Un vieil motel, besoin de rénovation. Une odeur insupportable dans la chambre non-fumeur (?). Pourrait être plus propre ( les essuies, les draps).

The room was comfortable - the woman at the desk was very helpful with all questions we asked. It was a short ride to where we were working. The hallways were cold and needed work.

The bed was sooo uncomfortable, the floor would have been better!

This being the 10th or 11th time we stayed here in the past year and a half, it is just as we expected, convenient, comfortable, clean, reasonalble. We'll be back

on check in my wife noted a strange odor in room, only the start of a less than stellar stay. bathroom was dirty, carpet crunched when walked on. price was cheap, location very close to airport. final strw was reaching under bed to retrieve sandals and discovered condom wrappers. much better choices are available do not go on price alone

If you are looking for saving dollars, OK, but even so, I would not stay here again. The room had a bad "deodorized" odor. The breakfast - um...no.

This is about the tenth time we have stayed here and we will be back. It is quiet, clean reasonable and convenient.

the whole experience was very good. Hotel was clean and the hotel clerk was very pleasant and helpful.Very easy to find from the thruway and close to the airport.

The hotel is inexpensive and you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a hotel close to the airport and inexpensive this is the place for you. It provides a space to stay, sleep, and leave the next day. The bed was hard and towels were old and very scratchy. Don't expect a lot be it was convenient and inexpensive. The carpet is red!

the room was adequate for the night. the hot water took some time to warm up but the sign on the mirror explained the issue so it was not a surprise. the room was clean.

Basic hotel but great value for the low price -- close to airport, free wifi, fridge in room, quick and courteous late-night check-in.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and cost was reasonable, what more could you ask for? I will stay at the Red Carpet Inn in N. Syracuse, NY again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BED AN NO HOT WATER, UNLESS IT RUNS FOF 20 MINUTES!

We stayed at the Red carpet last week. Overall we give a 4 out of 5. The staff, was most helpful and kind. We really like that they have a ZERO tolerance for any problems (roundness etc) We have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate times, and will stay again. We are a family, with 2 children. A 5 month old and a 4 year old. We felt safe. We actually changed […] to the Red Carpet from the Days Inn Carrier Circle which was loud and smelled like smoke. The Red carpet was very clean and did not have a card room smell. We in the past 2 years have spent almost 20 nights at Red Carpet, over multiple visits to Syracuse. The walls are a little thin between rooms and we could hear the TV. All we had to do is ask and they would've switched our room. The heater doesn't really go past 68 (maybe if that) and is loud on this October visit (in the room we were in). They are replacing them room by room, but not yet the room we were in. They would gladly have moved us, all we had to do was ask. The front desk told us to switch the heater from high to low, and that actually was warmer and worked better. We like the ZERO tolerance policy more than any worry of a heater in October. The owners and workers care. And it shows. On one visit we were cold in Jan 2011, and the front desk, which is manned all night, got us more blankets and a space heater within 2 minutes of our call at 3am. The hotel has the best deals on rates in Syracuse, if you stay 3 or 4 days at a stretch. The hotel has several buildings. The newer buildings are the best to stay in. The one older building they are fixing. Each visit we saw workers working. This hotel is maintained and very well kept up. We will be staying at the Red Carpet when we are in Syracuse again. The check in would be a danger to anyone's health, as the clerk had an incessant, wet, coarse cough she was spewing all over the counter, the guest, and the registration papers. She needed a hospital bed instead of working as night clerk. The motel was very difficult to access during the hours of darkness. The hotel lobby was musty smelling and the room was dingy. Bed was very uncomfortable and poor quality of bed covering (blankets-had holes in it) Run down looking environment.

Not as modern and new as others, but I was pleased with all, including the price. It is located under flight paths, but not a bother. All-in-all, not bad.

This has to be the best Red Carpet that we have ever stayed in. The front desk staff was helpful in finding two ajacent rooms for our friends and us. The morning clerk helped me resolve a problem with the free WiFi on my laptop. We liked the closed in walkway with the security doors enclosing our row of rooms. We have stayed here before and it was fine. This time our room was awful. Our bathroom was a mess. Mold in the shower which could have been cleaned. One sink had fish line in it and when our room was serviced the line was still there. A mistake happens so I would give them one more time if the same thing happens we will not stay again.

It may be the humidity, but the room smelled like urine and was very uncomfortable unless we had the a/c on full blast.

This hotel was just okay. In desperate need of a facelift, especially in the bathroom and the carpet could use replacing. Room was dinghy but I believe it was clean. But overall, nothing overly good but nothing overly bad either.

I've never stayed here before, but 45 years ago used to live in the area so I know it fairly well. I've stayed several times on the NW side of 81 before, but this is the other side and just not sure of the neighborhood. but the complimentary wi-fi never worked had to ask for them to reboot everytime single time which was a pain. Just don't bring anything imoortant to do while there. Other then that it was a wonderful stay.

A simple motel near the airport. If you need some rest after a long flight, this Inn is a good option.

Every thing was great except for the bed was way too firm! Very uncomfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was close to 81, easy to hop on and off. I found Tops and Wegmans, a library plus alot more. The only noise I noticed was from the airport.

From the outside, it looks decent. The rooms are spacious but not clean. No coffee maker. No lid to the ice bucket. Toilet not clean. No tub, just shower stall with curtain. the bathroom was so small that you had to stand touching the toilet bowl to look in the mirror. BREAKFAST INCLUDED means juice, fruit and muffins ONLY. Smells funny in rooms. Towels […] only slightly larger than a hand towel. Only bright spot was the pizza place in the mall beside-good pizza and wings. I would avaoid this one folks. Great rates, right off Interstate 81. Very clean, well maintained. Continental breakfast 6-9AM with coffee available until noon. Very pleasant desk and cleaning staff. Older neighborhood but safe and secure and very god value.

The most pleasant part of my stay at this hotel was the gentleman that checked me in when I arrived. The whole room had a very bad odor, and later I discovered everything in my suit case smelled the same way when I got home. I was very dissapointed. The towels were hard and so was the bed. The bed spred also had a big whole in it. Check out time was […] 11am and the front desk was nice enough to call me at 10:45 am to remind me, unfortunately, shortly after the cleaning people were keying into my room at 10:47, it didn't make me feel like a guest. Keep in mind I had pre-paid through Hotels dot com and only needed to turn in my key. I will never stay here again. i went to college in Syracuse and will definetly pay the extra money next time. Seriously, centipedes. The hotel room smelled odd when we got there, old people smell. The room seemed reasonably clean no obvious stains or anything quite like that. The real issue cam about when I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. When I came back I found a centipede waiting for me by my headboard. I've since identified him as […] belonging to the species Scutigera coleoptrata which you can look up if you're interested. I was initially concerned that this was the type of centipede that would crawl into my ear and eat my brain but upon reading the wikipedia article about this species of centipede I found that: "House centipedes feed on spiders, bedbugs, termites, cockroaches, silverfish, ants, and other household arthropods. They administer venom through modified legs." So no worries people, you're protected from all those nasty bugs by the venemous centipedes standing guard at your headboard every night. What a relief. Unfortunately my father wasn't so lucky, something unidentified bit him under the arm that night. I bet he wished he had a centipede to protect him. Lisez la suite

I was in town looking for apartments in the area. My first room smelled like a smoking room even though it was a no smoking room, so I asked to be switched. My new room was better, however the internet didnt work 90% of the time which was frustrated as I needed the internet for my apartment search. It is located right near the US 11 which was convenient. […] Room was pretty clean, water takes a while to get warm/hot. Condition of the hotel (halls, common areas) are warn and outdated/old. Your staff was very professional, friendly and helpful , especially with directions and suggestions to a great restaurant. Only negative was the mattress was very hard but everything else was very nice.
