J'avais pris une chambre avec vue sur les chutes de Niagara (prix plus élevé qu'une chambre sans vue). En fait de vue, je dois me mettre 1) debout 2) contre la fenêtre. 3) de biais De plus, en arrivant à 14heures, j'ai appris que la chambre serait libre à 15heures. J'ai eu la chambre à 15h45. ormis le fais que nous n'avons pas pu dormir car une femme completement saoule etait devant notre porte de 22h30 à 4 heure du matin . Nous avons appellez la securité qui lui ont juste dit que il ne fallait pas boire . Entre les chambres on entend quand quelqu'un va au toilettes ou va a la douche et lorsqu'il regarde la télé . Etant Francais et ne parlant […] pas beaucoup anglais la reception de l'hotel personne ne parle Francais se qui est tres tres compliqué !!!!!!!!!! Le presonnel de l;hotel a ete super sympatique meme la personne qui lavait les fenetres dhehors.la seul chose que je pourrais dire c;est la chambre trop petite pour 4 personne vraiment trop petite,,

Beautiful historic hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The rooms are small, our air-conditioning didn't work and the Tv (although a flat screen) had a bad picture. The falls view was through a very small window that you had to lean into one at a time to look out. Our Room had no heating system; it was cold and the room was so small that we could barely walk. Even TV didnt work. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is an old hotel that tried to fit in with modern style; but the double room is too small to fit for a couple, let alone for other family members; the double bed is too small for a couple to sleep on - it's more like a single bed; the bathroom does not have any ventilation so air quality is a bit stuffy. the service was excellent they upgrade you accomodations at no extra cost or request . They even tried to place on the same floor as our friends and surprised us with a nice bottle of wine. I would certainly stay there again.

The staff at the Crown Plaza restored my faith in people. I had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Crown Plaza, when I left, I forgot something very valuable behind. My purse!!!!!!. I checked every where that we stopped to shop & eat. Then resigned myself to neverseeing it again. Ww crossed the border back to the USA, even with my lack of documents. After […] returning to work, I received a call from the manager telling me that my purse was given to him by the housekeeping manager. Fortunately for me, I had a business cardin it. MYPURSE, CASH, DOCUMENTS, WERE RETURNED TO ME INTACT. I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone, not only for the service but more for the integrity of the staff at the Crown Plaza. its was soo romantic and antique. Service always with a smile .. Waterpark was fun and wonderful how everything was all connected.

We enjoyed our stay very much. From the warm smile at check in to the heart felt thank-you as we checked out. We will be back.

Nice hotel for a small family. Convenient to waterpark and Clifton Hill. Difficult to find inexpensive healthy food. Hotel only offers breakfast via room service or fancy restaurant. If you spend a few extra bucks, this hotel will show you the true spirit of the World's greatest natural Wonder. Great views from the room, restaurant (Capra). Everything is connected ( Casino, Restaurants, Shopping, large indoor water park) It felt like an all inclusive vacation. Worth Every penny.

Stayed two nights. When getting off the elevator on on floor the first thing that hits you is a musty basement smell. Got into the room it's was freezing cold. Went into use the washroom only to see a used femine napkinin the recycle bin. Turned thermostat up to full and that's where it stay for the whole to days. The first night because of the cold […] tornado like weather outside it's was very uncomfortable. The second night was just bearable. Stayed there before couple years ago wasn't like this. And maybe they should tell you when booking it's $20.00 a night parking. Only thing going was it's right by the Rainbow Bridge and you don't have to go outside to go to there pint size casino. Admittedly, we were there in the coldest time of the year, so the city was empty. The hotel is right around the corner from the smaller, and slightly cheesier tourist center area of Niagara Falls, but still super central by car and, if it's not below freezing, by foot. Falls are in walking distance and our room on the 8th floor had a great view. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's location is great because it's close to a lot of the attractions. The Americana Falls is nearer to this hotel and the Horseshoe Falls is a 10 to 15-minute walk. I've stayed in nicer hotels but the location and the price make up for the amenities that may be present in more modern hotels.

Like the title says, this hotel was cheap, clean, and close to everything! The room was a little cramped... and although we may have been "slightly" over capacity for our room, there really was no extra space to walk/sit. Rooms are good for sleeping, though not enough hang out space... Unless you want to hang out on the beds. Lots of kids in lobby […] and about becasue of the waterpark... (Just mentioning b/c I know that when some adults do wknd getaways, they want to avoid children.) Room window opens. (Happy bonus) Everything is a $5 cab ride away, it really is close to everything. Cabs roll by often, no long waits. Hotel Parking discount is a joke. Reg is $20 Discount is $19. The good thing is that you can come and go as you please... (But everything is fairly close, so, I don't know...) Parking negative 2, just because you have a room at the hotel does not guarantee you a parking spot. Parking lots are almost always filled to capacity b/c of waterpark. Look of hotel is excellent. Got a nice "oldie" vibe to it and feels comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful with questions. Silly.... Requesting a later checkout require one to wake up and call the front lobby at 8:30am. If you're up at 8:30, what is the point??! All in all it was a cheap and comfortable stay. I just want to say that I had a great night sleep on those mattress in the room it was plop and you went right to sleep. Other than that the room is nice did really get a wow view of the falls but partial.. Had a great stay.

Can't wait until our next stay!!

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff at the registration desk is very helpful and always polite. The location is great, walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill. We will definitely stay again the next time we go to Niagara Falls.

This hotel is in a very convenient location...close to the Falls, Rainbow Bridge, and Clifton Hill tourist areas. The hotel is older and the rooms are smaller and with less amenities than you would find in a newer hotel, but this also gives it more character. Only serious complaint was that the coffee provided in the rooms was very bad.

Very nice hotel, all was good with location, room, pool, front desk service etc. Only 2 disappointments to mention. 1. Parking is not included. 2. The internet is not included. With all the travelling I do and it's quite a bit I never pay for parking and the internet is all part of the package these days...I mean let's get real here...MacDonalds has […] free internet...and all I am having is a coffee! The hotel was super easy to find having driven from Toronto, and didn't have a any problems getting there. The parking garage was convenient and easily accessible to get in and out of. I loved the fact the hotel was directly across from the "Rainbow Bridge" so I had no problem driving straight into the U.S. the next morning. The hotel is a short walk […] from the Horseshoe Falls with a better view of the American Falls. Beautiful lobby with nice Christmas decorations that made it inviting to sit down in the lobby after a walk back from dinner. We would definitely stay here again. Noisy older location. Falls view rooms is a stretch.

Right next to the Falls and all attractions, easy to walk to. Great restaurants however VERY pricey in this area, have to drive to more reasonably priced food but not far. Pool & hot tub were great, kids would love the waterpark, adults love the casino, both in same complex. All was ok however I tried to check in a few times before the actual check in time...I felt like I was being a bother to the front desk clerks...they seemed a bit annoyed that I had gone back a few times....I did only because I was tired from long trip and saw others checking in. Other than that, excellent location

-clean, comfortable hotel with good service -dining in the Rainbow room with a view of the falls is VERY EXPENSIVE. breakfast buffet was $19 and $14 for orders off the menu. Dinner entrees were $34 to $45 dollars. Be aware of the additional fees such as HST at 13% and some promotional fees added to the bill

the location of crowne plaza is ideal in that you can do both sides without a car. easy walk across bridge to american side. bridge itself is worhtwhile.

Hi have stayed at numerous hotels and this is by far the worst hotel I have every stayed in. Room had poor lighting, was the size of a closet, I didn't have hot water in the room in the morning. Would not ever stay here again and would recommend people to stay elsewhere. For what I paid I could have stayed in an upgraded room closer to fallsview ca […] sino. Lisez la suite

I didn't visit any of the facilities or anything like that and therefore can't review on it. We were the first customers of the day and got upgraded to a room with a view of the falls, king sized bed and jacuzzi tub in room. The plumbing system is very very outdated. My partner & I ventured to Canada last week along with family members for a vacation. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza and absolutely LOVED IT! It was convenient to the falls, shops, casino and restaurants! The view from our room was spectacular! It is an older hotel with smaller rooms, however it has chram and I would stay there again.

The stay was nice but because we hads a baby with us the room was super small and having a crib made it that much smaller. It is a very well kept hotel for its age we ate breakfast at the hotel resturant and the food was very bad. the only rason I would not recommened this hotel is because unless your on your own and on a business trip the rooms are […] just too small, but all the staff are very helpful and nice. My wife and I along with our two small children (aged 1 and 3) recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls. This was our third visit to the falls area and we chose this hotel mainly for its location and the rate was quite fair for the season. We had a room on the 5th floor which was well equipped and clean but was extremely small. We booked as […] a family and there were no family option rooms so we assume rooms would be a typical size across the hotel. Thankfully we only stayed a couple of nights any longer and I think we may have struggled. You have to appreciate the history of the building which reflects why the rooms maybe so small but, if you are looking for accommodation for a family; we would not recommend this hotel. To put the size into context, immediately as we came in through the main door with a double buggy the bathroom and access to the room was blocked! The pushchair couldn’t be pushed further into the room without still blocking access because it would have encroached onto the bed and the chest of draws. We basically had to operate the pushchair like a sty gate – push it in pass the bathroom door - we had to then go into the bathroom. Then we had to push the pushchair back to get forward of it to get the cases in and children out of it to collapse it etc. We also had to move the furniture around to accommodate a travel cot for our one year old and create spaces for our suitcase. No major drama but it is a hassle for a family considering it’s a hotel stay and the average hotel rooms are bigger. The hotel room is a perfect size for a couple but be prepared if you are a party of more than two it’s going to be cosy and not in a good way! I think the room was over furnished simply because the room was so small. Anyway it only took us 30 minutes to re-organise the furniture to get everything we needed sorted. The bathroom was also small but in keeping with the style of the hotel. It was also clean and well designed with shelf’s etc which made use of Lisez la suite

I am disappointing with this hotel. The room was tiny. After we complained they gave us a nice room. The fridge is not included. The TV was 20 years old. The internet is not free!!! The maintenance of the pool was poor. The good things, the hotel is very nice, the service is very good. The restaurant view is nice.
