Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and close to several restaurants etc. Only complaint was on the king size bed, the 4 standard size pillows were old and not fluffy at all. Bed was uncomfortable to me as well. Overall though, good place to stay!

Nice location, but the mattress on the pull out couch was so bad that none of us could sleep on it. My 2 daughters & I slept 2 nights in a king size bed together.

Just off of 35E but you will not see the Inn from the highway - it is hidden behind another building, so be sure to have a map. It is not hard to find if you turn on the right street! Nice big room and lots of counter space around the sink area which was outside of the room with shower and toilet. Breakfast was the usual fare - great cinnamon rolls. […] The coffee was horrible, but there is a Starbucks nearby - ask the front desk for directions. The air conditioner ran at a steady fairly quiet pace - didn't have the loud constant start and stop of a lot of hotels. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a Walmart if you forgot to pack something. Our stay at Holiday Inn was very comfortable. We reserved our hotel room online and checkin was very smooth. The room was a lot bigger than we thought it would be and it was extremely clean. When we woke up te next morning we were very refreshed as if we had slept in our own rooms in our own beds.

Nice clean hotel to stay for business trip. The night check in clerk was real nice. Super helpful. Rooms were clean. Location was very convienient to all major highways and airport. My meetings were in the northern suburbs and this spot was great. I would definitely stay there again.

We were absolutely burning up in this room. We moved to a hotel across the street and we nearly froze the first night. Awesome decision to move to a different hotel.

Everyone was extremely nice and i was treated great the entire week i was there. Room was clean and i was even upgraded to a suite because my room was not ready when i checked it.

this is an excellent choice for your stay.

The hotel was very neat and clean inside and outside. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast area was well stocked and clean. The room was spacious enough for the four people staying in it. It was convenient to the areas we visited.

What a great hotel. The front desk staff are present and more than willing to help you. Our room was spotless. We will stay here again.

First contact with the Front Desk occurred before we even arrived - had to phone in for directions during a violent storm and rush-hour traffic. The staff was extremely helpful in navigating us through the Dallas freeways to the hotel! Upon arrival, the hotel was spotless and the staff was very welcoming. Staff was great, location was fantastic. We found the breakfast to be a little off. We enjoyed our stay.

This isn't going to blow your wife's socks off, so don't stay here for a romantic evening unless you're a college kid with little cash flow trying to impress your sweety. Its a traditional HI express. Pretty new, has all the basics you need to function, and its close to a some restaurants and some shopping centers.. I wouldn't stay here for a personal […] stay if I planned on staying in the room all day, but if I was visiting the area and just going to the hotel to sleep, it'd be optimal. Lisez la suite

This hotel is in a good location in Lewisville. The service is good and the rooms were comfortable and clean. When I checked out the cleaning service had the front desk chase me down to let me know I had left a tooth-brush charger in the room. The only complaint I have is the elevator is very s-l-o-o-o-w! Take the stairs if you can. Be sure and book […] your room through someone besides Holiday Inn. They would not come down on the price at all. Hotel was nice, but my truck was broken into. So now I'm having to replace a broken window, a laptop computer, a digital camera and my boss's shotgun was stolen as well. Sure would be nice if security cameras were in place to curtail this kind of thing, or help solve the crime! The crime happened near the main entrance!!

Great service. Large room. Clean and lovely.

Room was larger then I expected and it was extremely clean. I'll be staying here anytime I am in the area. The breakfast was also better then most hotels I've stayed in.

Had a King room with whirpool tub. Room was nice clean and big. Love seat Chair flat screen. Loved the bed it was big and very comfy. The whirpool tub in the same room as the bed was a great bonus and liked every bit of this hotel. I have paid much more for much less at other places. The front desk was very nice. The breakfast was good. Price was good. Very good location alot of places around to eat and shop.

Large clean room with a nice view. Free internet service in the room and a free business center with access to printers. Free parking and located next to a shopping mall and the freeway. Great contenental breakfast that includes eggs in 3 different ways! You get a lot for the price you pay! Four and five star hotels should look at providing some of […] the same features & benefits!
