The Fullerton Hotel Singapore - Singapour

Room had a nice outlook; Staff were very hospitable. Good location for historical sights and MRT close by. Generally expensive area but guess it is financial district. Left a newly purchased article behind but housekeeping couldn't find it(apparently) but were forthcoming about old shorts I forgot.

An amazing hotel with a luxurious feeling. The location is great, and I recommend the rooms with sea view. It was perfect to stand on the balcony in the evening and watch the light show in front of Marina Bay Sands Hotel. Our hotel room was very nice, and the best thing was the huge rain shower in the bathroom. Great service and staff.

We loved this hotel fantastic location for what we wanted. Staff were great. Dining in is expensive but worth it.

The service was excellent. Makes every effort to make me feel comfortable. Food is excellent. If you drive, not advisable as hotel carpark is not directly below hotel. Need to walk across the underground walkway from car park to hotel lobby.

These rooms are updated but you still feel like a diplomat in the 60s with their size and charms. Very helpful staff. Didnt have time for the breakfast. Nice lobby.

They provided excellent services beyond the money you spent.

This is a great hotel - would highly recommend ot to anyone. The only negative experience I had during my recent stay was the swimming pool. The water was murky and there was quite a lot of debris in the water which I would not have expected from a hotel of this quality. The pool was also slightly small. Otherwise, this is a first class hotel.

I have seen hotels but this one tops it all..with great customer service and professionalism that excels others of same category. Front desk personnel are real professionals and reveals their enthusiasm in their performance. I mistakenly put one person too many person in the room registration so I had to pay extra charge. After I reported this to hotels.com, they refunded the extra charge within 10 minutes. Awesome service.

was pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade without us requesting for one. room was spacious, comfy and quiet. we loved the high king size bed! the Xmas decor was tastefully done. the dinner at the Town was great. staff was courteous. location wise, no complaints since it was right smacked in central Singapore with probably the most scenic view of the […] country. The hotel service is typical of a 5 Star hotel. Friendly staffs and very efficient front desk. But in terms of value, i have to rate the hotel slightly lower as there are many hotels who charge less with a whole lot more to offer. In terms of view... there isn't much view for the courtyard rooms .. the Quay rooms offer decent views of the Singapore […] Flyer and MBS. The rooms are relatively small and the finishing of the walls and other furniture in the room are relatively poor. The room is also adequately furnished and provides a decent amount of video/cable channels. Great hotel. Great location. What more can I say?.................nothing is what. My girlfriend and I had a fantastic 3 nights at the Fullerton. The service is outstanding and the hotel is immaculate. I highly recommend.

I would stay in this hotel again for the price as the hotel is tired, in need of renovation. Room has no views but courtyard view. Fullerton Bay Hotel is much better designed with better view. Only ate once in the all day dining and wasn't impressed. Location is ok, close to Marina Bay Sands.

The Fullerton Hotel is in a great location to see historical Singapore and is in walking distance to many good restaurants.

Sent 2 emails to prior to checking in the hotel to inform them of my arrival. Upon checking in, I was informed that there was no room available. That was around 4.45pm! Was told by the hotel receptionist to wait for 30-45 minutes for the room to be cleaned. Unbelievable. Things got worse when the safe in the room was not working. Entered the 6 digit […] combination and it just wont pop open. I was lucky not to have my personal belongings in there before sealing the safe as it would have troubled me calling security to open the safe. The food quality for breakfast remains stale. Not what is expected of a hotel such as Fullerton. Lisez la suite

The room service food was sub par for a hotel in this category. The concierge was unaware of things to do around town and he was unwilling to dig deeper. During checkout, it took a very long time for the porter to pick up bags (almost 45 mins). Minibar was not consistently refilled. Trash that built up in the room wasn't completely disposed of by housekeeping. Sound […] travels easily from the lobby area up the hotel, so if you have an internal room (which we did), expect a slightly noisy experience up until maybe 12 midnight or so. Lisez la suite

Beautiful, grand old hotel right in the heart of Singapore. Great service, gorgeous furnishings, right on the Singapore River in walking distance to most major sites. Couldn't have been better!

It was my first time in Singapore, The Fullerton Hotel made my stay the best of the ones in my while life. I would recommend this Hotel to any one would like to stay in Singapore in a great location on the river and close to all of Singapore amazing places.

Living in Singapore for more than 3 years, Fullerton Hotel was one place we as a family have longed to stay one day. It looms over Merlion and practically defines the cityscape with it's grandeur (unlike Raffles Hotel, whose beauty is ruined by heavy traffic around). We just couldn't ignore it any more. So we finally paid homage to it for one night. […] Historical and extremely high-end, it's a great experience just to walk around the lobby and breathe the classy ambiance. Service staff very friendly and flexible. They somehow knew when we left in the evening and in the morning, because every time we came back the room was modestly tidied up... very subtle and nice! One or two thing I noticed (not complaints) are their swimming pool is very, very stoic (no frills, such as slides or wading pool for small kids), and the bed is so high that small child falling off it can break his neck. I now understand beyond a doubt why this is regarded as one of the two most famous and also most luxurious hotels in Singapore. Pros: Nothing less of a 5-star experience. First-rate concierge. Friendly staff, beautiful, classy, and elegant hotel. It's a block away from MRT station entrance. Across the bridge is the Asian heritage museum. 1 Fullerton […] (i.e. where the Merlion is) is across the street. All the large banks are across the street as well (great for currency exchange on the go). Perfect view of the Marina Bay. Within walking distance to the Esplanade/Promenade and the Singapore Theatre. It really is the best hotel location in Singapore! Just the right amount of crowd. It's the most perfect overall hotel experience that I've had in Singapore. Hotel bar serves great Singaporean Sling (expensive though, expect to pay around 20 SD. Cons: Seriously, can't think of any. Yes, it's that good! A stretch would be to say that it could host better restaurants and shops, but they are already great in their own right. Many people compare Fullerton to Raffles, and to me personally, I'll stay at the Fullerton over Raffles any day. I think this is one of the best hotels in the world and I stay in them and rate them for a living. It's all about the service. Stayed at Raffles, Marina Mandarin and nothing compares to the Fullerton. The staff are amazing, attentive and the service is personalised. The quality of the rooms is perfect. The Fullerton Hotel is a landmark in Singaopre. Staying there should have been a special or exceptional experience; it wasn't . There are many hotels in Singapore which offer similar service, ammenitites and comfort at half the price.

The mark of a top hotel is how responsive it is to problems, and the Fullerton showed it is a top hotel from my last stay of 3 nights. The check-in problem (see above) was quickly fixed - but granted it shouldn't have happened at all. This was compounded by an unnerving high pitched whine from somewhere in the ceiling overnight. Earplugs fixed that, […] and hotel management were quick to change my room in the morning, with profuse apologies and a bowl of fruit to "kiss and make up"! You might say I was a bit tolerant of errors, but hey they responded excellently when the problems came to notice, so I am prepared to cut them some slack. The room/s were immaculate, well laid out with an enormous bathroom. Beds are extra comfortable with fabulous pillows. Tea and coffee making facilities are a nice added touch as is the use of robes etc. I was in the "cheap seats" - a 'courtyard room' with no view, but when you are out and about during he day, who cares? Marina view rooms have a great aspect to the new (and breathtaking) Marina Bay Sands complex. The hotel itself is super smart and slick. Breakfast on the terrace of the hotel's 'Town Restaurant' which is on the bank of the Singapore River, is a must do - ask or a table outside, but beware oft the blackbirds eager to steal any food you leave on the table while going back for seconds from the groaning tables of asian/european breakfast delights. Concierge staff are brilliant and find anything you want....including the closest Tods shoe store in my case! Getting out and about is fantastic - the hotel is just a stroll through a linked underpass to Singapore's famous 'Merlion' statue at the mouth of the Singapore River, with great views of the Marina Bay Sands complex, and a short walk across to the Esplanade Theatre complex - try to catch a performance at the Concert Hall, maybe by the Singapore Symphony, then stroll back in the balmy evening air to the luxury of the Fullerton. The Fullerton is our home in Singapore, a beautiful setting by the canal, in Old Colonial Singapore. Sitting outside having breakfast is pure delight. The pool is a treat, with great views. Food never dissapoints & the staff really are there to look after the guests. Terrific experience, Many thanks & look forward to our next visit.

以前からずっと泊まってみたいと思っていたフラートンへやっと泊まる事が出来ました。実際に泊まってみたら想像より滞在が楽しく、次回も是非泊まりたいと思っております。日本人のマネージャーの方から滞在に何か問題が無いかのお電話をいただいたり、きめ細やかな対応にも感動致しました。また、夜のプールは最高でした。ちなみに１Fのケーキが１９時以降は半額になるのでお得です。

Hotellet är strålande och väl värt sitt pris. Läget är oslagbart, precis vid Singaporeflodens utlopp i Marina Bay. Gångavstånd till hela centrum och nära till tunnelbana. Restaurangerna på hotellet är mindre prisvärda - ta istället en drink på hotellet och fortsätt med Hawker food i Chinatown.

さすが高級ホテルだけあって、Wi-Fiの回線スピードが非常に早く良かったです。

외관은 훌륭합니다.싱가폴주요사진에 등장하니.위치는 좋은듯하지만 주위에 편의점.식당등이 없습니다.교통은 지하철이 가까우나 택시 정말 안들어옵니다.전 가족들과 갔는데 주로 택시를 이용(3명이상이면 택시가 더 저렴할때도) 다른 호텔보다 택시가 덜 들어옵니다.직원친절도도 그다지 좋지않습니다.late check out 없습니다. 일반직원들(수영장등) 태도는 길에서 마주치는 사람대하는정도. 호텔비용에 비한다면 결코 추천하고싶지않습니다.
