L'hotel est relativement calme bien que placé entre l'autoroute et une route à circulation importante. L'exxtérieur de l'hôtel mériterait d'^tre rénové et mieux entretenu mais les chambres sont grandes, confortables et propres.bon accueil

Rapport qualité/exceptionnel. Très belle chambre et spacieuse.

Tres bon hotel mais , comme la majeure partie des hotels de flagstaff, "le train" passe et ...souvent et...toute la nuit. Donc bon hotel, tres bon restaurant japonais mais du bruit extérieur

"Room size"
The outside of the hotel and the lobby area were great. However I was disappointed by the small size of the room, also the air conditioning was rather noisy and prevented a sound sleep during the night.

The price of the hotel was competitive with other hotels that were not as nice as the Radisson Woodlands Hotel.

Great hotel with restaurant availability. Clean, spacious room and view of the trees instead of looking into another building. Would definitely recommend this to others. Only stayed overnight but easy access to highways and amenities.
"Close to NAU"
We loved the Hotel and plan to go back again........Grandaughter loved her visit to NAU and definitely will be applying for college there so we intend to be frequent visitors............Oh, and the Sushi restaurant was to die for -----and our Chef Caleb was THE BEST!!!!! We all loved the experience!!!

"Radisson Flagstaff"
Great hotel for the money. Convenient to restaurants in Flagstaff and much better choice for visitors to the Grand Canyon than the pricier hotels in Williams or Grand Canyon.
"Best place in Flagstaff"
The Hotel is beautiful. Our room was also very nice and we loved the sleep number beds. The best part was the wonderful gourmet meal we enjoyed in the resteraunt on the main floor. We will make sure we come back soon.

Requested non-sleep number bed but got one anyway. Decided to try it -- of my own accord. I read reviews before booking & knew I could have changed rooms if I requested. This is solely re: Sleep Number beds. I thought it terrible and if I ever have another in a room I will be requesting a regular bed. The hotel restaurant was delicious and the entire […] staff was wonderful. There were minor problems with my room but a simple note to the staff upon check out will likely get those taken care of. Thank you for your candid review. We apologize that, initially, you didn't get your room of choice. We understand that some guests love the Sleep Number Beds, and others do not. "Nicely renovated"
Too bad AC unit was loud but usually i can ignore it if im not expected to wake up early to catch a flight Otherwise great location to airport and if you need sundries. Staff very nice and room and amenities are swank

Note that we do request guests let us know if they have any issues in their guestroom during their stay so that we can resolve it prior to departure ensuring guests are able to fully enjoy their stay with us in Flagstaff.

"Clearly Not Up to Radisson Expectations"
When you book a Radisson you have certain expectations - especially since you're paying for them. Avoid this one. The room was poorly maintained. Specifically, the bathroom sink was cracked; the bathroom door was broken; the Sleep Number beds I paid extra for did not function properly, one didn't function at all; the single-serve coffee pot regularly […] malfunctioned and even the shower head needed some CLR or LimeAway. The service was below par. Specifically, housekeeping missed replacing items when cleaning; we had to ask repeatedly. EVERYTHING cost extra. The continental breakfast was extra, a 5-cup pot of coffee (since the in-room maker was useless) was extra, etc. I would have probably gotten a better room at a 2-star motel for far less money. "Radisson woodlands"
At flagstaff for the grand opening of new pub called HOPS ON BIRCH . Loved it , had a wonderful stay and plan to go again.

My wife and I stayed here the other night and had a very nice stay. The staff was helpful and prompt the room Service was quick and the bed and room was clean. Great stay especially for the price... Sushi at the restaurant was not fresh but that is due to location lol.

Great hotel, the staff was very friendly, Sakura Japanese restruant was very good, highly recommend the hotel and Sakura. We did not like the Sleep Number Bed my wife and I could not find a setting that was pleasing. The bed wasn't horrible but we did toss and turn a lot. Overall the hotel was very nice, good location, and we had a pleasant stay.
So pleased you enjoyed your recent stay with us – but please note we DO offer guestrooms with traditional beds, please feel free to request a traditional bed during your next visit if you prefer to ensure you have the most comfortable night stay.

We only stayed one night on the way through AZ, but this hotel made it a very pleasant stopover. The room was plush and comfy and the restaurant breakfast was terrific. And all for what we felt was a very reasonable, "moderate" rate.

"Beautiful views"
You will love the comfort of the beds, sleep number, the lines and pillows. The tv, room ambiance, closet, and bathroom where great.

"Great"
Desk clerk suggested best beer store in Flagstaff. sushi place and sushi chef on main floor were second to none. Breakfast was excellent. Room was nice, clean, and quiet. Centrally located. Will stay again on return to Flagstaff.

The staff was great and accommodating. The room was clean. I am not a fan of sleep number beds but thought I'd give it a try and sure enough, sore back when I woke up. The restaurants were pricy however, I will stay here again as compared to other hotels in the area I thought this one to be very comfortable.

"Nice place"
The hotel was great and staff nice. We were staying there and visiting the Grand Canyon. It is a bit far - one and a helf drive each way. If I had more time, I would have like to visit around Flagstaff.

Everything was as expected for the price. sleep number bed was nice. Only compliant is the condition of the spa, it was usable and relatively clean, but looked like it needed maintenance 4-5 years back and still needs it.

The hotel room and facilities were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Location was close to training site, a variety of restaurants on-site and off and shopping. I'd definitely stay there again when I have more time to enjoy the amenities.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located on Route 66 in the area of town where I was interviewing for a job. The staff was AMAZING. So professional, so courteous, so welcoming. I don't think I've ever experienced such lovely staff. The room was clean and comfortable and just as it was pictured online. The rooms were extraordinarily quiet. I never […] heard a sound while I was in my room. Parking was convenient and I never had trouble finding a spot. I ate breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious and fresh, and well priced. The wait staff were also absolutely wonderful; really professional and courteous. Many hotels charge to use the business center computer to print boarding passes, etc. but the Radisson's was free (hooray!). I was extremely happy with the accommodations, would recommend the Radisson to everyone, and would look forward staying there again. Very satisfied customer! Lisez la suite

"Radisson Woodlands made a stressful trip easier"
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Radisson while in town for a job interview. The amenities were great, the room was nice and the business center was conveniently close to the elevators when I needed. My only suggestion would be that the business center computers need an update - they run Windows 2000 or something really old like that and it made […] printing my documents from Windows 7 pretty difficult. "Nice and Simple"
The hotel is awesome, great gym facilities!! It is clean and super comfortable. Their restaurant is okay. A little over priced, but it is nice to have something readily available.

"Back Building"
ONLY stay in the back building. Trains run every hour all night and you can hear them from any room in the front building that faces the front lot. Otherwise great! I forgot my wallet and they saved it for me.
Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Though the trains typically do not run throughout the night, the sound does bother some guests. Thank you for the recommendation of taking advantage of our back building as an option.

This Radisson is very nice and is conveniently located. Easy check-in, free parking, and free wifi were all pluses. The only thing I would have liked would have been some sort of complimentary breakfast (but then again I was late getting out the door, so I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it anyways). This was also my first experience with a Sleep Number […] bed, which was actually quite pleasant. The only thing was that the bed was not properly plugged in; once I plugged it in, I was ready to go...or not go. All in all, nice experience, nice ambiance downstairs, and if I were going through Flagstaff again, I would consider staying there. Lisez la suite

Booked room with hotels.com with regular beds. Got put in one with sleep numbers. Most uncomfortable night ever! We asked to switch to a room with regular beds. Couldn't get back into a room for MANY hours! We were not at all impressed. Will stay somewhere else next time!
