"Victorian Inn, Hutchinson"
This is an older hotel but well maintained. Actually, some of the antique furnishings in the public areas are charming. We had a standard room (#111) which was very clean. Our bed had a new mattress and was quite comfortable. Breakfast, "free"- included with the room price, was not gourmet quality but adequate. Along with the usual items it included […] hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and biscuits/sausage gravy. We would stay here again. Lisez la suite

"Good hotel friendly staff"
Was a short stay but great overnight stop
"Was an okay place to spend the night."
Beds were not confortable. Our room had no windows that went to the outisde so we didn't get any natural light. Our "patio" door overlooked a balcony in the middle of the hotel. Room was large and generally clean.
"Huchinson, MN"
The toilet flooded the bathroom. I shut off the water to the toilet and called housekeeping. A woman showed up with a plunger and a bucket. After explaining what happened she replied "I don't know what to do" and left. We were left without a working toilet.
I enjoyed my stay. The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. Room service was very prompt and efficient. The room was clean and perfect for my needs.

Room was clean and non-oderous. Staff very helpful. Check-in and check-out was super fast. Perhaps motel needs some updating, however it was clean. Perhaps that is refleced in the pricing.
"Bad Pool at Best Western in Hutchinson"
We recently stayed at the Best Western Victoria Inn in Hutchinson, MN. We chose this hotel not only for the location, but also for the pool. After getting to the room, the only thing my son wanted was to go swimming. We went down to the pool only to find one of the dirtiest hotel pools I have ever seen. It appeared to have a film on top of the water […] and you could see the long strands of hair floating in it. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over a month. My 4 year old was devistated! Not to mention the two other children that were with us. When I asked them to have the pool cleaned, they locked the doors to the pool and didn't allow people in for about an hour or two. When they opened the doors back up, the pool looked the same. Extremely disappointed and I will probably not go back. Lisez la suite

The hotel was overall very nice. The only complaint is the mattress in our room was too firm!

Very good service, older motel but well kept. Nice bar. My only gripe; they should replace the mattresses.
