Petit déjeuner très banal. Pas de apin, pas de fruit, Le buffet du samedi soir est limité, arrivés vers 20h, il n'y avait plus de dessert. rien pour remplacer, mais prix inchangé;

super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!

the hotel was wonderful but the pictures of this hotel are not of this hotel there is no indoor pool and no indoor period all rooms are outside and it is not one big building

Older style motel. Clean. Condition fair.
"Modest accommodations but good location"
Clean, no frills lodging. Another good thing is the location ia at the beginning of the strip so you don't have to fight traffic getting to the hotel or going to Pigeon Forge. Great location because I enjoy walking. Go up the strip on one side and come back on the other. If you're price shopping there are motels for $25 in Pigeon Forge.
"Everything I excpected"
Rooms are the old style LARGE rooms. Furniture was a little old and drawers did not work 100%, but other than that all was good. Room was clean, bathroom was new'ish. Had to request extra blankets because comforters were removed. Excellent location to everything. Staff was friendly. Low price was a BONUS!

While this little hotel doesn't have balconies over looking rivers and creeks-- it's nice enough for someone who is a bit of a clean freak. There's complimentary coffee. Beyond that it is a no frills hotel that is just off the main drag of Gatlinburg where there isn't quite as much chaos.

Great location! Very rundown though. Borderline creepy. I took a self defense weapon with me to walk to the coke machine. Room needs updating. Had a peeping Tom. Staff is super helpful and nice

This is not a place I would ever go back to. The queen size beds were actually doubles. The room was dirty. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was very limited parking. Not worth what we paid.
"Awesome"
The room was a suite that could sleep 8 people. Full kitchen, 2 full baths, living room. The only issue was a little mold on the ceiling in the master bath/jacuzzi area. Told the staff about it and they stated it would be taken care of. All I can really say is "WOW", I will always ask for this room when I return.

"Another nice stay in Gatlinburg"
We had an initial problem with our jaccuzi suite, but the friendly staff took care of the problem right away. The location is close to downtown, but just enough away from alot of the traffic. The pool was nice. Would stay here again.
Room was clean, mattresses were new and comfortable, the tub and sinks were new and very nice. It was nice to have 2 sinks, one in the bath and one out. The carpet could have been cleaner, but overall the room was very comfortable. The maid left plenty of towels, and they seemed new also. room not cleaned stains on sheets tabled had plastic on it dirty. lobby smelled of pinesole. musty smell in room an elevator. small bathroom. checkedout one day early.

Close to all the action but not right in the middle of it. We had a king jacuzzi suite and it was huge! It was so nice to be able to spread out between the two rooms.

"Great Location"
It was pleasant opening the door and the room was bigger than expected and the room smelled clean. Even the kids were very happy with the accomodations. Walking distance to Gatlinburg sites and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. We definately will stay here again!

We loved the location. We were able to walk to a lot of nice restaurants and shops. the employees were very nice. It was located next to the Atrium Pancake House and they served the Best Breakfast ever. The hotel gave us a 10% discount ticket, since they do not offer a continental breakfast.

We booked a King Suite with a jucuzzi tub. We were given another room at first but when we asked the lady at the front desk she switched us with no problem at all. Our suite was roomy, very clean and quiet

My girlfriend and I both were impressed with the room we got with the king size bed, jucuzzi tub and fireplace. The only complaint I have is the tubs jets weren't all that powerful and I saw no way to turn them up. The wi-fi worked great, I loved that they had two bathrooms so no waiting. The bed was very firm with thick pillows. The main reason I choose […] this hotel was the fact it was only a block away from the Hard Rock Cafe so it was an easy walk to have dinner there. "Good bargain"
The room was perfectly comfortable, just not fancy. It was very clean; the housekeeping staff arrives early each morning and is eager to please. Contrary to other reviews, there were no signs of cigarette smoke (to which I am highly sensitive) and most rooms had No Smoking signs on the doors. I had a much better (queen) mattress than one usually finds […] in a motel. I chose the one-bed option, which comes with a nice little sitting room attached via a partition, and the sitting room had its own TV, even larger than in the bedroom. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Bring your own diet sodas (the vending machines were always out) since the room has a mini-refrigerator in addition to a microwave. Try the delicious pancakes at the motel's restaurant (the baked apple pancake has been reviewed in a national magazine). The servers at breakfast were very friendly. I liked that the motel is toward the less congested end of the strip, but within easy walking distance of the rest of the town. For the money, I will probably book this motel on my next trip. "Great Location"
I would recommend this to anyone who would like an economic stay within walking distance to great attractions. For the attratctions located further down the "strip", we were within walking distance to the tram. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast at the hotel was good. I would definitely stay there again.

HOTEL WAS OK THE ROOM WE STAYED IN LOOKES LIKE THE DOOR HAD BEEN KICKED IN A COUPLE OF TIMES RM 301. NOT BAD LOCATION EASY WALK TO EVERYTHING. BED WAS FANTASTIC SLEPT GREAT, MAIDS WERE VERY GOOD. OVER ALL OK FOR THE MONEY!

"Can't Complain"
This hotel was not the most updated hotel I've ever stayed in, but was clean and the staff were super friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the king suite was huge compared to others I've stayed at in the area. The location was a little bit of a walk to the shops and restaurants, but a fair trade not to have to listen to all the noise on the strip […] at night. Would definately stay again. Lisez la suite
"Needs a good DEEP cleaning, but great location!"
Hotel staff was very friendly. Had no problem accomadating our motorcycle trailer in parking area. Over all good room but it really needs a deep cleaning and is also alittle out dated. A/C in bedroom loft did not work very well but downstairs worked really well. Really enjoyed that it had a full bath and a stand alone whirlpool tub. Also had an unexpected […] fireplace which made it quaint-would really be nice in winter. Really cozy. Great location- just across from the Hard Rock and Harley shop. This was the best hote we had ever stayed at anywhere. The rooms were spacious & affordable.Rooms were clean.Had a good size fridge,micrwave,wi-fi.Me & my family loved it.

This was an awful hotel and truly disappointing experience. We decided to try a Best Western since we were without the kids and the amenities were not really important for the 2 of us. The room was very dirty. The carpet was stained all over from the outdoor hallway throughout the room and there was literally hair behind the faucet. There are zero amenities […] other than the pool which was in dire need of being shocked. We were also woken up both nights from the smell of smoke coming through the bathroom vents. It was a holiday weekend and options were limited. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. You will not be happy here. "Not the best hotel for non-smokers"
We chose this hotel because of the convenient location in downtown Gatlinburg. We were pleased with our room, but we requested a non-smoking room, and smoke from outside was VERY noticeable in our room. We moved to a different room, and the next morning, experienced the same thing and finally had to move to a different hotel. The staff was very helpful […] and understanding, but unfortunately, despite the convenient location, the set-up of the hotel makes it difficult for non-smokers to be comfortable. Lisez la suite

"Convenient and Acceptable"
The location is great, very easy access to local attractions and to all the in-town shops. the lighting could be better and the A/C blew behind the draperies and not into the room. We had to "rig it" to make it work effectivly. Staff was great and very knowledgable of the area. It is an older motel and could use some efforts to update it and brighten […] it up some. Star rating exaggerated Quality of this Hotel. There were burn holes in the bedding and leaking air conditioners. Parking was limited. The decor has not been updated since the early 80's.
