Très bonnes impressions, le personnel est à l'écoute efficace et agréable. les chambres sont très grandes et propres.Petit bémol sur les horaires petit déj qui ne dépasse pas 9 h en semaine. La piscine est moyenne et l'eau ne sent pas très bon.Bon emplacement à coté d'un mac do meme si un restaurant intérieur serait bien vu.

Arrivée à Salt Lake City c'était notre premier hotel et nous l'avions bien choisi pour son emplacement proche des commerces et facile d'accès de l'aéroport

hotel soigné mais chambre trés mal insonorisée: bruit entre les chambres cloisons trop minces on entend toutes les conversatioons des voisins,le bruit des canalisations et de leur douche retentit dans notre chambre; les pas des voisins de la chambre au dessus sont tras bruyants; donc quand on doit dormir pour prendre un avion tot le lendemain ce n'est pas terrible!!

Nice convenient hotel next to the freeway (so it gets noisy. Far from any store and the city itself. You definitely need a car.

"Nice Hotel"
Everything was good about this hotel. The only down side is that the suites ie. rooms with a separate bedroom and living room, back up to the freeway making it noisy. We slept great though by running the fan on low. I used ear plugs as well and didn't hear any noise at all. "Perfect for what we needed!"
We came into town to visit family and see a concert in Salt Lake City. The hotel was a perfect location and even though it is close to the freeway and the railroad tracks, neither one of those bothered us AT ALL. The room was warm and quiet and clean. "Great place to stay - close to Lagoon"
This hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate with easy access on and off. There are tons of stores and restaurants within a mile or two. Only 10 minutes away from Lagoon. The biggest complaint I have is the pillows are awful. They disappear when you lay on them. Otherwise, very helpful staff and a great overall place to stay.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Good value for a comfortable stay."
The Comfort Suites offers a nice family style environment, with large comfortable rooms and suites. The free breakfast offers hot and cold entrees. While the beds are comfortable, the pillows are like rocks and should be replaced. Highway noise can be a problem if you are a light sleeper.Avis véridique Expedia

"Great hotel for everyone"
We have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times and always have a great experience--from the cookies on the counter to the cleanliness of the room! Our only regret was we didn't go swimming or sit in the hot tub because it was jammed packed at 10 pm!Avis véridique Expedia

"Close to Golf"
I have stayed here before. It has always been very nice with the exception of this time. There was a very bad mold area in the bathroom about the size of a soccer ball. From the size of it , it had to have been there a long time. Had breakfast there the next morning. Sorry to say the hot items, eggs - oatmeal - sausage, were all cold. "Great hotel for traveling families!"
This was our third time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located right down the freeway from Lagoon. The staff is nice and friendly. We had adjoining rooms and my kids somehow got themselves completely locked out of their room. The gentleman from maintainance was very nice to us as he tried several techniques to open their room. The hotel also […] has a very good buffet breakfast (bisquits/gravy, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, waffles,fruit, cereal, etc). We will definately stay at this hotel again. I thought the customer service was outstanding. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The on knock I would have was that I found the breakfast to be a bit odd. The service was excellent. They had a great breakfast, great rooms and pool, but the neighborhood is awful! We had our car broken into while we were there and the hotel DOES NOT have security cameras. The morning manager mentioned that this had happened a number of times before and they still refused to put up survelience cameras. Great hotel overall, […] but the area it is in is very unsafe. That same morning I attempted to reach the guest by phone, leaving a message for him /her to call me back to both check on them and to see if there was any further assistance I could offer to help them resolve the car break in. This type of an incidence is not even close to being a regular occurrence and our neighborhood is actually very safe. I truly wish I could remove all the risks from our traveling guests due to others that are irresponsible.

This was an outstanding hotel! The staff was wonderful and there were great little extras like coffee, tea and cocoa, cookies and fresh apples available 24/7. The breakfast was fantastic, unlike some of the others we have experienced at higher priced hotels. I was pleasantly surprised that such a reasonably priced hotel was so attractive, service oriented […] and had such comfortable rooms and beds! In the future we will look for Country Inn Suites first. Of the hotels we stayed at on our extended vacation, this one ranked near the top and considering the price point it would be the top! We really like to stay at this hotel when we visit family. The breakfast is good, the front desk staff is always helpful. They always have fresh cookies, candy, and apples for the guests.
