En plus d'être à proximité de tout, je le recommande fortement. Pour qualité/prix il n'y a pas mieux. Pas besoin de dépenser 200$ la nuit pour être bien!

I was not impressed the room was NOT clean!!! There was still tea with the bag hanging out of it in the coffee pot when I went to make coffee in the morning....made me wonder how well the rest of the room was cleaned..were the sheets changed??? I did complain when I checked out...but never even got an apology...won't be staying there again!!!!

nice hotel but our room required a long walk down a number of hallways from the front reception. took a well before we figured out we could park closer to anther entrance but this was never told by the front end staff.

great place to stay as always .we"ll stay again when in edmonton

Excellant place. Nice and close to West Edmonton Mall!

This was a Medical Trip for me as I required Surgery and the Service and Hotel Conditions were excellent. The Location was Close to all three of the Locations I needed to Go for and following my Surgery. The You man (Sean) I believe his name was was very accommodating and was able to promptly attend to any requests I had during my stay.

i wont recommend this hotel to any travellers because internet is not free! staff are rude! will never checked in there again....

In todays economy we have to budget at all times...even on a quick Christmas visit to Edmonton. This meant we had to take one of those milk run flights which brought us into Edmonton at 1:00am. We didn't get to the West Edmonton Mall Inn until 2:00 am and the desk clerk was there waiting for us with everything ready to go....very polite,friendly and […] inviting. The room was clean,quiet and warm. Because we got in so late, it was great to pay the lower cost for this room (compared to other local hotels) since we were only there for 6 hours and it was right across the street from the West Edmonton Mall where we planned to spend our only 5 hours of free time on this trip before we drove to Calgary. My husband had broke his foot the day prior, so we asked if they had a wheelchair for him to get around. Well they had a chair in our room within minutes much appreciated

Very comfortable place to stay .Staff very friendly and polite

Location was the best for those looking at being close to the WEM. Only a short walk across the road to all the facilities of the mall, you didn't really need to leave the area unless you had to. Everything in the hotel was as it should be for the price.

Very friendly staff, clean hotel. Reasonalbe Price and best location to West Ed Mall.. Right across the street. Other than staying in the mall how much closer can you get? When you are at the Mall you are not really in your room much anyways.. Really felt this hotel was worth while staying at :)

The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful with any questions that we had but I have to comment that the beds were not comfortable at all and both myself and my husband ended up with very sore backs after our 2 night stay.

Did not appreciate extra cost for parking and other amenities.

Too expensive for crappy tub and no complementary anything... You have to pay for everything even for local telephone calls, a bottle of water so you have to drink hard water out of the bathroom sink, remote control for tv doesn't work very well. You have to press as hard as you can to change the channels. On the upside it was quite and the frontdesk […] is very pleasant. But we will never stay there again... Lisez la suite

Room was clean and comfortable but TV was difficult to operate with the remote. And when I called the front desk for a new remote. I was asked to wait for a moment as she was one a personal call, as she was when I checked In. And also waited.

GREAT HOTEL AND GREAT LOCATION !!!!!

I have stayed numerous nights at the West Edmonton Mall Inn. I love that it is very close to the West Ed mall, as I do not like to drive in Edmonton. Although there is no room service, pool, lounge etc, all these amenities are across the street at the mall. Beds are comfortable, rooms clean, nice tv. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. The one thing that disappointed me - and you can consider this a rant from a non smoker - was that smokers congregated right outside the main entrance to smoke, then threw their butts on the ground right at the main entrance. Having to walk through the smoke and being able to see the ground littered […] with butts did not impress me. staying with 2 children ,you could not ask for better location,it is not a 5 star and would not recomend for bussiness travel,but a great 2 star for holiday travel.

Front desk staff are very helpful and nice.

Unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr ruhig. Wir waren 2 Nächte im West Edmonton Mall Inn, haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Das Personal war freundlich und kostenlose Parkplätze waren in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Auf dem Zimmer waren ein Flatscreen Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Gefehlt hat ein Safe. Surfen […] im Internet per WLAN war leider nur gegen Gebühr möglich. Schade, denn viele Hotels bieten dies inzwischen kostenlos an! Frühstück gab es keines. Man konnte aber gut in der Mall frühstücken, z. B. bei Alberts, einem Frühstückscafe direkt im Eingangsbereich. Lisez la suite
