la photo de votre site ne reflete pas la realite ,hotel impersonnel et tres laid d architecture ,proposer plutot des auberge s a coté pour le meme prix aucun caractere,vraiment pas en rapoort avec la beaute du site mais sinon hotel et personnel correct et petit dejeuner enorme

it was a great hotel, great location. right by the historical street. very good location. the only negative feed back is that for a 4star hotel, they were charging for internet access. I rather them to add 10 euro per night but have that included!

The hotel was just ok, location was not great for us wanting to hit the slopes. We had to walk to the bus stop, take the bus, then take the train, then walk from the train to the mountain. Thank goodness we drove our car. The parking...ugh, frustrating!! They have limited spots and the private garage is not hotel property. Overall the stay was very good. The hotel employees were very curtious and informative about the surrounding area and attractions. The hotel's resturaunt was a little expensive but the service was good. I highly recomend the breakfast buffet, but make sure you pay upfront when you are booking or you will pay more in person.

Nice Hotel in great location, but some reception staff could be more polite when dealing with guests at checkout.

We stayed Sat & Sun nights. Hotel was within walking distance to great little restaurants and shops. Complimentary breakfast was great. Nice pool but a little heavy on the chlorine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. They accept VAT form if booked directly w/ hotel, which makes the price great.

Great hotel location - in quieter Partenkirchen, and still only a short walk to train station, Garmisch, and walking trails. Close to some great restaurants in Partenkirchen. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast spread! Our room had a fantastic view of the surrounding Alps. Would recommend this place.

The first room were went to smelled bad a smoke however they were happy to move us no problem. The room was clean and tidy, heating didn't work so well but everything else was fine.

This hotel is just a couple of blocks from the old part of Partenskirchen. It is very much like a typical American hotel (it is part of the Accor group) in that the rooms are good sized, ours with 2 double beds, a sitting area with a table and seats, and a nice clean bathroom with a shower and tub. (The water pressure was excellent!) It has a indoor […] pool, sauna and exercise area which are nice. We did not sample the restuarant. There is a small grocery store right next door. It was about a 15 minute walk to the train station in Garmisch, through pleasant streets. With the city tax you pay on your hotel bill you get a pass to ride on the city bus system throughout Garmisch-Partenkirchen, with is a nice plus. There is also plenty of free parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Parking was a little scarce and the wireless internet was non-existant in our room. The pillows were uncomfortable. Those are the only negatives I can think of with this hotel. Every single other thing was outstanding. I was very happy, and the hotel was very fairly priced.

The mountains were a lovely sight to see when first waking in the morning. A convenient location to be able to tour castles and monasteries in the area.

this is a wonderful hotel and worth every penny but there is no parking. We drove around for 30 mins trying to find parking. This is the only thing wrong with the hotel.

Die Einrichtung entspricht dem Sterne-Standard, die Fugen im Bad weisen erste punktartige Schimmel Spuren von Silikonschimmel auf. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, sehr netter Service. Die Lage direkt neben der Fußgängerzone vom Ortsteil Partenkirchen. Der Poolbereich war ok, aber zu dunkel. 家族３人（子供小学生）で２泊しました。プールもテニスコートも無料だったのでありがたかったです。しかも、バスローブもラケットまでも無料レンタル。フロントも親切だし。ツインにソファベッドを使って３人で泊まりましたが、ソファベッドも質がよく硬いクッションでよく寝られました。過不足ありません。ただし、ガルミッシュとパルテンキルヒェンの旧市街では栄えているのはだんぜんガルミッシュです。このホテルはパルテンキルヒェンの旧市街の入り口にあります。ご注意を。

According to the review of this hotel, the breakfast was free. So I thought the cost of the breakfast was included in the price of the room. But it wasn't. And I had to pay 20 euro per person! Lidt typisk skihotel, men meget pænt og rent, med central beliggenhed og god service. Fri brug af pool, sauna og dampbad, men med fællesbad. Lidt dyr morgenmad.

Vi boede der kun en nat. Receptionen super venlig, værelset dejligt, rent, hvad der er behov for, meget tilfreds. Kommer igen.

Mercur hotel i Garmisch Partenkirchen er et aldeles fremragende hotel. Rigtig god service. Rigtig god morgenmad. Rigtig dejlig wellnes afdeling med svømmebassin og wellnesområde og sauna og dampbad. Rigtig god og venlig reception. Rigtig god restauration hvor der ikke er de mange retter , men bestil blot hvad du ønsker og så tryller de i køkkenet. Rigtig […] god og proffesionel betjening i restaurationen. Vi betalte Kurtax på 2 euro, og så kunne vi køre til Østrig med tog gratis med Schnee-express, og masser af andre gode oplevelser i byen Garmisch P. Familj bestående av två vuxna och två 9-åringar på skidsemester i Garmisch! Vi trivdes väldigt bra på Mercure hotell. Det var rent och snyggt överallt och personalen var trevlig och duktig på engelska. Frukostbuffén var mycket bra och gav oss alla en bra start inför en lång dag i backarna. Extra plus för poolen, bastun och träningsrummet. Det var […] skönt för musklerna att slappna av i den sköna (dock något kalla) poolen. Tänk på att det är gemensamt dusch- och bastuutrymme vilket kan vara pinsamt för oss blyga nordbor. Hotellet ligger bra med gångavstånd in till gamla delen av Garmisch och även central Garmisch Partenkirchen. Bussarna är det bara att hoppa på och åka gratis med, men de går inte särskilt ofta. Großes unansehnliches Hotel ohne Charme, welches so gar nicht in die Umgebung von GAP paßt.

Rommet var veldig varmt, måtte sove med vinduene på vidt gap :-) Noe vi stusset over var at de ikke kunne ordne opphenting på plyplassen, men utkjøring til flyplassen var helt ok.

Spesielt fornøyd med hotellets frokostbuffet
