Très bon accueil des propriétaires et chambres spacieuses avec espace cuisine. Parking gratuit. Proche des commodités et du walk of fame.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Hollywood ,parking gratuit,connection internet moyenne dans les chambres meme si elle est gratuite,petit dejeuner compris et copieux,un frigo mais pas de coffre fort.Personnel très sympathique le seul bémol c'est que même les chambres non fumeur sentent le tabac froid sinon dans l ensemble séjours agréable pour 2 à 3 nuits maximum,ah oui petite piscine pour se détendre et ça aussi c'est toujours agréable .

Très bon compromis: qualité/prix, emplacement idéal à 1minutes à pied du Kodak Theatre et à la fois dans une rue calme. Jardin sur le toit très bien aménagé, piscine agréable, petit déjeuner délicieux (mention spéciale aux muffin), chambre grande avec cuisine, parking fermé - Bref ravis de notre séjour (4nuits). Les petits bémols: murs fins car vieux bâtiment et penser à demander une chambre sur cour et pas sur rue (c est quand même Hollywood Boulevard dont on parle : y a de la vie!!). C'était très bien!! Vraiment

Hotel classique au niveau des chambres. Parking assez grand. Bon avantage sur le placement à 2 minutes à pied du métro et à 5 minutes en voiture d'Hollywood Signs, des étoiles d'Hollywood Blvd, 15 minutes d'Universal Studios, de Sunset Strip, 30 minutes sans bouchon de Venice Beach et Santa Monica. Méfiance tout de même dans le secteur de l'hotel à la tombée de la nuit mais c'est pas non plus Bagdad...

"Good for this part of LA."
Well it's a hotel/casino so there are thousands of gamblers in the casino--really thousands--and it's card room only. The refrigerator in my room was broken which is why I deducted the rating for condition or maintenance. Breakfast was terrific in the Manhattan Deli/Grill.
"The Crowne Plaza Hotel"
Compimentary breakfast and lunch! Friendly and fast room service. Would definetly recommend it. We dined at one of their restaurants and saw a show there for free. It was great.

Had a nice stay for three days convenient to most of LA .Not place to walk around to explore the area nothing really around.Drive to the mall down the street to walk around. It's a very large Card room not really a casino per-se.Good food is there though
"Outdated"
Hotel is in bad need of a remodel. Staff was just average. A lot of very casual service. Casino is depressing. Very cheaply done and uncomfortable environment. This hotel is only there for the locals to come gamble.
"Parking mess"
The hotel itself is fine for one with a casino. The parking situation was not great if you want to park your own car. They have limited self parking and you have to compete with casino customers. On average if you park after 5 pm you will probably have to walk the distance of a footbal field to get to the casino/hotel. "Crowne Plaza - Commerce"
We were there for the Rose Bowl. The front desk was unbelievably helpful assisting us in routing the best way to get to the parade and Pasadena. Great location (the surrounding area isn't the greatest, but easy access to freeways and centrally located) - great price - would stay again.

convenient location for me. central area and able to move around for business. only complaint with the hotel is that they have all of their valet parking lots close to the hotel. so free parking is a pretty good hike away. they want you to valet. the furniture in the rooms is a little dated, but the hotel is clean, quiet, safe.

"More casino than hotel"
Expensive valet parking, and free parking, almost always full because (guess what!!) people gambling in the casino. Good stores near and freeway in front of it. Neighborhood, well, not looking so nice and safe.

Worried about location, refused refund by hotels.com. Hotel was extremely accomidating, provviding free transportation to Rose Bowl and out for New Year's Eve. Had a blast!
"Great place to stay and play!"
I found the Crowne Plaza at the Commerce Casino a totally pleasant experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the restaurant food was reasonable and tasty. I played poker there a lot and found a great effort by all concerned to provide great, speedy service. I am already planning a return as soon as […] I can. I found some of the negative reviews I read on hotels.com to be pretty far off the mark. Maybe they fixed things based on the previous reviews. I did not see nor suspect any cheating at the tables while I played over the two days. There was a high degree of politeness and service. They have great meals while seated at the playing tables. "Second class service for Hotel guests!"
Because of the "casino", guest parking is not a priorty. They offer valet parking at a charge. No signs or directional help available for self park which happens to be in the back, a long way from check in. The hotel guest takes a back seat to casino guests.

Family stayed for 4 nights... theres not much to do in the area of commerce (but play poker/blackjack) but the price was right and the hotel stay was satisfactory. Nice rooms.
"Typisch amerikanisches 4-Sterne Hotel mit Casino"
Prima Zimmer, groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet. hervorragende Betten (King size). Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig, I-5 verläuft direkt gegenüber vom Hotel, allerdings auch mitten in einem Industriegebiet. Fussläufig nichts zu erreichen/sehen. 1.5 km entfernt liegt L.A.s einziges Outlet Center. Prima zum shoppen und essen. Preise nicht ganz so günstig wie […] bei den Outlets außerhalb von LA...dann allerdings 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit. Das Casino ist nicht mit europ. Standards zu vergleichen. Aber für Pokerspieler ein absoluter Traum. Egal um welche Zeit und für welchen Geldbeutel, es ist immer was los. Eben wegen des Casinos, ist parken generell ein Problem.
