Had clean comfortable and quiet room despite hotel being on a main road. Slept well. Rang for normal milk for the tea in my bedroom as UHT is a pet hate of mine. Milk arrived in minutes. Breakfast -very flexible re time and I ate late which suited me well. Didn't eat evening meals there as I was out with relatives but a nice lively buzz around the bar. Hotel […] staff were brilliant, finding me bubble wrap to cover a painting I couldn't fit in my case. Nothing was too much trouble and I would certainly stay again. Lisez la suite

You will feel at home the moment you walk through the revolving door into the elegant foyer. A warm reception awaits you at the desk and remember to ask for your free wifi voucher. The have rarely slept so comfortably in any other hotel and the climate control ensures the general comfort of the room. The hotel is ideally located for bus routes to Dublin […] city centre or down to the beautiful seaside village of Blackrock. The hotel is showing it's age in places, however, but the comfort of the hotel in general outweighs any issues with squeaking bathroom doors, marked furniture or clunky old lifts. The food is of a high standard and the staff serving are generally friendly. Staff at the front desk are limited at morning checkout, which can cause a queue, but the staff member on duty soldiers bravely on with a smile and friendly banter to send guests on their way. friendly staff at reception/ breakfast manager especially welcoming .one minor complaint over the course of my stay guests had to ask for glasses of tap water as there was no bottled water in their rooms, a small detail perhaps but 4 star rating hotel should be aware of these details

Stayed here for a wedding recently and could not find fault fault with anything, Great hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms modern and spotless. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel. It is very close to Blackrock and Dun laoghaire which are both great for shopping and walks. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel very easy to get to from airport .Airport bus every 15 mins just outside. service was friendly and quick. would definitely return and recommend to friend.only fault was that express checkout was advertised but did not happen.

A good hotel, and I would stay again. Breakfast was quite good, staff attentive and the bar was well stocked for the short period of time I was in there. Wi-Fi worked well, if I have a complaint it is the fact that only 1 channel on the TV was watchable, and if it is hot and you are in the inner courtyard you should use aircon as there is some noise […] outside. We arrived at the Stillorgan Park Hotel at 2.50m having been told that check-in was 2pm. Our room was not ready nor was the rooms of several other people checking in at that time. However as we were going to a wedding and had to get dressed they found a room for us and drove us the short distance to the wedding in the hotels mini-bus.

The advertisements should warn people that the hotel is a 15 euro taxi ride from the ceter of the city. The room was tiny. The bed uncomfortable. Not even a shop. When I was looking for a candy bar they directed me to a gas station across 4 lanes of traffic.

The staff here are a joke.I arrived at 6pm, It took 25 minutes to check in, ridiculous!! While booking in I booked a taxi for 7pm and told the girl on the reception desk that I would be in the bar adjacent to reception. We were going to the Europa League final in the Aviva Stadium. I went into the bar and waited at least 15 minutes to be served, frustrated […] I had to to to reception to ask them to get someone behind the bar which meant we couldn't order food as our Taxi was expected in 15 minutes. We finished our drinks and realised it was 7:05pm and no one had called us for our Taxi. I asked in reception and was told they had rang the room and got no answer and they had given the Taxi to someone else. I said to the girl that I had said I would be in the bar and to call me from there. I got a grudging apology and another Taxi was called which was going to take 15 minutes to arrive!! it was now 7:15pm so rather than wait we went outside and flagged down a Taxi ourselves. Also a pint of lager €5:10 do they no realise there is a recession, they might sell more behind the Bar if there was anyone behind it. I will never stay there again Lisez la suite

Fast and efficient check in staff in all areas warm and welcoming, food excellent will be staying at the stillorgan again and woulkd not hesitate to recommend to other, also on the main bus and luas routes perfect 4 star accommodation

I was traveling on business and this was a comfortable and convenient hotel with parking, close to the city centre and easy to get to from the airport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a spa, which unfortunately I couldn't use -- but it would make a pleasant place to stay for a weekend in Dublin as well as for business travel.

Good hotel, great front desk service. Close to UCD where we were visiting son studying abroad. Convenient to buses, taxis.

Room service was over priced cold and not very enjoyable, Got drinks but no bottle opener? apart from that rooms comfortable and in good place.

Couple with Adult Children Stayed in two rooms, very nice, wife happy, highly recommendedd

we were very happy with rooms and service. spa is very nice. nice atmosphere in the bar was very nice, but food was very poor both at breakfast and evening meal. food not worth the price at all.

The staff at the Hotel were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. The quality of the food and beverages was good.

Hotel was comfortable but very far away from the sights. We were starting a tour the next day and this was the hotel we met up with them at.

The hotel is located close to the UCD (the Dublin College) so' it is very convinient for pepole who come for this purpose. The erea is quiet , 15 minutes by bus to city center. Ths bus service is very good The stuff of the hotel is nice, and the atmosphere in general is very good

The hotel is located a bit far from the center of things, although the Dublin bus is quite convenient, and the airport coach stops right at the door. The hotel itself is very nice, very well run, and the service was great. Nice pub in addition to a proper restaurant. All the people were very helpful and very friendly. a very nice hotel but very close to a four lane highway but saying that it was not too noisy. a bit isolated so a car is a priority. buffet breakfast is good but pricey £15. stillorgan is only a 10 minute walk away but there is not much there . hotel ok if just passing through and staying the one night.

The hotel was good and staff excelent. The hotel bed was a chids bed, the lenght was to small for adults. The pillows and bed was like sleeping on a rock.

I'm a traveler from Toronto, Canada and I stayed at this hotel given its proximity to UCD (<5 min bus ride, 15 min walking distance), where the conference was held. One can easily go to the City Centre on the bus (46A) which comes regularly and stops right at the hotel. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Free internet was useful. Travelers […] from North America should bring their own adapters as the one that the hotel provided did not work. I found lunch at the Purple Sage restaurant to be of relative good value. I recommend their hot baguette and 3 salads for 8.95 euros. I did not have dinners there as they were too pricey. There's Stillorgan Shopping Centre about 10 min walking distance from the hotel where they have restaurants, stores and a movie theatre. Overall, good hotel. If you don't need to stay in the City Centre, it's a good place to stay. Otherwise, I would recommend staying in the City Centre as there aren't many things to do in the neighbourhood. No impressed with the location of the room - 155. We were right next to the lift so we were kept awake all night by the clanking of the lift workings and also by the noisy plumbing, we hardly got any sleep at all. We've had quieter stays in Benidorm! The view from the window was shocking too, we had an aircon vent right outside the window. I think […] they should close Room 155 and use it as storage, it's not fair to charge customers to stay in this room. Also the breakfast maitre d' was very rude and arrogant indeed.
