Hotel trés confortable. Chambre impeccable. Très bien situé à la sortie des rues piètonnes de Galway et des restaurants. Parking payant attenant à l'hotel, mais facturation forfaitaire de 10€ par l'hotel.

Bonnes impressions, hôtel idéalement placé près du centre. Dommage que l'accès internet soit payant.

For one night, comfortable, close to centre of city, warm welcome from young staff. Quality of food in restaurant is a bit of a surprise coming from France - really not great.

L'hôtel, qui jouxte la rivière, possède un grand jardin avec de grandes tables et bancs en bois. Il est situé à deux pas d'une des rues les plus intéressantes. On a accès à l'hôtel directement depuis le parking, ne pas oublier de faire tamponner son ticket à la réception pour obtenir un rabais. Nous avions une chambre à 2 lits doubles et un canapé-lit, […] et du coup (comme nous n'étions que deux) il ne restait pas beaucoup de place. La chambre donnait sur le canal (jolie vue) mais assez bruyante la nuit à cause des fêtards, une paire de boule Quiès a réglé le problème. On peut se brancher sur internet, au tarif de 5 Euros pour une heure ou 10 Euros pour 24 heures. Pas de wi-fi. Bref, excellent rapport qualité-prix. S'il est complet, ce qui arrive souvent, on peut séjourner au Heron's Nest, un B&B tout près, beaucoup plus cher (140 Euros) mais avec un petit-déjeuner inoubliable, concocté par Sarah qui a appris la cuisine en France auprès de grands chefs. Chambres côté Quay Street mal insonorisées. Si vous êtes de la fête pas de problèmes, sinon il est préférable d'avoir le sommeil lourd.

Everything thing was great. And turns out it was right down by Quay Street with plenty of great music and restaurants nearby.

They were terrific, the room , resaurant and pub were very nice and the staff and bartender were very helpful.

We had 2 rooms; one didn't have a working phone and the other was very warm. The first room reeked of cigarettes. The bed in the room with one bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable; there was a strong smell in the hallway and there were drunks using profanity outside the windows throughout the night. Reception kindly got us a room with River Corrib and Spanish Arch views. Perfect Galway setting to come and go as you please. Very impessed. Good value breakfast. Easy access to adjoining car park (payable) A hassle- free way to see and be part of Galway. Good value for location and quality of Hotel.

Excellent location. Pleasant decor. Very clean. My only complaint is the 10 euro charge to park a car.

I consider myself to be hard to please and fussy when it comes to hotels. Recently I had to stay in Galway and due to the fact it was a weekend and I had left it late to book I was left with only a few choices. After checking out forums I'll be honest and say that I wasn't looking forward to staying at Jurys Inn. How wrong was I. Firstly I had to […] check in early, after a very warm welcome the staff were able to oblige. I had requested a quiet room due to rising early the following day, once again the staff looked after me. The room was fine, lets call a spade a spade - it's a three star city hotel, with lots of passing trade so there's going to be some wear and tear in the room. The shower head had seen better days and I nearly fell off the toilet as the seat wasn't properly secure but I'm fine with this as long as it is clean and it was spotless. I didn't have dinner in the hotel but I did have a couple of sandwiches in the bar and I also had a bowl of porridge the day I left which, I may add the kitchen made for me especially :) The food was good and when departing I was sorry that I didn't have time to try the dinner menu. We picked Jury's off the internet and were hoping for a great location. We could not have been happier. It is in walking distance to everything and right out the front door begins a pedestrian mall filled full of shops and pubs. The hotel breakfast was great and the front desk people could not have been nicer.

my friend and i stayed here for three nights while exploring galway and the surrounding areas. free wi-fi in the lobby, perfect positioning in the city, great view of the river, and great service! the pub/restaurant downstairs is super nice, with a variety of food. this was hands-down a great deal and awesome place to stay.

The hotel was in an ideal position for all the shops and restaurants of wonderful Galway City. The hotel is quite basic but the staff more than make up for this. They are very helpful and friendly. We would definitely pay a return visit to the hotel.

Jury's Inn is convenient to the center of Galway but we got no street noise at the back of the hotel except for the sound of the fast flowing river Corrib

The hotel was convenient although very expensive considering we are in a recession and with NO breakfast includedt!! The room was fine. I was disappointed that when checking out the next day at 12 the receptionist was more interested in taking a phone call and giving the price for 2 nights accommodation than asking me was everything okay for my stay. […] She let me leave and never made eye contact. jurys is always faultless!just a couple of small complaints this time though..very noisy and gurgly radiator in room,no batteries in remote control for tv,and shower intermittently hot and cold!!

The hotel was a great location and staff were very friendly on New Years Eve one of the busiest nights of the year. Unfortunately the shower pressure was very poor and the temperature controls on the shower went from scalding to cold. We asked at reception twice for it to be solved but it never happened. Had a really enjoyable two day stay. The staff were more than help and especially the bar staff. We had bar snacks on the two days we were there and the food was lovely and very enjoyable. The room was comfortable and the only down side was that the sink leaked a little. The view was not as good had we been at the front All in all I would definitely […] recommend this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, they can't do enough for you, the food was great, the room comfortable and the location was really convenient for all our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

excellent location ,close to shops ,restaurants and city centre. staff very friendly at reception and bar.

The location is definitely the selling point of this hotel.it is located right at the top of cobbled stoned Quay St, one of the busiest, trendiest streets in Galway city. The staff were very friendly & helpful, room itself was small & the bathroom a little dated- but both very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff and great cental location.

I reserved 2 rooms and stayed in Jurys Inn Galway with my family. Jury's is centrally located and close to all amenitities. I couldn't say enough about hotel staff as so nice and helpful at all times. The rooms were clean and comfortable but lacking atmosphere, even the bathroom seemed a bit old fashioned and bare. Bathroom needs more colour and pictures. […] Bedrooms the same. We had lunch there which was lovely and reasonable. Breakfast was great also. Location was excellant. Have stayed here many times. It suits us very well because of its good location, cleanliness and friendliness & efficiency of staff. On our recent stay it was up to standard. The price was ok for a budget hotel Our only complaint is the carpark where the car spaces are too close together.

Great location and helpfull staff

This hotel was in a very good location- great breakfast and very friendly staff. The only issue I have with this hotel - and many hotels in Ireland for that matter- is they don't have wifi in the rooms.

The hotel is located in the very centre of Galway. it is a perfect location for going out and visit the town. However most of the rooms are facing a big road with heavy traffic, which makes them extremely noisy during day and night.

friendly plesant and welcoming staff breakfast nice and clean and more than enough. great central location near the main pedestrianised street great for watching the world go by. lots of lovely eatearies from tapas to indian. the hotel food was nice but only bar food on the night we stayed dining room closed the bar was quied but nice seat by the window […] and lots of activity outside.lots of tourists around. some nice walks around the churches and along the promonade. also very close to the hospital which was handy for myself. The gentleman at the front desk was amazingly helpful...including that all important cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms were lovely and we were very satisfied.

Just spent a night in this hotel.Everyone was very cheerful and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and what I found most enjoyable was the sound of the Corrib as it flowed by our window. We will definitely be back.

I have stayed in The Jury's Inn Hotel a lot over the years and have found the staff helpful and welcoming and the location to the city is perfect.

We were delighted with our stay in Jury's Inn, Galway. The location was perfect, our room had a lovely view and was ready when we arrived at 1pm. I would certainly recommend it to anyone going to Galway.

Right next to pedestrianized area. Parking is in garage adjacent - a real pain hauling suitcases up stairs to the lobby from the garage though. Room was OK - nothing to complain about, Front desk folks helped us book a day trip out to the Aran Islands.
