Hotel très bien situé au centre ville près de la gare et du marché. Chambre un peu usagée mais la clim et le mini bar fonctionnent bien. Pas de problème d'eau !!! Petit dejeuné copieux et varié. Personnel serviable et à votre écoute.

This hotel is rated as 4* but in honesty is unlikely to rate more than 2*. The room decor is very tired and facilities limited. I believe the health club is good but I did not use it. There is security on the door and the guys are generally very helpful, but if they book you a taxi expect to pay more than if booked by reception. Comfortable (ish), cheap, […] OK but no way 4*. A bit old fashioned but no breakfast included

This hotel is advertized as 4 stars hotel - well, it is far from it. Mold in the bathroom and the balcony which is dangerous to step on. They have fixed balconies up to 4th floor ( based on the look from outside), but on my 8th floor it was a disaster - I have prohibited my daughter to come even close to it. You do have a minibar - but you have to pay […] for it. Also you would pay for the deposit box, local calls and if you would need to keep your luggage in the hotel after check out and before your departure. Swimming pool is accessable only at specific times. When I have just checked in I have checked the beds. They are not only very old and uncomfortable, but the bedding was shorter then the matress by at least 10cm (I have pictures)! When I have called the reception they have send the maid and she has started arguing with me that they have only this size sheets for twin beds. When I have insisted on normal bedding she has brought queen size sheets and started telling me that sheets are too big and she could not make the bed with them!!! I had to show her how to make a bed properly!!! In 4 stars hotel!!! The carpet in the room was outdated about 10 years ago. Maybe it is a 4 stars hotel by Ukrainian standards, but definately not but North American standards. I have stayed there only because I have paid for it in full (trustung 4 stars rating on a site) and hotel does not return your money if you cut your stay short... Lisez la suite

The room was fine but the second day there was no hot water in the morning. Also the room didn't get cleaned.

I know that everyone has different standards. What can I say? It was just a place to hang your hat for a couple of days.

Clean and adequate though the reception staff were mostly a bit miserable, the doorman tried to rip me off with an over priced cab and breakfast staff were reluctant. They need someone to teach them to smile. The mattress was just OK but the bed was a bit squeaky. All in all it was a soviet style hotel, clean adequate functional but not much more. All staff that interfaced with guests were fluent in English. Security were very friendly and possessed workable English and very helpful with taxis and directions. The double beds are the size of an Army cot with an annoying foot board which gets in the way of extra circular activities. On my second second stay I requested a room with a single bed. […] Yes, the foot board was there but it was not as annoying. My only concern is that during my December 2010 stay the Hotel had a wonderful free breakfast buffet. Which was partly why I returned in January of 2011. However, the buffet was replace by an a' la cart menu for 70. Somehow I ended up with a bill for 100. Not to worry, there is a great Ukraine restaurant down the block where breakfast is about 40-50. from front receptıon to securıty all staff where great , rooms clean. gym and pool clean and great standards on hand fıtness staff even protıen bar, great area central shops restaurants. From experience this is the closest hotel to the city center after the 5 star luxury hotels - its a bit basic but very reasonably priced for its position and for value unless you really wnat to pay more for luxury is an ideal hotel - its more european 3-4 star

Cold and unfriendly welcome from the not very keen to help staff in the reception and concierat ge.Hotel looks great in picture but is old and in bad shape. Room small, old carpets, not enjoyable. Too expensive for what is offered. You would think twice before using the swimming pool. Close to train station but far from nice city center sights. Отличное расположение, пешком можно дойти до всех исторических точек, верхние этажи отеля ( где мы располагались)- немотря на круглосуточную жизнь вокруг отеля, тихие и спокойные.Прекрасный завтрак, вежливый персонал. unbelievable but true, on sunday, they do not refill the mini bar in your room, I found inside the fridge, old cheese and salami as well as ham, from previous guests...... I had to ask for towels!!!!

Hotellet er placeret centralt tæt ved banegården. Fin betjening i receptionen og god daglig rengøring på værelset.

Se puede considerar un 3 estrellas.

Greit hotel nær jernbanen og markedet samt ikke for langt til det mer penere restaurant, uteliv og museumsområdet. Grei avstand til strand 1.6 km ca. 25minutter. Taxi 20 Nkr.

Remek helyen lévő hotel, korrekt ár/érték arányokkal. Közel a városközponti Operához, a Patyomkin-lépcsőhöz, a vásárcsarnokhoz. Megközelíthetősége, közlekedése kifogástalan. Inte det bästa hotellet men prisvärt.

ostalgischer Platten-charme. Frühstück gut, Zimmer aber sehr klein. Bad recht neu aber auch sehr klein - im DZ zumindest. Preis-Leistung imho gut.
