Cet hotel a un parking miniscule que l'on ne peut pas réserver ; on se gare s'il y a de la place. Il ne faut surtout pas essayer d'y rentrer pour une nuit car à 5 mn à pied il y a un parking spatieux qui est 3 fois moins cher que celui de l'hotel. Par contre l'info ne nous a pas été donné par le Novotel mais par l'Ibis qui est à coté.

Pendant les 4 jours que nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la disponibilité et la gentillesse du staff. La chambre était confortable, les repas copieux et l'emplacement en plein centre-ville. Seul bémol: la connexion internet à usage commun. Elle n'a pas fonctionné pendant au moins 24 heures.

Well surprised with this hotel. Very clean, superb room, large comfy bed and friendly staff. My only gripe would be to double check the 'breakfast' icon when booking. I thought that when booking that 'breakfast available' was included in the price. It was advertised as a 'hot deal'. Not the case, breakfast was not included, it was 'available'. Misleading?? […] However we were offered a 2 for 1 breakfast which was very filling. A minor hiccup and would definately recommend and use again. Lisez la suite

Just a wee break away from watching the dogs. Comfortable Superior room. Gym and sauna were basic but did the job. Breakfast was filling but not best you will have had

The Hotel was good enjoyed our stay would stay again to try out the facilities of the gym and sauna.the only disadvantage was the parking the parking at the hotel was full so had to find somewhere else and not knowing Glasgow got lost finally found parking but it was expensive so would have been better if we did not have our car.

Great hotel, the single bed was not very comfortable, but can't fault anything else. Great value for money. We were in the Hilton the following night and honestly I couldn't see the money in it compared to the Novotel

Great hotel although a little bit further to walk from the main shopping areas. Although it is just a short walk from Glasgow School of Art - well worth a view. Go on a guided tour if you can. We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size but not too sure about the seperate toilet - very dark and small.Breakfast excellent […] value as it was buy one get one free. The choice was great and everything fresh. Lovely hotel, bit of a hike from shops and other amenities. Cleaner came into our room at 9.30 am because we didn't have the do not disturb sign up. Don't make this mistake. Hotel clean, staff lovely, all in all a good place to stay if you ate fit for a bit of walking.

Pity only one thing let this hotel down, they did not clean our room one night, so did not expect to be washing cups and making the bed. The duty manager did apologize and said it would be investigared in the morning, on check out when I asked what had happened was told someone would ring or telephone me. Still not heard anything after sending an email […] to Novotel this message did not accept the email address I had given them so had to give another. On a good note the reception staff were very helpful and friendly especially the young lady on duty Saturday evening 2nd Feb. Would have used them again not so sure now. Lisez la suite

When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist told me that they did not accepet Maestro debit cards - would be nice if your internet advertising/details explained this - fortunately the receptionist did accept my card eventually. The room was clean but the air conditioning was on at 18º and the room was too hot for comfort. Turned it off and cold air […] came through but the room was still too hot, especially at night. Had to open the window to cool the room down but disturbance on the street below for over an hour meant I had to close the window with the result that the heat in the room increased again. Tried ringing for room service but was asked by mechanical voice for my 'mail box number' - wasn't issued with a 'mail box number' by reception so could not take advantage of room service. Ate my evening meal in the 'Reflections' restaurant - Red Oak Leaf salad was limp, croutons described as 'garlic' but could not taste it. Main course of Beetroot Tortellini was undercooked - it appeared as if it had been re-heated in a microwave oven as the pasta was hard. Dessert was Spiced Plum Crumble but there was no crumble involved with this dish. For the price of this meal I was extremely disappointed - not worth the price in my opinion. Overall I was not impressed with either the food or the heating of the room, however, the cleanliness of the room was acceptable. Lisez la suite

Rooms are spacious. Bed was bigger than other hotels I have stayed in. The sofa added to the comfort. The shower was fantastic, wish i had one like that at home.

Superb quality hotel that merits its rating. Was a great location to meet with my family. I also used te gym on the 6th floor and found it very clean and modern. Staff could do with some training on how to make an Irish coffee though and the wine bottle chilled in my room on arrival I was told I would be charged for??

Really liked the hotel, it is my second stay and service levels are high. They are polite and very helpful. The lift doors take forever to close which is a bit annoying but the hotel itself is great and also in a great location for local activities!

Haven't been to Glasgow in years and chose a chain I could trust. Hotel was good and comfortable. Turned out to be a good choice as it was close to my meeting location and the right side of town for the airport.

It was a lovely hotel but there was a loud noise coming from the heating system( I thought it was the air conditioning system )which made it difficult to sleep I spoke to someone and they said they would open up the vent in our room and check it, the next night it was still loud but not as bad.I spoke to someone else staying at the hotel and they said […] the same thing about the noise keeping them awake. Friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant and spacious room.Very good location for sightseeing as the open top tour bus stop is very close. Handy for shopping, cinema and theatres pubs and resaturants all being within walking distance.Also walking distance from both stations and the underground. I thought the hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful, situated walking distance to shops, and night life which was fantastic for our stay, cleanliness of room could have been a tiny bit better, but wouldn't put me off staying again.
