Bon rapport qualité prix , très propre et calme malgré la taille de l'hotel . A recommander vu les prix pratiqués dans le secteur. Le petit déjeuner est inclu ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Oxford est à quelques minutes en voiture deplus le parking à l'hotel est gratuit. Par contre sans voiture c'est un peu plus compliqué.

seul défaut,si vous êtes a pieds,l'hôtel et un peux loin du centre ville d'oxford mais pas trop d'une superbe auberge le long d'un canal ou vous pourrez trouvez des repas de très bonne qualité pour un moindre cout. sinon les prix ne son pas chère,l'accueil et agréable et les chambres spacieuse et très propres(deux lits doubles pour 2 personnes,le grand […] confort!) Hotel très éloigné du centre d'Oxford, un peu "perdu au milieu de nulle part". Point de chute pour une nuit, donc globalement tout à fait acceptable.

Bon Hôtel, juste un peu difficile à trouver et un peu éloigné du centre-ville pour les personnes qui ont à faire à Oxford centre ; confortable, très silencieux (mais éviter les jours de match, ou bien allez au stade), agréable, mais une salle de petit déjeuner un peu juste par rapport au nombre de clients.

nous craignions la proximité du stade que nous avons découvert en arrivant. mais il n'y a eu aucun problème. Le personnel d'accueil était charmant et très aidant, y compris pour nous aider à prévoi les parkings dans le centre d' Oxford.

Tres bon accueil,proche d'Oxford parking gratuit ainsi que le petit dejeuner.Seul regret :Pas de climatisation dans les chambres.

L'hôtel est bien mais loin du centre ville. Dommage que le personnel ne savent pas parler d'autres langues que l'anglais.

Personally I wouldn't stay here again, probably more to do with the whole chain rather than this actual Hotel. For me a cooked breakfast is more than a sausage, beans and some eggs that have been sat out for 2 hours. Lots of little details disappoint with this Hotel, it should only be £30 a night to stay here really.

Handy location for my husband to watch the football in the stadium next door and for me to visit the lovely swimming pool nearby

One of modern breed of edge-of-town sleep-centres on what could be an industrial estate, situated next to the football stadium. No restaurant built-in, but a short walk to a busy ' entertainment complex' which offers acceptable mainstream food. The hotel was really good, clean and value for money. Breakfast was complementary which was really appreciated. A bit far from the center but there is an easy to catch bus nearby that takes you to there in no time. Overall, highly satisfied.

Oxford. It is a £16 taxi ride away, next to the football stadium, with no facilities on site. The breakfast was miserable and looked as if it had been cooked the day before. In the evening there are no food facilities. Guests are directed on a 10 minute walk to use fast food outlets next to the football ground. I've stayed here before and it is very convenient for Oxford and catching the Park and Ride. I was welcomed warmly, the room was quiet and warm, with a good tv. There was a clean bathroom with everything I could want. The matress was a little hard, but there was a choice of firm and soft pillows. excellent place to stay really good staff however spoilt by no heating in room not great at xmas. Dissapointed by distance from centre of Oxford

Desite the dark I managed to find the hotel easily enough. The welcome was fine, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was better then I thought it was going to be judging by other reviews. It was convenient for parking ans to get into Oxford easily.

very pleased suited to my needs

We tried to check in early and were told that as the hotel had been full the previous night there were no rooms available. We went away to the car and found our priority card. When we came back suddenly there was a room available for early check in. This disingenuous approach warrants a bad review for service. The rooms are ok though.

Excellent service and cleanliness but room had no heating I reported this but it was not rectified. Overall would recommend the hotel but not in the winter as is too cold!

We checked in at 1030 in the night and it was cold in the room. We reported the problem and were told wait for some time. 1 hour later, we were given blankets after reporting the problem again. mid night when the cold still continued, we were given heater. Next day, we were told the problem has been fixed, but was done. the same situation continued […] for the 3 days of our stay. Except this, hotel upkeep and people were nice. Reception staff only ok, not very keen to help!! Toilet seat dirty with urin drops. Rest of it ok. Towels and bedding very clean!! Beds extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Breakfast average low. Quality of hot food quite bad. Scramble eggs very bland and artificial flavour. With regards of cereals and breads ok. It is a good 20min drive to town!! So […] it is convinient but having stayed at many Holliday inn hotels this is one of the worst. Overall for the price you pay it is an ok option, but I much rather state at a b&b in town closer and more Cousy!!' Lisez la suite

it was pretty good, nice and clean the only complaint we had was that 1 of our light bulbs was out and they had not refilled one of our soap dispensers otherwise it was brilliant.. :)

Does what it says on the tin ! Easy to park with no extra charge, bus is in easy walking distance and is £2.90 into center. Taxi at night was about £12 Room was clean and comfortable (No bedbugs either I checked its my trade !) Breakfast was above average for a "continental breakfast " and included scrambled egg and Sausages. Overall a good stay […] & would not hesitate to saty again. Lisez la suite

hotel is tucked away behind football stadium and is very poorly signposted,other than that it is convenient for park and ride to oxford and close to bowling alley, pictures and food putlets

We were very pleased with the size of the room and the bathroom with roll-in shower and plenty of grab bars. The location was good for our purposes but otherwise remote from Oxford. We were told there were eating places in the area, but they were not readily apparent. The breakfast buffet was more than we expected. Overall quite a good experience.

The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was good, but the location was a bit strange. I was surprised the hotel didn't have a restaurant and the nearby places (a Chinese and Frankie and Benny's) weren't brilliant. There seemed to be a lot of maintenance going on and quite a few rooms closed which was a bit off-putting, too.

I would stay here again, The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good with a variety of cereals, fruit, juices.croissants toast etc. The cooked breaskfast only had a limited number of items but enough for me. We stayed for one night and had our own transport - which made it possible for us to get there as well as to find a breakfast more cost effective than the one served at the hotel. The room was perfect wrt cleanliness and had all the facilities we needed. An extra bed was added (fortunately not a camp bed as in another hotel) which made the room cramped […] but we all slept well. The staff were friendly and helpful Lisez la suite

The hotel itself was good value for money and was clean and tidy. There were quite a few little touches that I appreciated, such as lots of towels in the room, and a sign by the bed giving the list of TV channels. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was OK. The breakfast area was chaos. There were plenty of tables which was great, but the food […] was in an enclosed glassed off area that was far too small. It was very crowded to get around the other diners just to get a piece of toast. It was a bad start to the day, but for the price it was OK. The hotel is right next to the stadium and on the other side is a leisure complex with ten pin bowling, cinema and lots of food outlets. This was a pleasant suprise and very handy. The surrounding area was a bit rough in appearance, and was a bit far out of Oxford if taking one of the local bus services. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Lisez la suite

Hotel was fine - clean, standard hotel room to be expected from Express by Holiday Inn. About 10 minutes in a taxi from town centre. Reception staff were helpful when asking for places to go in town.

Excellent standard of hotel in a OK location, Close to my work place, I spent 3 nights here. I obviously did not read review but the leisure facilities are actually off site and across the road from this hotel. Would probably stay again!
