I stayed in this hotel whilst attending a conference here. With respect to the conference, that took place in the hotel, everything seemed well organised and prepared. One thing that was not very good was the food in the hotel. The breakfasts were amazing, a lot of choice from bakery and pancakes to eggs with bacon. The lunch or dinner however was a […] completely different story. The lunch at the conference was pretty bad. In my opinion, a side dish such as rice or potatoes should have been provided but never were. The deserts were the only thing that was delicious from the whole lunch menu. With respect to the room, it was clean, spacious and very practical. My room had a view of the hill and it was quite nice. The bathroom was nice, a bit run down though. Air-con worked very well. Iron and tea&coffee making facilities were also available. Comfortable and clean but a bit tired. The hotel is about 10-min walk from the sea. It does have a nice swimming pool and you are provided with a towel upon your arrival. I would recommend this hotel if that was the best one in this price range one could get. We booked this hotel for our honeymoon on the basis of previous reviews and we weren't disappointed. The free parking was a huge bonus, the hotel was a 10 minute stroll from the beach and it was lovely. Our only points to note would be that the pool was quite chilly, the breakfast is extortionate at 19 euros each (walk into town, much cheaper and half […] the price!) and don't get anything from the mini-bar, again a rip-off! The tea/coffee facilities aren't great either, one teabag and 2 milks. The maid to service the room was very early sometimes, 8.30am. The hotel did not provide any advance notice they were making renovations to the pool area with pneumatic drilling all day with the exception of between 12-2pm. The noise was unbearable. 1 free drink per person was offered as compensation but one of the main reasons we selected this hotel was use of the pool. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of October 2010. The hotel was clean and tidy and the saff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was modern and choice of menu good. Although we didn't actually make use of the pool (as the weather was a bit on the cool side in late October) it appeared to be clean and sunbeds were plentyful. […] The hotel itself is a good 25 minute walk from the centre of Cannes (which can be rather tough for those not used to walking) but there was a free shuttle bus which ran from 8.00am to 8.00pm back and forth into the town. The bus was being serviced for 2 of the 3 days we were there but the hotel paid for our taxi to the town centre on two occasions. We stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights in July. First thing: July is very hot and humid there in the French riviera, would not go there again in the middle of summer!! I lived in Las Vegas for 10 years but this French heat was much worst. About the hotel: This hotel is not on the beach , it is in a residential area, about 10 min walk away from all the […] shopping, restaurants and beaches. We loved the are. It was quiet, and we had great sea views from our patio. This is also the only hotel with free underground parking (that could cost you an other 20-25 euros / day) and free buffet breakfast ( very very good with lots of fruit, meat, pastries etc.) and free wireless internet access in your room. These things got me sold and I was not disappointed. The pool area in not super fancy but pretty nice. Pool is though pretty deep, so not very good for kids. They charge 8 euros/day for sun bed around the pool, but one level up they are free. I have to mention that they had many kids around (we don't have kids) but I noticed that they had many many cute programs for kids, they had a whole playroom for them, and many entertainers for them (I am not sure if that was free or not) In the evenings they had different programs in the restaurant around the pool with live music, dancing etc. Great little resort. i would recommend to stay here. The hotel is neatly settled ten or so minutes walk outside of the town and sea-front in a residential area and thus, a nice quiet location. Rooms are a bit small, but the decor is satisfactory (root vegetable pic. not withstanding!) and the cleanliness is up to scratch. We had a standard room with a "mountain view". Truth be known, it's a view of the […] houses on the hill, but fine. A few days in, the Head Concierge upgraded us to a superior room which is a bit larger and a pool/garden view, which was nice. The staff are lovely; friendly, helpful and attentive. Children are well catered for, spoiled even! Housekeeping, concierge, kitchen/bar/restaurant staff; all really excellent. Several of the staff are local people and are pleased to be able to help you out with local information and opinion on where to go, where to eat, etc. if you just ask. During our stay there was a motorcyclists convention, business event and a wedding, none of which got too noisy or disrupted our holiday, such was the logistic skill and hard work of all the staff. Buffet breakfast is good. Shuttle bus has to be booked with 8-seats, but walking to town or beach is perfectly do-able for all but the very young or infirm. The only thing I'd like to see changed is the pool. It's too deep for children who don't yet swim well. At it's shallowest it's 1.6m but not by the steps! The two steps are 1.7m and 1.8m. I'm 1.91m, so just keep my head above water by the time I reach the bottom of the steps! Lisez la suite

Though the Croisette is not that far away, the shuttle service is very useful and moreover it's for free. Checking out I've left a bag at the lobby, and it was sent at my home address at a reasonable charge. The staff are kind and gentle, and the rooms are clean and wide enough.

Hotellet är tydligt slitet men har spår av ett bra Novotel. Standard rummen är små och sängarna håller inte hotell standard. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som täcker upp hotellets svaga punkter. Läget medför att det blir mycket taxi, vilket är synd med tanke på Cannes litenhet. Bra frukost, fin pool men tråkig bar.

Besøgte også hotellet for 5 år siden med stor succes hvorfor vi vendte tilbage. Denne gang dog med mindre begejstring end sidst. Morgenbuffeten var blevet væsentligt forringet. Der var ulidelig byggestøj fra nabogrunden, hvilket vi ikke blev gjort opmærksom på forinden. Tæpperne på gangen var pletter, slidt og trængte til udskiftning. Quando vado a Cannes vado molto volentieri al Montfleury. E' un po' in alto, il che trovo vantaggioso per il rumore e la confusione. Ma in dieci minuti a piedi si è già in Rue de Antibes. La piscina è molto confortevole e quando c'è un po' di gente anche il servizio bar bordopiscina è comodo. Ci sono campi da tennis e tutto quello che serve al benessere. […] E' in un'area verde in cui è bello correre. Amo anche molto i balconcini che tutte le camere hanno. Fint hotell, med fine rom men at solsengene ikke kunne brukes fritt & at man måtte reservere de & betale kr 65,- pr seng var latterlig!
