Right across from Folsom Outlets and just down the road from old town Folsom. Great room. Spacious. Looked new. I will stay again.

2nd time we've stayed... wish they had a bit more for breakfast got there just about 815- most of the hot stuff was gone.

we came for a wedding, and it was i mile away perfect only problem was unloading in heavy rain, no overhang.

The price to quality ratio is very fair. The rooms have a great little kitchen and other conveniences. The included breakfast was also very good. I love the big fresh bagels, not the little pre-packaged ones.

Comfortable, clean, friendly

The Hotel was wonderful but the Staff was FANTASTIC! Deserie at the front desk was helpful finding maps for us and answering all our questions. The breakfast was excellent and the cleaning staff wonderful. Thanks Lucy! We would never stay anywhere else in Folsom. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Will be back!! Larkspur is a great chain and worthy of patronizing wherever I go.

We have a 4 month old baby and the room was more like a little apartment with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, and bath with dual sinks. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again!!

Very nice and comfortable. The staff was really helpful. We will stay there again. Our room had some noise from other rooms but was only minor. I will recommend this hotel and already have. The price was very good too.

The hotel is located in the corner of a retail center, which is not that great. However, it is a short walk across the train tracks to the bicycling and hiking paths along Lake Natoma, which is a wonderful opportunity.

The hotel was perfect for my destination. The rooms were beautifully done and every thing was immaculate. They served a continental breakfast in the morning but I chose to use the kitchen so I can not comment on it. Will definitely stay again if I am in that area.

The staff were curtious, friendly and professional. The location was perfect for me and easily accessible from the highway. The hotel itself was incredibily clean and I'm a stickler for cleanliness. My husband and I had occasion to travel to Folsom for a cousins birthday party. We decided to make it a weekend away and stayed 3 nights. The Larkspur was a lovely home away from home. We found it clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and most helpful. My only complaint would be that the curtains didn't quite meet the wall and let […] a shaft of sunlight into my face for early morning roll call. Great clean place. If you are a pillow lover, you'll love this place!

I was expecting a clean hotle and on the surface that is what I thought I was getting. However when it came time to go to bed, my pillows and sheets smelled like someone had slept in them the night before without being washed!!!!! It made me itchy and just grossed out,. The restroom and the room overall was just not as sanitary as I would have expected. […] I will not stay there again. If your planning on staying there bring your cleaning gloves and extra set of sheets!!!!! Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent!!!! Lisez la suite

We have been house hunting in Placerville, Cameron Park, etc. and the quality of hotels in those areas is pretty bleak so we decided to make the trek from folsom. The value for the price of Larkspur Landing in Folsom during the weekend is very good. Rates go up a lot during the work week. Nice little kitchen in the room and even a free laundry room. […] Great location with good restaurants and shopping in area and even a movie theatre in walking distance. Great and helpful staff. This hotel is in a good location if you don't want to drive your car around much. It's on the same new campus as a theater,china painting,blow up playground for young children, and a car rental place. Lots of restaurants,(Including a Mc Donalds playland) and right across the street from a discount mall. Just down the hill, within walking distance is […] the light rail, which looks like it will take you into town. I did not use it, but it looks very clean, and safe. The hotel does have a jacuzzi, but no pool. The staff is very nice and helpful. They had an upper parking area where we could leave our camping trailer. It's tucked away from everything, so it was quiet. The rooms are very nice, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a little welcome basket, with various snacks, and treats which was appreciated. The kitchens have refrigerators, dishes, pots and pans, etc as well as a service for a small fee to go to the grocery store for you. The breakfast in the morning was good, though nothing exceptional. The usual assortments of fruits, yogurts,muffins, etc. We stayed here so we could visit the many wineries in the area. Lisez la suite

At this hotel the pillows are too big to be confortable for me,but if you like big pillows this is the place for you.

Surprise find. very clean. modern decor. ask for the rooms with baconies!

This place answered all my requirements for my weekend there- proximity to the lake, comfort and so forth. I had never been to the area before and arrived at night. I would have appreciated better signage. There is a sign high on the wall of the hotel but the building itself is on a hill taking it well away from the view of a driver. I found it only […] because I stopped in a gas station and asked. As well, the building sits behind a kind of mall, an enormous asphalt field populated with strip malls and Burger King and the like. We stayed here for a regional regatta. Fantastic location to bike and walking parks. Great access to highway and to the Historic District (via light rail) When we first pulled into Mini Mall, we thought this would not be a great place. However, once you turn the corner,and are in the front entrance, you forget where you are and feel very relaxed. The […] mall area is very nice not noisy. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Visited Folsom to participate in River City Marathon. When I went to book hotel, host hotel was full and looking around, rates were comparable at Larkspur Landing, so I chose this one. Turns out, hotel was just as nice, if not nicer, and closer to race start. It was also conveniently located near dining so we didn't have to get back in car to eat dinner. […] Very nice inside and room was so spacious and luxurious. Hotel was super quiet so sleep was awesome. Only downside was small housekeeping issue almost not worth mentioning. Bed was not great for me, but was for husband. The staff and accommodations were great. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The continental breakfast at the hotel was okay coffee, cereal, pastries, fruit, etc. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I need to be in the area.

My stay was average. The room was nice with a great view. Plenty of places to eat close by. It took about 4hrs after being in our room for it to warm up. Later I pulled out the couch ,so I wouldn't wake my husband, and the matress was old, stained and torn. And the center sunk in. Excellent hotel that is close to everything. The staff, especially Regina, were warn and friendly. The room was comfortable and airy. Highly recommend this facility.

The room was large, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The decor was updated and modern. It was impeccably clean and spacious which made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel has a quiet policy after 10 pm on weekends which keeps the noise down and makes it a pleasant place to relax. The DVD player is a nice option for the room. There are lots of […] restaurants and shopping close by and a movie theater across from the hotel. All in all this is a gret place to spend a relaxing weekend with friends without breaking the bank. The staff was friendly and an outlet across the street to shop around was a plus. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only bad thing that I would say was "THE COUPLE next door to my room was mighty loud"...every hour from 12-3am but I guess it was my luck. HA! I really like this hotel. I've stayed here twice with my boyfriend, and the hotel is super clean and each room has a full kitchen. The staff is very friendly, and the facilities are very nice. The continental breakfast is better than most, but not the best. It needs make-it-yourself waffles!

Great hotel, would definitely stay here again. The suite we stayed in was very nice and quiet despite being on the ground floor next to the parking lot. The only thing I would have changed would be the bed - I like firm mattresses and it was rather soft, although that is only a matter of preference. Staff were very helpful - I had forgotten my prescription […] and someone came by to drop it off. The hotel clerk left a note under my door saying that someone had called and would be by around 9AM. When my prescription arrived they called my room to let me know it was at the front desk ready for pick-up. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Lisez la suite

Nice to have the convenience of shopping, movies and restaurants near the hotel. Nice furnishings and very comfortable bedding. Everything I needed for my stay. Free wifi too!

This is the best stay , you will ever have, enjoy the comfort and cleanliness and the staff was amazing.Room was clean,and had everything you need, towels were soft and the room smelled great. T v was awesome and the bathroom perfect. lOVED OUR STAY BB

I have stayed at this facility a couple of times and have been pleased each time. Nice facility, very low key, clean, friendly, convenient. My only small beef is the breakfast and breakfast area. Most similar hotels have a hot breakfast - the only thing hot here are bagels, etc that you warm in a toaster (though the bagels are pretty darn good). Also, […] there is no room to eat breakfast. I have had to sit outside or in the business service area sitting at a computer as there are only 3-4 chairs and my experience is that one family or a group of people traveling together take up the seats and sit around and talk, taking away the few precious seats for others.
