Très bon hôtel, propre et très comfortable. Un très bon accueil, petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Chambre très spacieuse avec toilette séparé de la salle de bain. En revanche, rien aux alentours, voiture indispensable.

je recommande vraiment cet hotel, non pas pour son architecture quoiqu il a été rénové et est vraiment rendu agréable. Je le recommande surtout pour son équipe souriante et vraiment soudé pour rendre aux client leur séjour le plus agréable possible et cela de maniére amicale et détendu qui n a rien à voir avec l accueil souvent un peu rigide et froid. […] le service y es vraiment courtois et rapide , et l equipe est gentille et professionnel, la situation n a rien d attractive étant qu il se situ aux abords de la m6 mais une campagne insoupçonnée s étale aux limite de la zone industrielle. enfin l hotel est extremement calme la nuit . Plenty of parking and ease of access on outskirts of Bradford. Good size room, clean and with good facilities. Very reasonable cost. Did not partake of any food so cannot comment on this. Would stay again.

A very bog standard cheap hotel (the Ritz it aint) but that said rooms were large and beds comfortable (but suspect Colour scheme) individual heating / air con, lashings of hot water, free wifi and Sky TV. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful so well worth the money.

This is the third time I have stayed here in the past few months and the quality of room and bar area are the best of any budget hotel I have stayed at. This hotel will always be my no one choice when visiting the Leeds / Bradford area on business.

Over all very good,duty barman/waiter very good polite and helpful. Breakfast waitress very polite and helpful,nothing too much trouble for her, My only observation is that vacum cleaning the reception area should not be done at 18.30/19.00 in the evening when guests are at dinner,this could be done early morning and late at night.

Hotel doesn’t look much on the outside but very welcoming inside. The staff were all very nice. Room was nice, spacious, clean, tea and coffee facilities. I stayed there on a business trip and would defiantly recommend it, excellent value for money.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times over the years on Business. They have refurb end it in recent years which has has a positive impact, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only niggle I have is the lack of a glass in the bathroom. I think the wall dispenser for soap/body wash/ shampoo is a great idea, there is enough waste in the world. […] Ok, it's on an industrial park but really only a short drive away from anywhere so not stuck if you wanted to venture out. If you can't sleep if it's noisy then this isn't the hotel for you. The noise of the M606 dies down around 1:30 only to restart at 5am. Add to that the wind and rain noise and there is little chance of sleep! Rooms are adequate but it's location and lack of adequate soundproofing makes it not the place to stay.

We came to this hotel for a break from work and from everything else and we have had the best of time their with everyone been very helpful and kind and no to mention the receptionist been so great to us. We enjoy every second in that hotel it was the best Xmas for me and my husband :-)

Booked and Paid for the room quite late as I needed to go to a customer site. The cost was cheap and cheerful so I wasnt expecting much. The hotel is on an industrial estate and from the outside doesn't look very pleasant. Inside it was Ok but by no means any more than a 3 star. The food in the restaurant however was great. Off the beaten track and not easy to find at night. In the middle of a trading estate (not retail). Comfortable but unfortunately due to its construction it can be very noisy - loudly banging doors, water pipe resonation etc. Nevertheless very good value for money.

Strange Place to have a Hotel but generally speaking a great stay but my only complaint is the unlimited WiFi which is unusable between 6-11pm and that includes the machine in the lobby. Why hotels use spectrum I will never know as the company provides rubbish wifi access

This is a strange looking hotel on a rather bleak industrial estate. It looks like it will be functional but uncomfortable. However, the staff are extremely pleasant, the inside is quite bright in places, and the rooms themselves are comfortable and well equipped. Even breakfast is above average and worth paying for. Location and oustide appearance did not create an initial favourable impression but hotel staff were excellent and room was more than adequate. Liked the toilet being separated from the bath/shower room although it would have been better with it's own washbasin. Road on one side of hotel nosiy. Would defintely use the hotel again.

Very happy with the hotel except for the heating in the room. We stayed in August and it was cold in the room when we went back after our meal.When we put the heating on it got colder not warmer, I would hate to be there in the winter which is a pity because everything else was very good. The hotel reception and kitchen, and the staff, are excellent. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, but I'm afraid the heating just isn't up to the job of keeping them warm enough! When you have to get into bed in order to not feel cold then something's not right :-(

I stayed here for business as i had a meeting in south Leeds. The hotel was very close to the motorway, and easliy accessable, with plenty of parking. From the outside it doesn't look much, however the inside was very nice indeed. Restaurant is good, staff are excellent and the hotel gives an hair of professionalism. Only downside is the woeful heaters in the rooms - they're way to complicated to work, and not up to the job of warming up the rooms when it's cold! Go in summer, AVOID in winter!
