Un hotel très propre avec un service de qualité, un parking GRATUIT et un petit déjeuner britannique très sympa. Seul bémol, l'accès internet est payant je recommanderais cet hotel sans hésistation

didn't feel hotel was full, nor was car park full, but we were told they were and we were put in room across from lifts and alonside staircase so we were treated to thumping up and down stairs (normal walking up and down we discovered). Does make you wonder if better rooms go to those who book direct with IBIS rather than through an on-line booking […] company (like Hotels.com) Really bad room, avoid at all costs. We only needed somewhere to put our heads down while fulfilling a few days "grandparenting duties". We always try to find somewhere cheap for these visits; no frills required. This was the first time at the IBIS Shipley as it had the best deal at the time we were looking, and it is head and shoulders above the travelodges and other budget accommodation […] that we have used. Belies its 2 stars rating. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, room clean and bed comfortable - all that we ask for. Will stay again. Lisez la suite

As usual, the standard of the Ibis hotel was exactly what you'd expect; clean, convenient location, lacking character or quirks - but excellent as a base for business. Good accommodation, large room, desk and WI-FI (at extra charge) - wouldn't want to use it for a romantic week-end away, but great if visiting the area and want local accommodation.

we stayed new years eve so just wanted a bed for the night! the location was excellent and easy to find, with ample parking. all staff were helpful and pleasant. we ate at the pub next door which was the usual 2 meals for a tenner sort of place, but was what we needed., although we could have eaten at the hotel. the room was basic but clean and bright […] and had the essentials. for the price was excellent. would stay there again. :) Lisez la suite

We've stayed at other IBIS, this one was very roomy, clean and comfortable.For the price, you can't go wrong. Free parking for once. But it would be nice to have breakfast included since the WiFi wasn't.

The room was clean, quiet and had a very comfortable nights sleep. Although we did not have breakfast, we passed throught the dining room and it looked fabulous. Only negative was carpet was a bit grubby but for the money, great value and would defintely stay here again!

Overall better than 2 starts. They now do a quasi room service, although I note other hotels call it Tray service (you phone down an order or order at reception and they give you a ring when it's ready to collect). Decent choice at breakfast (cold and hot buffet with different boxed cereals, breads, meat, cheese, scrambled egg, sausages, bacon and beans). […] Good sized rooms (king size bed and fold down sofa), plus an area to do work at, and LCD TV (with freeview and Sky one). Free parking, and a central location for Saltaire / Shipley, so ideal for business traveller to the area. Lisez la suite

The hotel was in a very good location and nice area

A modern, cheap and cheerful hotel. Hotel is hard to find on the first visit, however, the location is very convenient for daytrips into Saltaire (a World Heritage site) and the Yorkshire Dales. The checkin staff were very friendly and helpful.The let downs with this hotel was the less than thorough cleaning of the bathroom (stray hair and smelly sink […] drainhole) and the excessively surly night porter. Exceptionally clean rooms, Location coiuldn't have been better for our visit, right on the canal bank, close to local attractions. Great deal via internet.

The rooms were clean, staff were more than welcoming. Close to local attractions, would recommend to others and value for money.

Good service,friendly staff and clean and comfy room.

At first the room was not opening with the key, it took three attempts to open the room. I had to return to reception from the second floor three times. On the third time a member of staff accompanied me. When I got into the room I found the bed to be in very bad condition the springs were very bad and should not be used for customers.

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was refreshingly basic so it gave more room to relax. Most comfy night's sleep at a hotel - bed AND pillows were great. For the first time in a long while - I was not woken up by the noise of doors and lift doors opening and closing - this hotel was serene. Breakfast was different but again a refreshing change - serve […] yourself, which included hot & cold drinks, fully cooked breakfast, cereal, yogurt and plenty of fresh fruit. A simple system meant I could enjoy breakfast at MY pace and I could have as much or as little as I wanted. My stay was everything I would expect from a top hotel for a fraction of the price. Very uncomfortable matress on the bed. Otherwise clean and cheerful.
