Un très bon hôtel : l'accueil a été chaleureux. La chambre supérieure donnait sur l'église d'en face. Spacieuse, douillette, propre et confortable, on y a passé 3 bonnes nuits. Hôtel parfait pour visiter Berlin rapidement : il est central et donc accessible pour aller partout. Le métro est à 4 minutes à peine. De nombreux monuments et emplacements touristiques et culturels sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. Le Spa (gratuit sauna, hammam et salle de sport) était génial pour se ressourcer après une longue journée de visite et de marche dans la ville. Tres propre et sain comme le reste de l'hôtel d'ailleurs. Côté restauration : le bar est très sympa. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant qui était quasiment vide tous les soirs. Il n'y a pas de restaurant à proximité immédiate : il faut marcher 7 minutes environ. Nous recommandons le Augustiner Am Gendarmenmarkt sur la place gendarmenmarkt : typique et gargantuesque ! Le restaurant Chipps juste derrière l'hôtel était très sympa pour un brunch, même si un peu cher, le lieu est très agréable et sain pour un dimanche matin. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

Très bon hotel. Nous avons séjournée dans une chambre exécutive, ce qui nous a donné accès au "Club étoile" ou tout est parfait. Le soir, on nous propose des tapas et des boissons (y compris champagne). Tout est inclus dans le prix de la chambre exécutive. Seul point moins positifs, malgré une station de métro au pied de l'hotel, celui-ci n'est pas […] le mieux situé pour le tourisme. Nous revenons de notre 2 éme séjours à l'Hôtel Concorde de Berlin. Nous en sommes ravis et le recommandons sans hésitation, les chambres sont grandes confortables, les sanitaires sont spacieux et équipés de douche et baignoire. A l'intérieur de l'hôtel vous bénéficiez gratuitement d'une salle de sport, un sauna et un hammam gratuits. Les petits déjeuners […] sont gargantuesques et délicieux avec des choix immenses de fromages,charcuteries, poissons, jus de fruits, yaourts etc...Et nous remercierons jamais assez le personnel compétents et toujours attentifs pour vous rendre le séjour ultra agréable. The room was well furnished, was spacious with good storage and well equipped (fast wifi and ethernet provision, range of free to view channels in all languages etc). The bathroom had both shower wet room and bath. We heard little sound from other guests. The breakfast (on offer at E14 per day as not pre-booked) was superb - everything you could wish […] for and at an excellent quality. The staff were professional and polite and helpful. This is truly a fine hotel in every respect. I have travelled all over the world, stayed in many lovely hotels and this one is up there with the best. My room was spacious, with a huge bathroom. The bed was comfortable, although it would have been better to have one large cover rather than the 2 separate ones on the bed. Just a minor inconvenience. […] The breakfast was excellent, especially since we had the 2 for the price of one deal. Lots of options and beautifully presented. Hotel staff were polite, professional and most of all friendly at all times. Made us feel very welcome. The location, just off the KuDamm was very convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants near by. Particularly liked the pizza and pasta place next door to the hotel. The hotel and staff rate a five star, but the location is no longer the place to be. "East" Berlin, with its new found popularity, stores, restaurants, and nightlife was, for us, the more attractive location. No coffee maker in the room, however, room service was slick. "Lovely hotel, in a great location, good facilities"
Visited this hotel for a week long city break and was really impressed at the hotel, the room and the service. We had a deluxe room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The facilities were great: the bathroom had two sinks, a shower and a bath with shower head too. The hotel provided some lovely toiletries which was very useful with the restrictions […] on travelling with liquids. Hairdryer was also very useful. The king sized bed was very comfy, with the choice of pillows also proving to be very helpful. There was a great amount of storage in the room too. Internet was also provided for free with a good connection at all times. The only disappointing things were the lack of tea and coffee making facilties in the room, (as most budget hotels in England provide this, so not to have this in any 5 star hotel was frustrating) and the price of breakfast in the hotel (€28 per person we were quoted!) which is very expensive! The location of the hotel is great. It is close to a number of buses and trains which means you can easily travel around the city. I have stayed in many excellent hotels, some more luxurious than this. What sets this hotel apart is the fantastic staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. They put this hotel at the top! Minor negatives - there were no drawers in the bedroom. The bathroom toiletries were not very good. Separate quality shampoo and conditioner should be provided […] instead of an "all in one". The Concorde is the best hotel I have stayed in for a long long time. The room was truly beautiful, and large even by American standards. Everything was very comfortable, and the free wireless internet worked great. Nice in-room safe, minibar refrigerator, and air conditioning-- amenities that are hard to find in Berlin hotels. The staff were exceptional. […] The neighborhood around the hotel is very nice, and the hotel is convenient to multiple U bahn stations and the S bahn.
