Nous sommes arrivés un vendredi soir, nous avons attendu 30 min pour l'enregistrement, pour se garer il fallait encore de la patience car pas assez de places pour le nombre de clients !! Et le soir venu (21h passé) une équipe de sport , client de l'hotel s'amusait à communiquer en criant dans les couloirs qui donne sur tous les étages (voir photos) ça a duré un certain temps ... Le jour suivant c'était un peu le même genre sauf que là c'était une fête pour enfants qui a duré jusqu'à 00h, la musique à fond dans l'hotel! Cet hotel immense, luxeux ne m'a pas conquise du tout. L'eau de la piscine était trouble :( Le restaurant de l'hotel ferme à 21h. Je ne le recommande pas!!

Plutôt bon rapport qualité prix. Simple mais bien. Belle piscine.

"Low quality"
The motel section of this hotel is old, dreary and reeks like stale cigarette smoke. The "spa pool" indicated on the description and in the photo no longer exists. According to the front desk clerk, "it was filled in two years ago." Another guest we met at the pool was also disappointed to find that the spa pool no longer existed. "Satisfactory hotel with nice pool"
Good bedding, nice warm pool, friendly staff, adequate breakfast - just the thing for a quick trip to Northhampton. A bit far from the center of town if on foot - but easy distance with a car, and great price.
"Great location for the price"
We could have spent twice as much for a location in the middle of Northampton, but we didn't want to. This location was fine....walking distance from Northampton. We used the pool and had it all to ourselves. The breakfast was fine. No complaints.
"Worst Hotel I have stayed in"
When checking out after one night I asked to see the manager about the cleanlyness of the bathroom. Call back tomorrow the young girl told me as the manager was not there on a Sunday. Over the last month i have 8 calls in to the manager, leaving my phone number. No response at all. The bathroom had black mold in the shower and hair stuck to the door. […] Shower curtain had mold stains where it was washed. Stains on front room curtains. Never again will I stay there or book a room in another Quality Inn. Lisez la suite

"Old hotel - don't get on 2nd floor unless young"
I found it unbelievable that I was only offered a room on the 2nd floor and there was no ramp or elevator to get there. I was on a long trip with a very heavy suitcase and cooler which I had to get up/downstairs which were narrow and steep. The staff did not seem to think that this was unusual or any problem, but I am 63 years old and recovering from […] a foot reconstruction. "Quality Inn Northampton"
No frills hotel close to Noho center. The rooms could use some updating, but overall the place is okay. My only complaint was the funky smell in the room. It dissipated after a couple hours, but my first impression was revulsion.
"Nice Room"
We stayed here for a show at the Calvin Theatre. Check In was easy and the location was great. We could walk to the show. The room was very clean. Only problem was the indoor pool. The A/C was broken and they still had the pool heated. On this 100+ degree day we didn't want to swim in tepid water in a pool area that more resembled a sauna. Very steamy! A second of 3rd class motel, old and kind of dumpy, not a great place and certainly not at the price.

Unfortunately, this is one of only two hotels in the area where the downtown area is walkable....This is overpriced, but the other hotel was more overpriced...THIS TOWN NEEDS MORE HOTELS NEAR TOWN...have stayed here before and this time our stay was just ok..our fridge was broke and it seems like the general maintenence of the place could be better. We ussually stay at the Hotel Northhampton, but on this trip we really wanted to be able to go swimming. The entire stay was very enjoyabe and surprisingly inexpensive. Not only did we swim to our hearts content, WE SAVED OVER $100. All our future trips to NOHO will be spent here.

There was no light above the bathroom sink. The room was nice and clean. There wasn't much hot water in the shower.

"Cheap Hotel, Not Accomondating at all"
Hotel was not nice at all and attitude of manager was terrible, but my wife & I traveled together and room had hardly any towels and they knew 2 people were coming, but not enough towels for 2 people. Also, they had a continental breakfast.It ended at 10am. We checked out in lobby at 10:07am,breakfast food was still out and no one around to clean-up. […] When we asked MANAGER of Hotel if we could grab a few things he said no. Hotel was empty and was after a big storm-2 days later.You would think they want business. This was wrong. "Quality Inn Northampton, MA post Thanksgiving"
The motel was relatively empty. The front desk upgraded our room to a king size bed on the ground floor instead of two standard double beds on the second floor. The continental breakfast was much better than at other comparable motels. The hotel is right off I-91 and less than a mile to the center of the city.
This hotel was clean, within my budget, very accomodating and had a great breakfast. Friendly staff, close to town and a reasonable distance to other attractions.

"Quality Inn + Suites, Northampton, Mass"
This was a motel, but quite an up-market one. Huge double bed, and very clean and tidy room, with big ensuite bathroom, and excellent shower. Good breakfast. Guy on duty when we arrived mid-evening was a bit brisk, and his directions to get into town led to us ending up back on the Interstate, with no exit for 10 miles ! Morning staff much more welcoming […] and on the ball. Location described as being within walking distance of town centre, which is a bit misleading, as it's about a mile away, - too far when it's pouring with rain, as it was when we arrived. "Not the greatest hotel, but good location"
The best thing about this hotel was its location. We could walk to downtown Northampton in 10 minutes, which was great for exploring bars and restaurants. However, the room was really dark, the hot tub was closed & didn't show any signs of future repair, and there was lots of loud construction work going on during the day.
"Unrenovated rooms not worth the price"
Good location. The differences in rooms was vast. Some were done over and looked pretty good. It appeared that the main hotel was redone but only part of the "motel-like" area was and the rooms that were not done over were not great. Not worth the money that the room cost. Small pool but adequate if no one else was there. Would not stay there again […] unless I called the reservation line and was assured of a room in the taller hotel area that was renovated. "Filthy carpet"
Upon check-in, we discovered that the non-smoking room we booked had been previously used by serious smokers. It smelled so bad in the room that we had to ask for a second room. The second room, while smoke-free, had a filthy carpet complete with cracker crumbs strewn across it. The rest of the room was fairly clean, but because of the carpet (I did […] not feel comfortable walking in bare feet on it), I would not recommend this hotel. Lisez la suite

"quality inn n. hampton MA"
u get what u pay for for. it was moderately priced, so everything was average. the treadmill in the fitness center was broken. room was clean, but walls and ceiling were paper thin. walking to town was a plus. stay here if you want a cheaper alternative to the clarion thats closer to town.

This hotel is in bad shape, once I got to the room with an outside enterance there was no power going to the lights, or the outlets. The only light that did work was the one in the bathroom. The front desk said that they had nothing else available and made no attempt to apologize for the inconvinience. Then when you ask the front desk if they could […] refer you to a restaurant or let you know where a restaurant was located all he said was "I don't know I don't go out to eat." "Good location, close to town"
Hotel is close to major highway and downtown area. Clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again.
"Don't be fooled about the location"
The hotel's website suggested that it was located "adjacent" to many downtown hotspots. However, by "adjacant," clearly they meant nearly 2 miles away. For the amount of money for this somewhat average hotel, at best, we were very disappointed, thinking we'd be in the downtown area. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was in need of a new carpet. The sheets were clean and the room itself was ok. The bathroom was ok but tiny. The sink was outside of the bathroom which made it kinda weird. We stayed in a room near the stairwell and we hear people talking going by our room all night. They was also a door in our room that lead to another room that seemed to […] be under construction.
