La cour intérieure est très jolie et agréable à fréquenter une plage est à environ 2 km de cet hôtel. Il est dommage par contre qu'il y ait autant de bris dans cet hôtel; les cartes électroniques pour débarrer les portes étaient brisées(nous avions eu besoin d'un membre personnel pour débarrer notre chambre) , pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, air climatisé […] pas ajustable. De plus, les oreillers étaient inconfortables, il n'y avait pas de machine à café, la chambre n'était pas bien nettoyée (moustiques morts sur le comptoir de la salle de bain, plancher gluant à la grandeur de la chambre). Front desk personnel not courteous at all. Rooms were very moldy and smelly. I called front desk early in the morning to request towels and waited three hours and no one came by. I would never stay here again

The showers have mold and mildew , the walls have stains , the furniture is old and the bed sheets are dirty . The only thing is location . Has a perfect location .

The room was dirty. The floors were full hair, the walls had random stains everywhere and spitter webs. We got room service the next day at 6pm. We had just got back from the beach. We had to wait 45 min, wet , out side for the maintenance man to finish cleaning our room. The worst part was the front desk. There was no one ever there. I would definitely not recommend this as a good place to stay! We had two rooms since we were traveling with our kids and both rooms had ironing boards with disgusting stained covers on them sitting right by the door when you walk in. Window shades would not go up unless you stood on the bed and rolled them back up. There was no clock in the room and […] an old TV. Grout in the bathroom floor tile was a disgusting shade of black - mold or just dirt? Not sure. There was an empty metal tissue holder on the wall with rust around the edges. In general I can say that it appeared to have been cleaned well, but just needs some serious updating and attention to the floor tile. There was a large family function going on at the hotel with VERY loud music, which is OK in the early hours, but continued until 1:30 AM. Then people (from the party I assume) were outside the door shouting, talking, etc. after the party. It was not a restful night! Got there early let us check in before 3pm very nice people in front desk .room was decent size big bathroom very nice pool close to all stores and beaches. we stayed for 6 nights and we have no problem going back . they need to get better pillow and upgrade hot water. Recommend 100 porcent.

Good economy stay if your are touring the south west of PR. and need a place to rest.Check out " Boat Beach" a few minutes away....Nice, friendly people....Check out other hidden spots by driving around,great for romantic for couples. The hotel is well...ok if you don't pay more that $75-$85 per night, breakfast is cheap and if you don't want to eat […] there, there are some alternatives nearby, such as "The Meson" (great coffee) There is no entertainment on site and dont drive to Rincon......it is too far .!!... more than 30-40 minutes away...and roads are not the best. Really nice hotel. Just 3 miles from Airport aguadillia. We landed there in night at 1:30 am and within 15 minutes we were at this hotel. Liked the staff over here. They were really prompt and helping. Our room did not have hair dryer. But they immediately sent new hair dryer to our room on request. Room was very clean and spacious. We had nice breakfast […] at hotel's restaurant which was also at really reasonable rate . Attendant at restaurant was really great guy. Only cons of this hotel is its 1.5 hour drive from San juan and 2 hour drive from Fajardo where all attractions resides. If you are just here to enjoy and relax at beach then you can stay here. There are NO ammentities with this hotel. Asked for a drink of water upon arrival and told to go to bar and buy a bottle. Had coffee pot in room but had to purchase the coffee.No kleenex in room, didn't bother asking as drug store was nearby.

This hotel was exactly what we paid for. It is not expensive and it was fine. There are several smaller hotels with the same name in the area so be aware as I called the wrong one looking for directions (googled the hotel name). The staff was friendly enough and the area was clean. The rooms were clean. Ours had a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling […] which I am typically allergic to so I was a bit worried at first but it never bothered me. You do need a car to stay in this area. There is a restaurant at the hotel but we prefer to venture out and eat locally - which is also much cheaper than hotel food. There were two pools that looked clean We went to the local beaches and ate wonderful food. The hotel to us is really a place to crash and it suited us fine. There were some roosters or chickens or other birds walking around the lawn which was nice. There is a salon there as my boyfriend needed a haircut. But the stylist was not there when we went. My husband and I stayed here for five days. It was quiet, safe, clean and comfortable. Front desk service was very nice. Pools were beautiful. Food in the area is good -Desecheo and Sazones but did not get to try the hotel food. Crashboat beach is gorgeous and 2 minutes away. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful room the first night. The restaurant was totally awesome. Second night, we had to ask for a remote control (there was none in the room) and the air conditioner was a little off. The hotel was a little noisy. Would like to see Puerto Rico offer "creamer" for coffee instead of milk. Not everyone can digest milk.

A very short stay. Very family friendly, also good for singles. Very nice atmosphere. Two swimming pools, clean, tennis court, though I saw nobody swimming or playing tennis. The grounds are very quaint and the rooms are pretty comfortable considering the price range. The staff at the front is slow, but nice, however, housekeeping is terrible. We left for the day before housekeeping arrived and when we came back much, much later in the evening, the room looked the same. The guy at the front desk was sincerely apologetic, […] and brought us new towels. The next day our room was cleaned thoroughly. I consider it to be a great location. Not only is the hotel near the Aguadilla airport, but it's right up the street from one of the most beautiful beaches on Puerto Rico's west coast, Crashboat. We loved our stay at El Faro...the pools were very nice and we definitely enjoyed having the cafe right there on the grounds of the hotel. The only concern we had was that the tiles were very slippery when they got wet and since it rained while we were there we had to hold onto the wall, hoping not to slip and fall

Receptionist in the morning was not really welcoming. We arrived at 9am , hotel was however half empty, but she still didn't check us in. She said hello, check in is at 3 pm. So it took a complain and hour and a half to check in. The rest was great. Crash boat beach within walking distance. And all you need.

This hotel is on a busy road and is somewhat tough to find but once you drive into the property it sets away from the roadway so it has a more secluded feel. It is a good find and definitely a good value! The Hotel room was clean and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed the outdoor bar for a few drinks and the service of the bartender Jose was wonderful! […] He truly made the stay enjoyable. He gave us additional brochures and talked to us about PR. Disappointing. Looks and sounds much better than it really is. If you don't keep your air-conditioner on full blast, the room fills up with moisture and turns wet, including the walls and floors.

The Hotel service overall was good. The room was very clean. I would give it a 5 but the only thing I missed was a soap dish in the bath tub. It made it difficult not to have where to place the soap or the shampoo when you are taking a bath. Other than that it was excellent for the family.

Nice service, We didn't have towels when we got to the room but when I requested them they brought them really fast. I wish they had rooms with Kings size beds though!!!
