tres bon hotel, bien isolé , propre

Big clean room but charged 5 euro for each trip to the airport where you have to go to get the subway into Frankfurt. Better to stay at a more expensive hotel with free shuttle if you plan to tour. Also shuttle only runs every half hour compared to another airport hotel that goes every 15 min. Friendly staff, but did not offer information about city […] pass that was offered. Very convenient..the bus service is the best. Bar and dinner nice. Room simple but adequate. I had to request a second blanket because they only gave me a small one. The internet was very expensive and I had lots of trouble getting it to work. Overall, it was nice.

Functional, good value for money if you've an early flight. The shuttle bus took longer than I thought, and no restaurants/shops nearby to walk to. Minor 5 euro charge to get back to the airport. Clean, spacious room. Would stay again.

This hotel is not cheap for the standard that it is. They try and charge you for everything and what they do charge you for is ocer the top. A very average dinner buffet costs 28 Euros and a breakfast buffet, similarly average, costs 22 Euros. If you don't want to pay for a full breakfast you can have one croissant and one cup of coffe for 5 Euros! […] They don't even give you tea or coffee in the room. Appalling value. Lisez la suite

Very clean and comfortable, reasonably priced. I had a good rest before taking my next flight.

We had hard time locating the hotel especially in foggy night. Hotel breakfast was WAY expensive (22 euros). But for the price of the room it aint bad a stay.

Room was adequate and clean for a short stay. Shuttle to airport and public transportation was easy. Bed was not the worst I've stayed on, but not extremely comfortable. Great place to stay if you need somewhere close to the airport, but there is nothing else close by for entertainment.

My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable! The staff was very professional; the shuttle was clean and comfortable and the driver was very polite and professional. I wish I had booked more nights!

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Very convenient to airport with shuttle bus. Even though it's next to the airport, with the window closed, airport noise wasn't an issue.

This is a hotel in a good location if you want to stay near the airport at a reasonable price. There are some hotels at a more convenient location, but at much higher price.

Nice Hotel, But Drinks & Food a bit expensive, And if your driving then the car park cost 17.50 euros and i was their for 3 nights...ouch But apart from that yes excellant hotel..

Ideal, close to airport for stopover. Rooms were clean. We didn't find the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but was fine on way back the next day.

Seriously, it looks more as a good 2 or poor 3stars hotel: - poor finitions of the room - really poor finitions of the water room - walls are thin like paper - breakfast was a joke - parking is an extra fee so in one word: AVOID !!!!

The hotel was perfect as an overnight hotel previous to a flight. The only thing is that the shuttle to the airport should be free and not charge for it. 5 Euro per person is too much, and more if you are traveling with family. The cost is 25 Euros. Too much.

In short, the neighbors were loud, kids were wrestling about. I called the front desk TWICE with no answer. This was around 12:30 midnight when I had had ENOUGH of the noise. I had to get up out of bed and walk down to the desk. They said they would call, I'm sure they did but the Noise CONTINUED. I called again- NO ANSWER and I refused to walk down […] a 2nd time. There was BLACK hair in my shower and floor bathroom. We didnt use the bathroom because of it. Also the mini bar fridge was RANCID. It smelled like something died in it. There were also pieces of trash in the room. The next day when I told the lady about these complaints, she told me I should have called and that was it. I told her I DID call and no one answered and I came to the front desk ( she was there when I complained)- then she proceeded to charge me euros for the tram BACK to the airport. I'm sorry but since I did not get ANY SLEEP nor able to take a shower, I was highly disappointed that she was still charging me for a fare that I was unaware of in the first place. Lisez la suite

I have stayed here several times, so it must not be to bad... The hotel is very clean and convenient. The food here is passable, but there are no options to the hotel dining due to the hotel location. 5euro for bus to airport...

I liked that the hotel was in close proximity to the airport. The room was decent and clean. However, the queen bed was a full size at best and it wasn't very comfortable. The towls were old and they provided only one full size bath towl and no wash clothes. The dinner in the restaurant was sub par and way over priced.

disappointed with this hotel - the room was dark and uncomfortable, particularly the bathroom which had no bathtub and only a tiny tiny telephone booth style shower room service was not available at 11:00 AM and was poor food dinner the night before

If you need a hotel near the airport, this is more than fine.

This is a great hotel with easy shuttle to the airport. We stayed 3 nights and is was easy to get to the train stations and a transportation pass is included in the rate of the room. We took several day trips outside of Frankfurt and visited relative who live in the countryside south. If you don't rent a car this is a great alternative. Great room for the money.

The hotel location is not too far, but for airport hotel, it is far. Added to that the shuttle frequency is 30-45 minutes, we were concerned about our morning connection. The food in the hotel restaurant is not good.. just salad and dessert buffet with one main dish, and it was very very pricey for what they served., (It was more than 4* branded hotel […] in Cosmopolitan) . This is an airport hotel and fulfills this function to a tee. It is inexpensive, very clean, comfortable, and a short shuttle ride from the terminal. Two things to watch out for, however: 1) Taking the shuttle back to the airport incurs a 5 euro charge 2) Wi-fi access is expensive - I paid 5 euro for one hour

It was a long drive from the airport for an "airport hotel." they also charge 5 euros per person to get a round trip ride to the airport. If they call themselves an "airport hotel" the transportation should be free. Hotel is isolated and there is nothing nearby. No restaurants nearby.

Where to begin? The AC didn't work, so we woke up in the middle of the night several times with terrible sweats. The shower was ill-designed, so it flooded our bathroom. The expensive buffet (with no other neighborhood options) had terrible food. (How do you mess up salad dressing?)

The hotel was very close to the airport, the restaurant was fast, friendly and the food and drink were good. The room was comfortable and clean, just what we needed for a long layover (12hrs.)

En general bien el Hotel, no me gusto que no tuviera un restaurante, solo room service, ya que como esta cerca de aeropuerto, no pudimos salir a cenar a ningún lado. tambien el desayuno se me hizo muy caro, por lo demás bien.

Ypperlig hotell å benytte seg av dersom man må vente på en avgang over natten.

Hotellin sijainti moottoriteiden välissä, tosin meteli ei kuulu huoneeseen, mutta hotellista pääsee kauppojen ym. palveluiden pariin vain maksullisella hotellin kuljetuksella (noin viisi euroa per henkilö edestakaisin) […] lentokentälle tai taksilla. Hotellista tuli mielikuva, että kaikki ylimääräinen maksaa. Langaton internet oli tarjolla, maksusta tietenkin (tunti maksoi noin viisi euroa). Hotellin henkilökunta oli mukavaa. Kaiken kaikkiaan kelpo hotelli hintaansa nähden lentojen välillä yöpymiseen, mutta jos haluat lähteä hotellilta illanviettoon tai käyttää esimerkiksi internettiä, tulee kuluja reilusti lisää. Hotel liegt ideal fuer 1 Uebernachtung vor 1 langen Flug. Bus Service vom Flughafen/ Hotel und retour ist super, nettes Personal. Zimmer sind Standard, Bad mit Dusche ein wenig klein und Handtuecher muessen dringenst erneuert werden, entspricht nicht 4* Standard! Trotzdem hatten wir einen netten Aufenthalt!

Fuer ein 4-Sterne-Hotel fehlten die kleinen Extras wie Shampoo und Conditioner. Die Handtuecher wirkten schon etwas abgenutzt aber noch nicht fadenscheinig. Besonders zu beanstanden ist: es gibt nur einen Parkplatz in Hotelnaehe und der kostet EUR 17.50 pro Nacht. Das erhoeht den an sich guenstigen Zimmerpreis betraechtlich. Weiters ist zu beklagen, […] dass in diesem Hotel, wie uebrigens auch im Steigenberger, das WiFi mit EUR 4.50 pro Stunde bezahlt werden muss. Dieses muss ueber eine externe Firma gebucht werden, was alles sehr kompliziert und zu Fehlbuchungen etc. fuehrt, fuer die Gaeste ein klares Aergernis. Lisez la suite

Gutes Hotel mit sehr schönen grossen Zimmern,sehr sauber.Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.Frühstück etwas teuer .

Bra service på flera språk, rena och trevliga rum. Trevlig bar. Enda nackdelen är att maten i restaurangen var lite dyr för att vara standard mässig.

Fikk en liten overraskelse ved innsjekking; de hadde ikke tatt høyde for riktig antall personer. Heldigvis hadde vi med bekreftelsen fra hotels.com og da ordnet det seg kjapt. Hotellet er dessverre gammelt og nedslitt. Tv'ene på rommene er av CRT-typen, romventilasjonen er ikke-eksisterende og dersom en åpner vinduet så får en flystøy og støy fra den […] nærliggende motorveien rett i fleisen. Der er forøvrig en liten, men hyggelig, bar på hotellet som serverer en rikholdig sen-kveldsmeny om en skulle ankomme etter at hovedrestauranten har stengt. Hotellet har egen shuttle-tjeneste til flyplassen hver halvtime på morgenkvisten. Den vi skulle ta, kl. 0815, gikk simpelthen ikke i det hele tatt og mange av oss ble litt stresset da det begynte å knipe på tiden ift flyavgang. I denne sammenheng er det viktig å ta med seg at flyplassen i Frankfurt er så diger at det vanligvis tar lang tid å komme seg ut til riktig gate. Lisez la suite
