L'hotel est bien place a cote de l'aéroport. Il y a une navette gratuite pour l'aeroport. La chambre est propre, grande et confortable. Je suis très satisfaite.

"Love the Water's Edge"
Such a wonderful experience. All the staff was very intuitive, friendly and helpful. This charming hotel provided a lovely setting for both working and relaxing. Gorgeous views off the observation deck and comfy front patio area! The rooms are great. Bathrooms need updating, but otherwise wonderful accommodations. Definitely be back.Avis véridique Hotels.com

I was under the impression from my booking that we would have had a bigger balcony.. But it was very small.. "Lovely hotel but needs some work"
Lovely hotel right on the water at the end of the town of Tiburon. We would have enjoyed our stay much more had the toilet in the washroom not been broken and cycled all night. Also the walls are very thin so we were awoken by out neighbors talking, talking showers, etc. Also, we found a cockroach in our room, which creeped me out.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Perhaps you saw a bug, but it wasn't a cockroach. Seeing a bug is not necessarily any more pleasant, but just the word "cockroach" makes the hair on the back of one's neck stand up, and I want to be clear for anyone who is reading this review, that that is not the case at Water Edge. I'm very sorry your neighbors were loud and the toilet ran. All of these things, we could have done something about, for you, during your stay, had you brought it to our attention. I wish we had had the opportunity to show you how responsive we are to any issues that arise during the stays of our guests. I hope you'll give us another chance, and though we always strive for our guests to have no issues at all, that you will let us know, right away, if you do. "Nice respite."
Lovely little hotel, comfortable rooms, very nice "extras." I would recommend a room on the 2nd floor (there are only 2), or at the very back of the first, which is literally at water's edge. The wine and cheese in the early evening, and the daily breakfast delivered to your room was much nicer than expected - very pleasing. And it was lovely to have […] the fireplace and a fresh log for it each day. The desk staff seemed a little disorganized, but everything went well and we felt well taken care of. Nice restaurants within a few doors or blocks, a little pricey, but the food was good and service friendly. Overall a very relaxing, nice experience I would not mind repeating! The Water's Edge was a great hotel in a quaint little town. We enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese on the hotel's deck which was fabulous. This review in somewhat misleading. When we checked in there were several issues with the room. Lets just say it was time for a good cleaning, the phone, fire place and light fictures were in poor shape. The staff was very concerned and offered to move me but the hotel was sold out. The desk staff assured me that I would be taken care of. The next day […] the manager, Mr. Flake contacted me and assured me that the room in question would be his top priority. Mr. Flake did make good on his word and extended to me a Full refund, to which, I received in about five days. The hotel was very clean, I had a bad room. Hotel did not quite live up to expectations, as it is a little dated and balcony was small. That said we were upgraded to bigger room, everything worked and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was nice, however there is no table in the room so we had to eat it on the bed - not easy when you have coffee and apple […] juice on the tray. "A Romantic, Beautiful Place to Stay"
After a long day of travel, we arrived at the hotel just ready to relax. We were greeted informally, told of the wine and cheese soiree that would be happening shortly, then given keys to our room - a very easy pleasant check in experience. And, this was the first time I have used Expedia. Our room was HUGE and super comfortable. The wine and cheese […] was delightful - we took it to the second floor balcony and enjoyed the view of the San Francisco skyline. We then walked around Tiburon a bit and found a great italian restaurant that was hopping busy for a Tuesday night. We shared a pizza and wine, then headed back to the hotel. A great nights sleep - and awoke with a breakfast for two delivered to the room. This was truly a wonderful experience at a boutique hotel. We would go back there in a heartbeat! "Best Hotel north of the city"
This was the perfect spot of our entire week long visit to northern California. My husband and I will definitely be back to stay here for a longer period of time. The hotel was immaculate, rooms were large, balcony was superb, and the town is very charming. The location couldn't be more perfect as there are amenities galore just out it's front door. The hotel is charming and Tiburon is lovely. Unfortunately, our room was probably at the botton of the list for this hotel. We were overlooking a roof with solar panels. The hotel is in a great location. Some of the rooms are not. The first night my wife and I barely slept due to the restaurant patio directly outside of the hotel room I was in. People outside were drinking and loud until after midnight. Around 6 am we were woken to the staff of the restaurant pushing carts on the wooden deck. We spoke with the front […] desk and they were very helpful and able to move us to a room on the other side of the hotel. Second night was quiet and how I expected this hotel to be.
