We were there shopping for a new home to move from upstate new york to Florida, we found the hotel a great place to stay and we found it quiet and easy access to all highways and townships and shopping was just around every corner. Thank you for the comfortable stay after driving 20 hours we needed a non-stress stay and that is exactly what we had.

Accommodations rate a 5+ but the continental breakfast leaves something to be desired. The room service also needs to learn that change left on the counter isn't an automatic tip. Not happy about that episode and the front desk simply said "sorry but what did you expect."

breakfast seriously lacking. air conditioner in room keep us awake ALL night. had to re-make bed--fitted sheet was too small for queen bed and kept pulling off.

Had no problems at all. Check in was extremely quick and the clerk was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Traffic can be noisy in the daytime, but at night it was very quiet. Would def stay here again!

Very small room but bed was comfortable, room was clean, and plenty of hot water for shower. Definitely worth the price.

This hotel was clean and neat but smelled like smoke even in the non-smoking room. We ran the air cold and the fan constantly and that made it very tolerable. Comfortable bed. Very polite staff. Nice pool. Breakfast was individually wrapped Danishes, nasty coffee, grocery store bagels and fruit. There is a fridge and microwave in the room but our fridge […] had to be turned on (no biggie but do it when you first arrive if you'll need it) and the microwave didn't work. Overall the place was fine for one night and seemed to be in a nice area of town. Very convenient to lots of restaurants, a mall and grocery store. We would stay again. Lisez la suite

When I go out of town I look for Microtel's. Normally, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. At this location there were only two pillows. When we asked for more we were told there weren't any. If the AC was on it was too cold in the room, but if it was off it was too hot. No happy medium. The television was close to the ceiling […] and very small, watching it caused neck pain. Their "breakfast" was a joke. The power went out. We were happy with the room and the hotel. Everything was clean and well cared for. The staff was friendly and seemed to want to make us welcome. The breakfast is a little light but all and all we had a good stay.

The room smelled terrible and the AC was not working well. The walls were so thin you could hear people running around in the hall late at night. I will not be back.

We were shocked at how small the room was at first but it turned out to be really cozy. The price was very reasonable and location was perfect for us. I would definitely use MicroHotel Suites again.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accomodating. The free continental breakfast lacked a little. Guest had to continually ask for more items to be brought out and what was brought out was frozen (when it shouldn't have been). However, that is the only negative that I could find.

Was in town for a tournament. Room was a great price for what we got. It cost half of what the hampton inn next door cost. The team stayed at hampton inn, yes it was much nicer, luxurious , flat screen tvs, much better breakfast. But, microtel cost half as much and we had a suite with frdge and microwave.

This was my second stay and the hotel is superb. I only had one issue with the AC going off every so often even under the coldest setting. I had another stay earlier in the week and that AC was just fine in the other room. Other than that, they could improve the breakfast selection but it is free. Overall, still very satisfied.

Customer service has a lot to be desired. My internet connection never worked. Front Desk despite knowing this, never sent anyone to look into this. I asked for a blanket, I never received it. No explanations of why it was not delivered. Many other hotels in the area. If you don't have a pet, choose another hotel even if it is more expensive.

Clean and efficient common areas. Due to high volume, we had to accept a smoking room (UGH) but the staff brought spray which helped a lot. A/C was not working properly but maintenance arrived immediately to fix the thermostat problem. Housekeeping did not empty trash for 4 days. Otherwise, room was very clean, quiet atmosphere. The hotel was very nice for the price. The rooms were non smoking and very clean. The TV volume was set low and hard to hear. The breakfast is basic but the fruit was ok. Dog friendly and even had a dog walk. I would stay there again.

Toilet needs repair. Smoking area next to side entrance needs to be moved! You have to enter and exit by smokers and the nasty ash tray can full of butts from smokers.

The hotel was ideally situated for us because we only had to go 16 miles to reach Alexander Springs in the Ocala National Forest. It was very quiet and comfortable. Located right next door was an excellent "Ruby Tuesdays" so we just walked over there for dinner each night. It was very reasonably priced, not noisy and had excellent food.

Everything in the place is fresh and clean. The breakfast is plain....but the eating area is kept neat and clean. The desk staff was not terribly friendly, but they did their job. The maid service was very efficient. Overall, we like this place. We have returned here twice. Aleays the same.
