Centrally located..5-10 mins walk to famous benn thanh market, right behind the hotel is the famous street of Dong Khoi where all the art gallery are. Staffs are very polite and friendly.

I had no view, the pool was bad and I did not feel comfortable, it felt out dated. The location was great. My air conditioner broke on the first morning and leaked all over my bag and desk, they did not apoligse when they eventually came to fix it and did not talk to me for the half an hour the electrician stayed in my room with the door wide open. […] Don't bother staying here. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating even with a 2 AM arrival. Everyone was very helpful and so very nice to us throughout our stay! We will stay here again. The suite room was large with a small balcony area. The bathroom was amazingly large with a jacuzzi tub and shower stall. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices both eastern […] and western. The hotel is located in District 1 with easy access to many sites and museums and markets. Great hotel, and as a four star hotel it exceeded my expectations. Room was absolutely brilliant, I just wish I had more time to spend there :) The location of the hotel is very good, where most things you do in the evening is at walking distance. The only thing was that from the streets it could be a bit noisy at times, but not too bad.

This was the second hotel I stayed at during my time in HCM -- it was cheaper than the first and so much better!! Fitted out with modern decor and furnishings, the rooms are well laid out. Bathrooms are very nice and well cleaned. The restaurant is modern and clean, enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Spa was a bonus - not the cheapest, but amazing back-clicking […] massages! Overall a good and price worthy hotel, but watch out for the showers, the water got incredibly hot.

THis is not a 4 star hotel but it's a perfectly good 3 star hotel. It has odd features, such as power points blocked by desks and so on and the air conditioner seemed to have only one setting - very cold. Many nearby restaurants and the Hotel restaurant is surprisingly good.

The Palace Hotel met and exceeded our expectations. It's in an excellent location, being in the centre of town, is well-maintained, clean, has a decent breakfast in a pleasant lounge, and presented good value for the price we paid. I do not have any compaint against anything but just one thing... The floor of the room was very rusty ( the wooden flooring looked like they have not been maintained at all... That gave me very uncomfortable feeling all along. Rest was okay.

Hotel location is good. However, I was paying superior delux rate and got assigned to 2nd floor. It was really noisy. I tried to change rooms but was told that single bed is not available for high floors. The room carpets is really horrible, I have never worn hotel slippers but you do need to do it. My feet went all dark after walking on the room […] carpets. The bed is low and I got bitten by bed bugs on my ear, arms and legs. I think the hotel need serious improvement. Lisez la suite

The hotel is a grwta location if you are planning to visit the catheral, City hall etc - just 5 min walk away, however the hotel is location on a busy intersection so is very noisy with regards to traffic. I booked this hotel for myself and three others thinking that it would offer us a good launch pad for our long weekend in Ho Chi Minh City. I was wrong. On arrival the staff behind the desk were at best incompetent and at worst rude. I'd specifically asked for a high room when I re-confirmed with them over the phone only to find we were on the 3rd floor […] facing the main road and people in Vietnam do love to use their horn. What annoyed me most was that the staff actually lied to me and said that it was quiet. The rooms themselves were of a very low quality, clean on the whole, but if you're mattress feels like it's full of broken glass and bricks the place could be immaculate and you'd still not get a good nights sleep. The breakfast was edible. That's about as much praise as I can give it. The choice was sorely lacking and the quality of the actual produce was one step below Lidl own brand food. Also, we were joined at our table by a lovely baby cockroach. Needless to say we ate out for the remainder of our trip. On leaving, as the level of spoken English of the departure staff was practically non-existent this resulted in a heated debate as to what charges should have been put on which room. It was eventually sorted out but we wouldn't have even been in that situation in the first place if they'd actually put things on the correct rooms or offered to change things around. Infact, even if they'd just explained it properly I would have been fine with it. All in all this is an unbelievably overpriced hotel for the low grade service, lower grade accommodation and lowest grade food imaginable. Save your self some money and hassle and book elsewhere. On our arrival, the room on offer was along side the Resturant door, and the room was rejected. At the time the Hotel was very busy and the staff did manage to provide another room on a higher level towards the rear of the building so road noise was not an issue. Bed low and quite hard, Wifi in room was a bonus, breakfast on all but our last day was […] very good, last day, little veriety, no bacon ! No pinapple! Had to ask for coffee and water, pretty basic , should not need to ask. Hotel location is quite good, very central, Hotel is a little old and tired but still ok,Rooftop is excellent for sunset drinks and Restaurant will provide meals up there. Staff on the most part very nice and helpfull. While we were there a Customer Service Manager was present and was extremley nice and keen to help with our room change any any issues we may have had. ... someone please teach 'em how to polish the floor!!! Everything was clean but because of the dull floor, everything looked so dull and murky. You CAN order milk coffee at the breakfast nook, you just gotta ASK for it about 20 times.

close to city center this hotel is good only to receive groups

The hotel was nice and they let me keep my bags there before and after check out. But I was only there for one night and it happened to be the one day of the week the pool was completely closed. There wasn't much of a gym and the "spa" didn't have half the services they advertised.

If you want luxury add a few $$ and use another hotel. The rooms were redone and the furnitures were brand new. Every day I got a new comb, but I asked for was a simple map and some tourist info which Vietnam is weak at and teh hotel provides zero info. We had a comfortable stay with Palace Hotel. We booked a suite but were given a deluxe room. I'm very particular with the cleanliness of the room and this hotel met my standard - the linens are clean & white and bed is comfortable. 飯店服務態度惡劣不積極 想把責任都丟給客戶自行處理 英文也很難溝通進一步的資訊， 非常失望遭透了的住宿經驗

９階のスーペリアダブルに２泊しました。部屋からの眺望は、裏の空き地と隣接建物が見えるだけ。部屋の広さは、ベッドがほとんどを占め、かなり狭く感じました。NHK　WORLDは視聴できません。１泊目の途中から、テレビが壊れて、本体電源が入りませんでした。カプセル式のシャワーブースのみでバスタブはありません。朝食のビュッフェは、ごく一般的な品揃えと味。レイトチェックアウトは、６時間以内か超過かの２種類で選択できました。立地は良く、大通り沿いですが、騒音等はそれほど気になりませんでした。

まず、観光客にとって、利便性抜群！ 市内観光、レストラン、お買いもの等々、すべて徒歩圏内というすばらしい立地。 そして、清潔感あふれるお部屋！快適にホテル滞在できる。 朝食も、味、衛生面、見た目、雰囲気、メニュー豊富で、飽きない。 ホーチミンを一望できる屋上からの眺めは、最高！ 霞からオレンジ色の輝きを放つ夕陽は、ざ・ベトナム。 次回のホーチミン滞在も、パレスホテルサイゴンで決まり！

Uitstekend hotel, alles klopt. Kamer is schoon, water is warm, personeel is vriendelijk, het ontbijt geweldig en het zwembad(je) op de 16de verdieping heerlijk.

Vi var ret tilfredse med hotellet. God morgenmadbuffet. Rene værelser og lækkert med pool på toppen. Dog skal man være OB's på meget begrænset antal liggestolr. Personalet var søde og serviceminded. Kan godt anbefale hotellet.

Et godt hotel med super beliggenhed. Værelserne er af forskellig størrelse og kvalitet, men er generelt fine, rene, pæne og godt vedligeholdt. Internet (trådløst) på værelset, dog svinger kvaliteten af forbindelsen. Super venlig service. Og en dejlig morgenmadsbuffet. Klart et hotel der kan anbefales.

Superior Zimmer gebucht, erhalten Zimmer mit Fenster-Ausicht in ein 1 x 1 Luftschacht. Nur gegen Aufpreis habe ich ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Schimmel im Bad, die Fenster und die Türen schleßen nicht richtig. Keine 3 Sterne wert. Keine Vorauszahlung leisten. Erst Zimmer sehen!!

Muito perto das principais atracções turísticas e com bom nível de conforto e de atendimento, o Hotel Palace Saigão foi uma muito boa escolha para a minha estadia em Saigão.

Very much OK Hotel with a perfect location The 4 Stars would not be recognised in Europe, but 3+ are OK I imagine.

Dog oplever vi gentagne gange at værelseskvaliteten mht. størrelse og beliggenhed varierer, på dette seneste ophold var der således ikke noget vindue ud til fri luft, ikke tilfredsstillende i forhold til et værelse bestilt til fuld pris og i god tid. Derudover har man ind imellem problemer med de elektroniske […] nøglekort. Buffeten på 5. sal er alle tiders (har kun prøvet morgenmad). Der er trådløst internet på hele hotellet, incl. værelserne, selvom kvaliteten nogen gange veksler. Så generelt et glimrende valg til ferie eller arbejdstur. Lisez la suite

Das Hotel ist absolut zentral gelegen, die Zimmer sind zwar etwas abgewohnt, aber ordentlich und sauber, das Personal freundlich. Insgesamt dem Preis angemessen, nichts zu meckern, das Frühstücksbüffet war ok.

あまり出歩かなかったのですが、ちょっと歩けばすぐにブランドショップが並んでいます。お買い物目的にホーチミンに行くなら便利です。部屋もきれいで、朝食もなかなか。ただ、バスタブでシャワーを浴びるとカーテンのないところから水が流れ、床を濡らします。足拭きマットをバスタブの近くに置いてシャワーを浴びると、出る頃にはマットがビシャビシャに濡れて足が拭けなくなりますから気をつけて下さい。後は全く問題なしです。

Stayed here on our last night in Vietnam before going back to Europe. This was the worst hotel during our entire stay. They first gave us a room that had a water damage and awful smell. When we went down to the reception they first said that they will send housekeeping... I said that it smells like a water damage and you'll probably not get the smell […] away... Anwser: " Yes, Yes"... We eventually got a another room. But this was a smoking room and we had booked a non-smoking. Third time they offered us a MUCH smaller room right next to the elevator. I said that we will not accept this... either. So after going down to the reception the 4th time they eventually got us a room that was OK. But certainly not more than that. So overall: Bad service! Bad quality of the rooms considering what you are paying. Breakfast was OK och Location is good. My advice: take another hotel. This is NOT 4star quality and service. We had better rooms and service staying at 2 and 3 star hotels. Lisez la suite
