This is one of the older hotels that we've stayed at and in need of some work. IE Hills and Valleys in floors, tub squeaks when you step in or move in it, molding pulling away from walls, large water stain on ceiling. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail. People were nice. Place was gross. Some wet spot on the floor and something gross in a/c vents.

It was close to the airport and close to the car rental place. The Econo Lodge shuttle got me to and from both places, easily and were very helpful in guiding me around the area. The maintenance was great - rooms were spotless and looked newly refurbished. One tiny complaint was the smoking smell in the room even though I asked for non-smoking. I switched my hotels.com reservation easily and quickly from a hotel in Greenville, SC to this one in Norcross, Georgia. (Thanks, customer service, you rock!) If you are looking for the Ritz you should look elsewhere. This is a standard Motel 6-type motel with outdoor access and a 24 hour front desk. The hotel is not new by any means, but you can tell […] that the housekeepers work their tails off. The carpets were a little dingy but the bathroom was spotless and the bed linens were clean. Towels were a little scratchy but, again, this is a motel, not the Ritz, and I sort of like scratchy towels! Toileteries provided were a small bar of soap by the sink and a shampoo and larger bar of soap in the bath. It seemed like the hotel was pretty empty when I checked in during the afternoon but by the time 10p rolled around it was obvious that this a well used hotel for travelers that need a good night's sleep. There is a Taco Bell open late across the street, and easy access to I-85 and I-285. It's about 30 minutes away from Atlanta if you don't mind the drive and want a cheap place to stay outside of the city limits. Nothing much in the area in the way of things to do, because this is a more industrial area, but if you are into out-of-the-way ethnic food like Korean, Vietnamese, Cuban, etc, this is the place to explore. There is a great farmers market to explore in the area as well. There are lots of mom and pop shops off of Buford Highway and in the Doraville / Chamblee Tucker area. The beds were very uncomfortable, I think the floor would have been softer. The commode stopped up. The air conditioner was very noisy. It was quite at night except for the traffic at the bar directly behind the motel.

The hotel was fine for just passing thru town. I felt like the bathroom could have been better maintained. The towels were thread bare and the caulk around the tub was coming up in huge pieces. We were only there from around 7pm until 7am so the cosmetics of the room were not a big deal. This is a fine place to stay if you just need to rest and go on […] about your trip. clean, neat and a very nice place to stay, the breakfast is good too. even have waffle maker. so u can make fresh waffles. we'd stay here again for sure.

Great location - lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Manager very helpful with directions to restaurants and to our next destination. Manager very friendly, room very clean, breakfast was better than most. Very convenient to highway. Would definitely stay there again if in that area.

The hotel looks to be newly remodel. Very nice. Front desk was very friendly. Will use that hotel if I stay in Greenville again.

The hotel was decent enough for a 1 night stay and for the price that I paid. The rooms are extremely small and basic. It is the equivalent of what you would expect from a cheap motel...except the rooms are interior. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are on a tight budget and it is a last resort.

We will definitely stay in this hotel again. Wasn't sure what we were getting when we booked online, but we were delighted with the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the room, our ability to control the A/C, and the location. The beds were comparable to high-end hotels so that was a nice surprise. Breakfast was free and very good. We are three […] women traveling together and we felt safe and comfortable. Room was ok, close to airport. Places to eat were close and some are in walking distance.

I did not like this hotel, it smelled, bathroom not clean, coffee pot still had coffee in it, and the throw pillows on the bed had wet mark on all of them. The calling had dry water markings and rust, and the ice tray in the freezer had mold in it. The bath towels left link all over us. This Econo Lodge has a special perk. It has interior rooms! I was very pleased with this. Rooms were cozy and staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. My stay was very enjoyable.

I was very pleased with this hotel. I was extremely shocked and elated that the room and hotel was so clean and smelled so fresh, especially considering the very low rate I paid. I overslept and missed breakfast due to the extreme comfort that I felt lying in the bed. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Greenville for work very so […] on. Lisez la suite
