Très bel hôtel, trés bien situé pour le turisme à Londres, à deux pas du métro. Personnel souriant et serviable. Chambre calme. Très bon et abondant buffet petit déjeuner.

The hotel is well situated 10 m from Queensway and 150 m from Bayswater. It is facing Kensington Gardens. The rooms are not huge but still comfortable, the personnel is very helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet is excellent but expensive, try to have it included in your stay.

Crap Hilton. Don't go. Thinking about not ever going to a Hilton anymore.

Stayed here for a short time. Very good location for all the sights. next door to undeerground, but quiet and plesant Very friendly staff, and good food for breakfast. Will stay again

It was a big disappoinment. The room was so small. The bathroom smells bad. I don't believe this is a Hilton hotel. I am not going to recommend to any of my friends and I will never use this hotel again.

I really liked Hilton Hyde Park. The room was clean and had lovely bedding. The room was small as most rooms in London are. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was always fresh and hot. The only thing that was bad about this hotel was the price to rent movies or make phone calls from the room. Stayed at Hilton Hyde Park, small hotel with grubby carpets. Room was tiny for what we paid, very over priced. Staff were excellent however and made our stay pleasant.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Hyde Park is on the other side of a busy street, but the rooms we had on the 5th floor were facing away from the street and was quiet. Breakfast was nice but too expensive; the neighbourhood offer better variety too. Easy transportation with bus and underground just outside the lobby door. Notting Hill is a 5 […] minute walk away. If they want to change the name of this hotel to Hyde Park Motel, fine. But to call it a Hilton Hotel is even a stretch of the imagination. Carpets are too old, rooms are too small, general appearence and experience was as this review, terrible.

the hotel has wi fi at a price. The lttle restaurant next door, has it for free.

Having arrived later than planned, Daniel on Reception made checking in quick and easy. After getting back from our visit to the Albert Hall our evening was pleasantly ended by an attentive barman in a pleasant lounge area. Great location - perfect for public transport. Good standard Hilton breakfast. Room however was tiny with horrendous views.

A small Hilton chain hotel. Well maintained. We had a twin room. It was lovely and clean. I think the room could have been arranged better, as there was a desk at the foot of the beds, with only about 40cm between the two, so if one guest is sitting on the bed drying his/her hair, the other person cannot get past. A tiny bit of mould on the shower grout, and toilet didn't always flush easily, but otherwise bathroom was roomy and spotless. Lovely toiletries. Underground stop literally next door, and bus just metres away. Hyde Park opposite is lovely to walk through.Only a walk to Notting Hill. The hotel looks very run down and tired and the halls are very dark and dirty looking. The AC and TV in our room didn't work and hotel staff kept pushing us to upgrade the room and pay more. No exercise facility or pool, which is unusual for a a Hilton hotel. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff was nice. The rooms were a little small but you are in London so get out of your room..

What a fabulous hotel. The freshly made omelettes at the buffet breakfast alone are worth the stay. Our room was not ready at check in so we went to the bar while we waited ... we didn't mind and didn't kick up a fuss but were still told our drinks were complimentary for the wait ... and they brought our luggage up while we enjoyed our free drinks. […] Very nice touch. Great location. Almost no distance to subway and bus lines. Park entrance directly across from hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. One negative - the twin room was small. However, it was very comfortable and clean.

The air conditioning of the hotel room did not work. There was a small electric fan in my room whereas there was none in my friend's room. The room was very hot that we could hardly sleep

I've had bigger rooms, better quality furnishings at a Best Western......without the Hilton pricing. However, having said that, this is a very good hotel ...made so by the location, the staff (most quite genuinely friendly, helpful) ans the location, right aeound the corner from Queensway tube station and a whole street full of inexpensive but good […] restaurants, pharmacy, post office, even groceries with ready-made meals,and right across from Kensington Park... the hotel is situated close to the tube and ideal for Kensington palace & Hyde park. The service we received was excellent. The twin room was on the small side but perfectly adequate for our needs would stay there again

this hotel is very near to underground, it did not look as a hilton hotel

Hilton Hyde Park is convenient to transportation + Hyde Park + eating & shopping choices. Excellent breakfast buffet comparable to or better than cruise ships. Many choices to eat inexpensively in area. Attentive service provided in hotel. This is not a newer, modern hotel but provides a very good, clean and convenient accommodation.

well i will start with the room we obviously got one of the rooms to be refurbished,air con not working,couldnt access any pay movies or the like on the tv,very very tired decor really run down on the plus side had safe, ironing board oh and bed extremely noisy(ahem) hotel is in a great location breakfast was included in our rate so made up for it a […] bit ,freshly cooked omlette at a nice touch no atmosphere in bar and quite pricey when you can find someone to serve you staff freindly all in all ok but i wont be staying here again there are far superior hotels just as well located so my advise look elsewhere sorry but you cant hand out a room like we got and expect a favourable review Lisez la suite

I booked this hotel on the recommendation that it was right over the tube station that goes directly to Heathrow - this was not the case - it is in fact another Hilton at Hyde Park that is above that Heathrow connecting tube station. Stayed here with my wife on vacation. Room was small but the hotel is in a great location, just outside Hyde Park and moments from both Bayswater station and another station which I can't remember the name of, it provided access to several different tube routes. The staff at the hotel were ridiculously polite and helpful, especially at the breakfast […] buffet which was pretty solid. The only downside other than the room being small was the hefty 15 pound a day internet charge, although the connection was the best I experienced throughout my time in Europe. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was terrific. How wonderful to be directly across from Hyde Park and right next to a tube station.

Hotel strong point was location over looking Kensington Gardens and literally 'on top' of Queensway Underground Station,which was not a problem and made for easy access to all area's of London via the Central Line. Hotel Staff were very friendly and efficient, Room was clean, Wardrobe could have had more storage space with the addition of a few simple […] shelves - a lot of space was wasted in the wardrobe. Bathroom grouting around the bath in particular let the room down however it was 'tired' and needed refreshing. We took advantage of a 50% discount deal including 1 evening meal (which was fine) and on that basis was value for money although if we had paid the full rate I think we would have expected more. I really enjoied staying at the Hilton in Hyde Park. It has a great location just steps away from the Queensways tube station. The staff is really friendly. Great breakfast bar and amazing coffee and cappuccino made fresh for you. The rooms have everything you would need. I would stay here again!

Great location close to the underground and very friendly staff! Rooms are average, but quite good for the price you are paying. Overall a nice hotel if you need something central for a weekend break in London. Would definately recommend....

Booked for Valentines overnight stay close to a restaurant we had visited on our honeymoon 7 years earlier. Pros Good location with 3 underground stations nearby - one less than 20 yards. Surrounding area has lots of different nationality restaurants with Google Maps suggesting a number had good reviews. Whilst on a busy road the sound insulation […] was excellent although if the aircon did not work I am not sure how easy it would be to open the windows as lots of secondary glazing to get through. Check in was easy and pleasant as was checking out. Room rate was around £100 so for this part of London I thought was great. Bathroom was also nice and breakfast was included which offer a wide selection and staff very attentive. Cons Room itself was very small with the bed right up against the wardrobe so whilst I am sure the facilities made it a 4 star hotel, if you were claustrophobic or less than nibble on your feet and good at squeezing around your bed, then Room 403 might have been a challenge. Conclusion Therefore despite all of the positives, on the basis of first impressions count and I spent a few hours in the room waiting for my wife to arrive, it is the size of the room which has tainted this review Lisez la suite

Stayed on a cheap deal. Could have stayed in numerous cheaper hotels within easy reach of Paddington station but decided to treat myself. My single room on the first floor was tiny, I suppose you could have called it 'cosy', but it had everything you needed packed into a small space. No point opening the curtains as all you could see was a dark well […] with scaffolding poles. Seemingly some levels of the hotel are undergoing refurbishment but I wouldn't have realised without going on an exploration to higher levels! I didn't expect a room with a view at that price, but this one was rather like a cell. However it was a comfy cell, and I slept well in it. On the plus side was the hotel location, right at the park gates to Kensington Gardens and it was lovely just to be able to cross the road and go into the park. Once I came out of my room there was also a window area where you could see the park and check the weather before going downstairs. Also regarding location, the hotel is close to two Tube stations (in fact it is on top of one of them) and the Queensway area is handy for eateries, there is a little late opening supermarket opposite, and if you walk up Queensway there is a shopping mall with a M&S food hall in it. Sorted! In addition, breakfast was plentiful and the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I probably wouldn't stay there at full price, but I reckon it was value for money for what I paid. First thing to say is that the staff in this hotel were very helpful and polite. I asked for a quiet room, not over the main road, and was given one at the back. Unfortunately this room suffered from air extraction / fans or something noise from outside the back of the hotel. It seems the rooms all have old fashioned windows with rather old secondary […] double glazing - not well soundproofed at all. Finally realising I was not going to get to sleep I phoned reception and the very nice chap there offered me another room on another floor. This time there was still noise, but not as loud. In the morning I could see out the window there is major refurbishment going on, hopefully that will include replacing the windows! Other points to note is that the rooms were on the whole clean, but a bit tatty and some bits weren't very clean at all - I noticed the phone in the room was filthy. We arrived at this hotel and were given a room which had views of scaffolding outside. We requested to be moved to views of Hyde Park. The staff were very friendly and within minutes our room was changed. The breakfast was excellent and the service was fantastic. Conveniently located with the tube station just round the corner, and 10 minutes bus ride […] from Victoria Station. Great location, nice dining rooms, good servicer. Rooms are small and a little tired, but that is the case for most London hotels. Staff was helpful. Rooms in the back are very quiet. Not sure about street-facing rooms.

The hotel is having an overhaul. This meant that all windows at the back were covered, and you could not see out. We were not told about this at check-in, so it was a bit of a surprise when we entered the room. It was fairly late and dark so we could not qute see how bad it was. Next morning we complained and were moved to a room with a view without […] any hassle.Breakfast room was fairly small for the size of the hotel which meant you had to wait before you would get a table. The London Hilton Hyde Park is in an excellent location- directly above the Queensway tube station. Hyde Park is right across the street which adds to the location of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were a fair size. The breakfast was fantastic and had a variety of foods. Overall, I would recommend this place, and I would stay there […] again. Room was fine if you do not mind workmen just the other side of the window. The reception staff were not interested in helping. Nice bar area though.
