Pour nous c'était le luxe! L'hotel est une succession de grandes maisons de 3 niveaux, chacun ayant sa terrasse privée avec vue sur le Golf et la végétation tropicale. Un vrai appartement décoré comme dans les magazines (entrée, cuisine américaine électro kitchen aid, grand salon)la baie vitrée donne accès à la terrasse privée. 2 salles de bain (tous les produits sont fournis:dentifrice gel douche shampoing après shampoing et lait hydratant) et une immense chambre. La piscine à côté de la réception est grande avec de multiples chaises longues et jacuzzi(les serviettes sont fournies). Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bon, le menu enfant est très bien).Le Spa et la salle de sport en haut de la réception sont très luxueux. Attention cependant, nous sommes à 20 min en voiture de Miami beach, et à côté de l'aéroport (mais on n'entend pas du tout les avions)

Satisfait de tout, sauf peut être de la superficie de la chambre et du lit, qui sont vraiment minuscules

Nous y avons passé deux nuits au début de notre autotour. Hôtel calme, propre. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petit-déjeuner complet. A proximité de l'US 1 pour rejoindre les principales attractions de Miami. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.

Situation
The Standard Spa Miami Beach se trouve à Miami Beach (Plage de Miami), près de l'aéroport et non loin des sites suivants : Holocaust Memorial, Miami Beach Convention Center et Art Deco Welcome Center.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement
L'établissement The Standard Spa Miami Beach possède un centre de bien-être, 4 baignoires spa, une piscine extérieure et un bain de vapeur. L'accès à Internet haut débit avec ou sans fil est gratuit dans les espaces communs. À l'attention de ses clients en voyage d'affaires, cet hôtel 4 étoiles propose diverses prestations, dont des salles de réunion pour petits groupes et un équipement audiovisuel. Pour vous restaurer, cet hôtel avec spa offre un restaurant, un bar en bord de piscine et un bar/lounge. Le personnel de l'établissement propose un service de conciergerie et un service de traiteur. Restaurant Lido- Ce restaurant pose l'accent sur les fruits de mer frais et sur les plats biologiques. Il propose une cuisine continentale et méditerranéenne.La carte propose des rouleaux de homard, du thon à la niçoise et du mahi-mahi noirci.Ouvert matin, midi et soir.
Grill Lido- Donnant sur la baie, ce bar au bord de la piscine est ouvert pour le déjeuner et le dîner.

Une piscine à débordement avec bain à remous et cascade, un bain froid et un bain de boue extérieur (en supplément ; nudisme autorisé) surplombent la baie de Biscayne.Des kayaks en location sont disponibles sur le ponton en bord de baie de l'hôtel.
Les plages de sable blanc de l'Atlantique sont à 1,5 kilomètre et des locations de matériel aquatique comme des jet skis et des parachutes ascensionnels sont disponibles.

"I would come again"
Charming grounds, very friendly staff & good service. Cool clientele. It's a little removed from south beach, renting a car is recommended. Need a JD or music at the pool!
It really was not a comfortable room and we were very disappointed. Would NOT stay there again under any circumstances. Sorry!

"A South Beach Change of pace"
The Standard is a different sort of South Beach experience. It is on the Bay side of the island and a bit further away from most of the SoBe amenities. However, the spa facilities, gym, pool, and Lido restaurant make The Standard one you should consider. Especially if you want an experience different from the typical hotel on Ocean or Collins. "Heaven"
The Standard Spa in Miami is probably my most favourite place on earth. It's a peaceful little haven but it's only a short walk away from the buzz of the main strip. The spa is lovely as is the food and grill restaurant over looking the bay. Don't miss it.

My daughter and I stayed at this oasis in the city. Luxurious and simply casual at the same time. Nothing within walking distance, so you have to take taxis, which didn't seam to be readlily available. There is only valet parking, no self-park. "The Standard - very relaxing! But..."
Overall the hotel was nice. For service,The 4pm check in time turned into 5:30pm. The mini bar attendant helped himself into the room while my wife was in the shower. The valet is $37 per night and extremely slow. The service charge, taxes and fees charged by hotels.com seemed excessive. I need to start watching that from now on.
I had to wait 2 hours to check-in because the computers weren't working.
"Beautiful spa"
A nice hotel and gardens but too far to walk to town . No parking only valet.. The beautiful spa and treatments , yoga make up for the small and ikea like rooms I would not stay there again but would visit the spa!

The hotel would of been a great retreat, if the room lived up to the comfortable amenities of a home. We had booked two room and both rooms had completely different things inside of it. Very strange.

There is one hotel in Miami. The Standard Spa Miami Beach... It is really not good hotel. I haven't seen like this hotel.This hotel is so expensive but it isn't reasonable price. It is very small room, dark and old. There is no spot to put our carriers and bathroom is really sucks. Too small and old. It didn't flush well on the sink. There are everything […] make us want to touch anything that's why so dirty and old. If I can give the hotel rating to 0 point, I would like to give 0 or minors point. It is really not same as the picture as web-site. Don't be fooled by the web site. They said that they have some bicycle but we asked it at the hotel when we arrived, they told us just they have 2 bicycle but it in to the repair. While the setting on Biscayne Bay is unbeatable, the rooms and common facilities, including the spa, need an update to get this property back to what it was 10 years ago. The Standard in Miami is a fantastic relaxing spa environment in a secluded setting, but close to all the action of Miami Beach. The high price tag belies the simplicity of the set-up at The Standard Hotel in Miami. We love standard hotel and they have stepped up there game with new management . The service is spot on in a very urban manner and understand what NYC clients needs. Off the ocean and colins , it is bliss by the pool.

We had a great visit at the Standard. The amenities make up for the very small room. The pools and outdoor areas are beautiful. The spa services are great too. The staff is not extremely attentive, but I felt that that might be a the general vibe in Miami.

This is a place you go to enjoy the spa and lounge around. The food is mediocre, the service is mediocre and the whole experience was just a tad better than mediocre. "The Standard Miami: Hidden Fees and Poor Service"
Had to wait 10-15 minutes to check in as the front desk associate was having a personal conversation with another associate. Not informed of extra fees associated with hotel. When checking out the associate charged extra for spa and resort use when I didn't use any. He explained I was told about this when I checked in, I was not. He claimed to be a […] manager but then said I would have to wait to talk to the other manager that was coming in about an hour later. Very poor service at the hotel and my room had a vibration sound all night, a tv with very poor reception and slow wirelesss connection. This is not a hotel, it's a swingers club. The Wet Rooms with the soaking tubs have no privacy at all and are misrepresented on their website. The gym is run down and many machines do not work. This is a great place to have romance with your significant other. The crowd is very anything but "standard". Service and food is typical subpar Miami.........what can you expect when an automatic 15% is tagged to everything? There is no incentive to work hard here. Pool area wonderful Dinner; the waitress brought two courses together, so i asked them to keep my main course warm while I ate my appetizer. Main course was returned stone cold. Paid extra for a room with the sun area, useless dont bother. Air-conditioning was louder than Harley at idle and mosquitos in the room biting at night. Hence zero sleep. On […] check out there was issue with the invoice no one available to check and rectify, the manager called later that day and agreed that i had been charged $150 of someone else's food and drink.
