For the money, you get what you pay for..cheap and cheerful! Is in a great location, close to eveything...across the road from the Albert Dock and Liverpool Wheel and only a few minutes walk from the city centre. Also very close to the bus station. Hotel staff were friendly and rooms were basic but clean. Be sure and specify if you want a double bed […] when booking a double room as we were given a twin room and were advised to push the beds together which was awkward as we had two single duvets. Have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Very handy for town.

Would return to this hotel if the price was right. Very basic but location couldnt be better, right beside liverpool one and across from albert dock. Staff couldnt have been more friendly or accomadating.

Clean and pleasent hotel in an ideal position for the heart of Liverpool and the riverside attractions. Car parking is on site at a very reasonable price.

Great location and free parking to residents is bonus in City Centre. Friendly reception staff,arrived early but no problem checking-in.Room a reasonable size with odd bathroom 'pod' but clean & tidy and comfy - if hard - bed. Bar and restaurant onsite,didn't use either and looked a litle sterile if being honest. Odd 'drain' smell in room which was […] reported to reception when checking-out,didn't seem that bothered ? A good cheap hotel in the nice central Liverpool location. The Hotel is very close to the city centre with John Lewis Liverpool 2 minutes away. Liverpool Lime street station is 10 minutes from hotel on foot through the shopping area. Albert dock is just across the street.

All in all, it's an Ibis. If you already stayed in one, you probably now how it is. The bathroom was very noisy, everything in it. The exaustor, the toilet flush and even the shower. Annoying. Breakfast, not included, was very expansive, so we didn't have it. Location is the best thing we can say for this hotel. Excellent Hotel. fantastic location

Reasonable value fior money, Very basic but i was only spending the night therefore not so bothered. Just across the room from my conference centre at th AICC. 24 hour food was good so i had a late dinner.

Location was great. 2 minute walk to the Echo arena, shops and bars/restaurants. Hotel was clean and nice room for the price.

NICE STAY ! VERY FREINDLY HELPFULL STAFF. THE LOCATION WAS SPOT ON FOR US VISITING THE DOCK AREA. IT WILL BE EVEN NICER WHEN THE BUILDINGS BEHIND ARE REBUILT!

Clean tidy Hotel in ideal position for walking access to Liverpool centre and attractions. Good value for money surprsingly quite - hotel was full for the annual Beatles Festival.

First things i want to say is a big thank you to the staff, they were very helpful, really really friendly and were always there to help. I had a problem with my air-con in the room on the first night which made it alittle uncomfortable but they helped out as best they could. I ended up bringing someone back to the hotel with me and not only were they […] happy about it but also off her a room card at no extra charge. The breakfast was good very for the price and the bar was not over priced. Location is good, about 5 mins walk from the bars on Albert docks and about 15 mins walk to the main shopping area liverpool one. The yellow duck marine tours stop is about 2 mins away from the front doors of the hotel and the police station is on the other side of the road so you have no worries about riots Lisez la suite

During my stay on the first night the weather was extrememly hot and the next morning at my request the hotel agreed to change my bedding due to sweating although bedding only got a full change every two days. Ideally located within 5 minutes walk of Liverpool One shopping area and close to the Echo Arena where we had tickets for a show. Good view of the river. Plenty of free parking on site. Very clean comfortable budget hotel and at a bargain price for the double room could not be beaten for value.

This hotel is opposite The Albert Dock which has The beatles Story museum and the Maritime Museum this was very interesting We had an enjoyable three day stay at this hotel Five minutes from the start of the town

Can't fault this hotel. The staff are extreamly polite and the bar staff joined in conversation as if it were our local pub. Excellent location for Liverpool Echo arena, Beatles museum at Albert dock and for city centre nightlife; bars, restaurants etc ten minute walk. You won't be disappointmented.

You get what you pay for. The location is about a 5-10 min walks from the city centre and a couple of minutes from Albert Dock, which is a really nice area. The reception staff could have been a little more friendly, but the room was clean and provided the basic hotel room facilities. However, I can't say I was very impressed with the fire alarm test […] going off at 8am in the morning, or being able to hear the industrial tumble dryer going off at 7.30am every morning! The Ibis is well worth a stay for the weekend.It has all the basics. My mates and I went on a ladz weekend to Liverpool and the Ibis was only a 10 minut walk from all the clubs and restraunts so the location was perfect. Overall id give it an 8 out of 10.

The location of this hotel is superb; it's right opposite the Albert Docks and only a few minutes walk from Liverpool One and the city centre. Room was a little small but very clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the bar stays open until 1am.

this hotel is very well located near all the sights and close to the shopping and city center the hotel itself is very clean and has a good bar with a good breakfast .

Does what it says on the tin.. Very clean and functional hotel. Everything you expect from an Ibis. Disappointed that there isn't free wifi. Every other pub and restaurant offers it free, but for some reason Ibis charge. Instead of staying in and eating at the hotel, I strolled into town and ate there... accessing free wifi.

Seems to be a hot spot for stag and hen parties. It was very noisy at night when these groups returned to the hotel. You could hear everything that was happening in the corridor from the bedroom quite clearly, to the point where it interupted our sleep considerably.

Kort vei til sentrumog albert dockgreit billig hotel.

Hotellet ligger lige nede ved Liverpool's flotte havn, og det tog kun to minutter at gå derover. Buscentralen ligger 5 min derfra, og centrum 7-10 min. Derfor er det perfekt, hvis man ikke kender byen, og vil se meget så hurtigt som muligt. Personalet er rigtig flinkt og positivt. Man får en god behandling, så det kan klart anbefales.

Vi var der i 4 dager og trivdes veldig godt. Hotellet ligger rett ved dockene og 5 minutt unna liverpool1 hvis man går. God service, med nattåpen mat og drikkeservering. Bra størrelse og kvalitet på rommene. Prisene er gode og vi anbefaler alle som er ute etter et billig, men bra hotell å dra dit, om du skal på shopping eller fotballkamp. Excellent , comfortable budget alternative just next to Albert Dock. Basically spick and span, and decent breakfast. Only minus was being woken up and kept awake by noisy guests in the hotel bar at 4.30 (on a weekday night). Once I got up and talked to the receptionist quiet returned.
