suites, instead we have 4 Premier rooms which have access to our garden terrace but do not include fireplaces. Please let our front desk staff know your preference during your stay so that we may find the best suited room. Thank you again for submitting a review on your stay.

CAme to stay with wife and two kids - great reception whan we arrived and helpful finding stuff we needed. Good fun in the pool and really convenient for our day in Banff before early day skiing at Sunshine Village next day.
What a great recommendation for future travellers on their ski vacations! Our grotto theme and salt water pools are the perfect spot for an apre-ski relaxation. We are so happy to have hosted you at the Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge, we look forward to your return stay.

Thought the hotel is comfy and cozy I felt that it was not worth what you pay. The Banff Aspen Lodge offers more for less money. The concierge when we arrived eluded to us parking our own vehicle as this would be better for us. I found this unusual. The front desk staff and house cleaning staff were very friendly.
I apologize for the value in service and product you received as they did not meet our daily standards of service through Delta Hotels. I have ensured that Front Office Manager addresses the concerns in your review so that they do not happen in the future. She will of course also hear the front desk staff were friendly. We just completed our first trip to Banff and enjoyed visiting the town. We stayed at the Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge. I didn't care that we were placed on the first floor when others checking in at the same time were given higher floor numbers. Also, each morning we ordered room service breakfast and had to request butter & jam for our wheat toast […] even though it's listed on the breakfast card as being included. However, overall we did enjoy our stay there for the price. The room was clean and I liked the push button fire place and the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Lisez la suite

Very friendly, competent staff. Beautiful hotel within walking distance to downtown. Beds are firm and we found the restaurant menu very limited. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful experience! My husband and I arrived very early intending on just dropping our bags and see the sights of Banff. We were very pleasantly surprised that the hotel staff checked us in and gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to do during our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Really liked the layout of the bathroom. Rooms had […] ample storage space and the fireplace made for very cozy evenings. When we jumped in our vehicle (underground parking very safe and convenient) the next morning to start our scenic drive to Jasper, there was a note on our windshield saying something to the effect "enjoy your day through your just cleaned windshield". The hotel & service was very nice. Parking & street access a bit tight, but understandable. Breakfast (a buffet type) was overpriced (particularly for light eaters), consequently we went elsewhere for all but one day. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night at this hotel on our first visit to Banff. We like to be close to the downtown action and this was a great choice. It only took a few minutes walk to downtown Banff so we didn't need a car and had lots of time to visit and take pictures. Nice hotel, clean spacious rooms and good plunge style pool. Gym is better than nothing but is more like a cupboard than a Gym- just be honest and describe it as such please.

My family and I loved this hotel. The rooms were large, the beds comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to walk to downtown Banff. I will certainly stay there again.

Nice, upscale hotel a 5-10 walk from downtown Banff. Tricky to see when you come down the road as the front is rather small and hidden by trees. Small but nice pool. Small but nice fitness room. Expect touristy prices for everything. They cleaned our windshield overnight in the hotel's underground parking.

This hotel has superior rooms at a very reasonable price for the location. The staff was extremely accomodating in every respect. The rooms were far better than we expected and what one might find in a luxury hotel class establishment. While we were not there at a time when the fireplace could be used, one could imagine how much fun that feature could […] be. The indoor parking was easy and safe at half the cost of city hotels. This is a very comfortable and relaxing hotel to stay at. the pool is excellent and the staff are very helpful. We stayed for two nights with out kids and I would absolutely recomment it for other families as well.

Very new, very well appointed and gorgeous. Only downside was the entrance to the parking garage is a VERY tight fit - I was driving a mid-size car and scraped the curb twice because I could not see it from the car - the hotel itself is perfect though - could be a bit closer if you want to walk downtown but still on main street, just a bit out from […] downtown. My friend and I had a wonderful time at the Delta Banff Lodge. The staff at the front desk and concierge stand were extremely helpful in providing us with maps and advice on what to do around Banff. Enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and the coffee maker and fridge were nice to have. As there was a private function in the dining room, unable to comment on it.

Our first interaction with the hotel was bad and it all went downhill from there! While checking in my wife was hounded by the valet guy to move the car. She told him that she wanted to wait to have me do it as it was a rental and she did not feel comfortable. He then suggested that he move it for her, and again she did not feel comfortable. He came […] back to bug her about it 3 times, while the whole time another customer's car was parked in front of ours with nobody in it. Finally when we were heading to our room the valet guy passed us and gave my wife a disgusted look. I had a heated conversation with the guy in the lobby and he kept putting the blame on my wife. Nobody made any attempt to apologize for our experience or compensate us in any way. When going to bed that evening we had to endure the muffled sounds of a band playing for a wedding in the lobby or courtyard. This continued until around 1 AM! The next morning we took our daughter to the pool for a morning swim...this was enjoyable however when we went to our room our keys did not work. It took the maintenance people 30 minutes to get to our room while we waited in the hall dripping wet. Again no manager or other employee saught to apologize for these issues or make up for them in any way. Would have been a decent stay if not for the service. Would not recommend this to anyone. I am particularly interested in your review as the service you received, did not reflect the consistent high quality service and standards we are known for, which I am very sorry. While we had a wedding in house, we still abide by the noise policies of a 12:00 AM mandatory shut off time as to keep a high consideration for all of our other guests in house. Please be assured that I will be following up with our Conference Coordinator and Food and Beverage Manager as to why noise policies were not met. We will use your review to modify and improve our service. My sincerest apologies for your negative experience, I look forward to creating a positive one in the future.
