dommage parking payant 24€/jour, non avertie lors de l'arrivée, surprise!!! autrement très bien situé, personnel agréable parlant Français.

Nous avons passé le jour de l'an a San Sebastian et passé la nuit au TRYP Orly en Suite Junior qui, Pour la nuit du nouvel an, était un très bon rapport qualité prix. Accueil souriant et serviable. Seul Bémol ( dû au nouvel an ) le restaurant était fermé comme tout les restaurants de la ville et nous n'étions pas au courant donc plan B, sandwich en […] ville dans un bar ! Hôtel très bien situé à quelques mètres de la plage. Chambre agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Que du positif.

hotel des annees 60 mal orienté par mappy 2 h pour trouver l'hotel chambre moyenne pour un soit disant 4 etoiles accueil moyen attention le 1er etage est en fait le 8 eme bruyant : aspirateur dans le couloir vers 10h du matin bien placé à 1mn de la plage parking dans l'hotel

Great location one street off the beach...had harbor facing awesome view...15min walk from train, 25 from bus, 15 from the old town.

The hotel is undergoing renovation so the lobby was a bit of a mess ... But the staff was friendly and spoke good English, We parked our rental car at the hotel ... Safe but peace of mind comes at a price. Our room looked out onto some lovely buildings and terraces and we really did not care if we had a view of the Bay. Mattress was a little too hard […] for me but linens were fresh clean and substantial. Bathroom was spotless but had a bit of a musty smell that must have to do with construction as towels were all fresh. Included a bidet that is a lovey invention almost never seen in the US. Initially had trouble with the free WiFi but it worked better later on in the evening. The weather was blustery but our room stayed cozy and we could open the window when it was stuffy. This hotel is in a great location and has wonderful views. Our room was comfortable and clean and the Staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was excellent. I was however, disappointed that there was refurbishment taking place in the Reception as I had taken my family as a surprise and it gave a poor first impression. 10 min.walk to old town.

location and room were perfect, however, reception area and reception toilets were not very good and the bar area not very welcoming. some sort of building/maintenance work was being carried out but didnt really inconvenience us. Staff were very nice and helpful and I would likely stay there again.

Spent a wonderful 7 nights at the Orly. While not on the beach, you can be there in about 30 seconds. We were on the 4th floor and still had a view. The room was small but very modern and comfortable. The hotel staff was amazing and so helpful. Especially the young women that checked us in, and the handsome young man with the beautiful dark eyes that […] also works the front desk. They were both so pleasent and helpful. The Tryp Orly should be so pleased to have people like this working for them. Planning another trip in May and we are pleased to be staying at the same place. Lisez la suite

My husband and I stayed here after Christmas and I was scared because I had seen some less than stellar reviews but I have no idea what people were complaining about. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful and let us leave our car a little longer than we paid for, gave us great recommendations, and were fantastic. The hotel is not brand-new or huge […] so maybe this is what annoyed people but our room was awesome. Great view of the city, huge super comfortable bed (hard to find in Spain!), and it had a nice bathroom. The breakfast was more than fine - lots of options as to what to eat and a clean place with plenty of space. I had a nice filling meal before a day of walking. has an old ugly reception but very nice new rooms which most of them have sea view. good customer service and breakfast.

This hotel was easy to locate and just a block off the beach. It very accessible to all the major attractions and just walking distance from Old Town where you want to go to eat and drink. There are signs everywhere that point to Tryp Orly. The accomodations were a little dated but the price is right and the location is perfect!

This hotel is in a very busy part of town and very hard to find. The parking garage is kind of scary. Nothing overly nice about this hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located just across the road from La Concha beach and only a few minutes walk from the old town. We were charged 24 Euros for 24 hours of parking, which is a bit steep but in line with what other parking lots charge in that location. There is a small stairway up which you need to carry your luggage to get to the elevators, […] but considering location, condition of the rooms and window view, it is a really small nuisance. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and provided good recommendations for dinner. The rooms were comfortable.

great location, able to walk everywhere room very spacious and comfortable especially the beds staff recommended several good restaurants for dinner beach very accessable, would have been nice to have beach towels available breakfast buffet expensive when you could walk to numerous cafes for coffee and croissant/toast

This hotel is situated in a great location. Just across the street is the ocean, lovely beach and a great boardwalk. Old town is within walking distance.

The hotel was nice but a little overpriced. But you know what they say - location, location, location. If you want to stay near the action with a great view, the Tryp Orly is a great place to stay in San Sebastian.

Für ein Kurzaufenthalt ist das Hotel perfekt. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet für nur 15 Euro. Klasse Personal. Aber für im Zimmer zu verweilen oder sonst im Hotel wenn's regnet ? Dann doch eher nein.

Hotellet er av den "noe kjedelige 60 talls type" med brunt interiør og noe mugglukt i korridorene. Beliggenheten er bra med 1 minutts gange til den berømte strandpromenaden. Det er egentlig ikke mer å beskrive. Prisen synes noe for høy.

El hotel necesita una reforma, puesto que las estancias son viejas y necesitan una renovación. El parking del hotel es bastante caro. Lo único bueno del hotel es la cama (comodísima) y la situación que está muy cerca de la Playa de la Concha y del centro. Creo que es caro para lo que ofrecen.

Está excelentemente bien ubicado, un poco viejo en sus instalaciones pero un valor justo por lo recibido. Tienen internet gratis de alta velocidad por todo el hotel.

Pros: positón muy buena, cerca de la playa de la concha y del casco viejo de la ciudad. Si no quiere suplemento desayuno, sin embargo puede disfrutar de la cafetería del hotel que es mas económica. Cons: tamaño habitación familiar no adecuado, gasto aparcamiento elevado.

Nice staff, nice apartments very well situated.

Muy bien situado, a pocos metros tanto de la playa de la Concha como del centro comercial de la ciudad. Hotel funcional, sin grandes alardes pero muy correcto, con buenas vistas gracias a que todas las habitaciones están situadas en plantas altas del edificio.
