En face de l'océan, la situation est idéale. Ballade à bicyclette prêtées par l'hôtel le long du nord de mer très agréable. Le service en revanche n'est pas à la hauteur. Le petit déjeuner, assez quelconque, ressemble à une épreuve des JO tant il est difficile d'avoir une place.

un vulgaire Best western du fin fond de l'Amérique pour le prix d'un 5 étoiles au bord de la mer. Le petit déjeuner pour 200 chambres est présenté dans une salle de 10 tables. Un vrai scandale pour le prix de la chambre ! Hôtel par ailleurs très bruyant. Les murs sont en carton !!! Un acceuil très agréable, et professionnel par l'équipe de réception. La situation de l'hotel est idéale, face à l'océan, pas de traffic routier, à deux pas du centre. Notre chambre était spacieuse, bien agencée. Cependant le bruit infernal le matin à partir de 7h venant de l'étage du haut marque un point négatif de mon séjour, non négligeable. Lorsqu'on vous attribue une chambre, souhaitez qu'elle soit prête sinon, vous aurez la désagréable surprise de découvrir des serviettes qui traînent sur le plancher, un lit défait et comme conséquence un déplacement d'une chambre très bien située et spacieuse dans une minuscule et située dans l'arrière cour. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, the view and location were great. I would recommend staying there.

Enjoyed private courtyard for guests with view of beach. Continental breakfast was very enjoyable with seating inside and out. Definitely would recommend to friends

The Room was beautiful and the king sized bed was just like home.The bathroom was a little small but it did have a big swivel makeup mirror. A girls best friend. Room was very small. Wanted to charge me $15.00 just to park (parked on the street to the east, legally, instead). This is just an underhanded way to appear price competitive on rate but really sucker the tourists. Why do I have to pay money to park our car as your guest?? Not appreciated. My fiance and I stayed here for a romantic getaway for one night and it was perfect! I have no complaints at all. We paid for the cheapest room they had and we got a ocean view that was very spacious and fantastic for a romantic weekend. The price was perfect too!

The location of my room over the parking lot was terrible and the size of the room was very cramped. There was no room to put our luggage on anything. They also could use some couner space in the bathrooms. The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful.

Combination romantic getaway, family reunion & sporting event. Friendly staff, beautiful landscaping, great location, great breakfast with lots of choice and good food, only drawback is that the bright cheery breakfast room does not support the number of guests. Right across from the ocean, beautiful courtyards and fountains, great continental breakfast. A perfect get away from Los Angeles by Train - 3 minute walk from the train station in Santa Barbara. We will be going back soon.

My room #246 was so small and the bathroom worse. I barely had room to blow my hair dry and the shower was so small that when I dropped something I had to open the door to have room to get it. There was a small refrigerator on the floor of the room that turned on and off all night long, waking me continually. only thing i didnt like is the $15.00 PER NIGHT TO PARK YOUR CAR ON THERE PROPERTY, FOUR NIGHT STAY THATS $60.00 bucks ouch

Check-in was quick. Room was comfortable. Free breakfast was very crowded and not a big selection. Charged $15 for parking and there were no spots, even when I asked beforehand if they'd run out of space! Got reimbursed.

Hotel location is wonderful, service was good, just be warned if you are opting for the 'Classic Single' room. It is not much bigger than a walk-in closet, and the clothes rack is externally located to prove it! The shower is so small that you'll bump your arms if extended. Beautiful hotel, very friendly stuff, very good service. Excellent!

Not pleased with our room. Older mattress, heater didn't work and noisy. They moved us the next night to a nicer room, but found that I be noisy too. I understand the rooms at this hotel vary greatly! The staff was accommodating but we will not return.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE HOTEL.

Best location ever - walk out onto pier for dinner, across the street to pick up Trolley for city tour, and right across the road from the most beautiful beaches. So convenient to have access to free bikes to ride the paths. Good breakfast - fresh fruit, pastries, and all included. Wish we didn't have to pay extra for the parking.

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Hotel was decorated nicely. Staff were gracious. Heater worked. Cons: Sound traveled from room to room as though the walls were paper thin. Parking was an additional $15 per night and they didn't seem to track how many spots they gave out to guests so there wasn't always a spot available. Luckily, we left our car parked the […] whole time, but had we been in and out, this may have been a problem. The water pressure from the shower was lacking. Overall: Decent stay in an expensive beach town with easy access to the beach and a short walk to State Street shops & resturants. A bit over priced, but if you find a deal online it's a good choice. THe good price through hotels.com included a ocntinental breakfast and free (2 hr) bike rentals. We had a partial ocean view. Excellent bed. Clean. SOme atmosphere. Room a bit small but not too much so.

With the perfect location across from the wharf, this hotel had everything I needed plus provided the best service, beautiful gardens, small and private pools and perfect sized boutique room. I plan to stay here many more times!

This was a great place, great location, and we loved our stay there...This was a 40th b'day reunion of 3 close college friends. WE can't say enough nice things! Thank you!

This hotel is more cottage style, but cozy. Right on the water with free internet and a wonderful continental breakfast. Was perfect for business travel. I would recommend not paying the $15 for parking because after 6pm and until 9am, the street parking is free. I'm not sure I would stay there for vacation, as the pool is small and could feel crowded […] with more than 5-10 people. all 5's. they charge for parking ($15/car); that was disappointing. we booked on a Wednesday, so i think we should have had a better view, or at least a free upgrade. They did not go above and beyond on this stay. They could have done better. I did get to have a late check out, so that was nice.

We found this hotel had all the creature comforts one would want- plus a really decent breakfast included in the price. Right across the street from the beach and a short walk to the pier. Nice gardens. Pretty contemporary rooms. Nice place. good value.

The room was not worth the charge. Online it gave me options that were not available at the actual hotel. The door had gaps that I coul see the outside world. The bed was uncomfortable, the carpets were pieced together with tile squares and the whole room was just tiny, especially the bathroom. This is a very old property that is in severe need of a remodel. We were in a downstairs room and the floor upstairs creaked badly everytime the second floor guests walked. The plumbing smelled like sewage. Incredibly overpriced for the quality of room. Breakfast was only so-so. We had a very nice stay at the hotel, and we were even upgraded to a suite free of charge. We had a very nice room right next to the pool and hot tub with our own little patio (Rm 175 I think.) Clean room, comfortable bed, bath tub, and all the amenities. You can't beat the location, and they even have free bicycle rentals for 2 hours if you want to […] go along the Boardwalk which is right across the street. My only complaint was the noise of the street which got pretty loud at times. Our sliding glass door was only single-paned, and only about 35 ft from the road, so kind of tough to sleep in. It is a large Hotel and they do have many rooms set farther back off the street though- just ask. Not worth the money. Bathroom was very small with tiny toilet. Kuerig coffee pot, but only two K-cup pods provided and the honor bar list suggested they would charge $2 for each one. Nice place. Right across from the beach. Not far from State St, but it is a little walk to the main drag where all the bars and restaurants are. One thing to keep in mind is that the rooms here are very small. Beds r cozy and room was sufficient for us since we just stayed overnight. Bfast was a treat. It is free, as well as a $5 Omlette Bar.

The hotel is very well located in front of the beach, near Sta Barbara pier and in a good neighborhood. The room has heating and air conditioning, and a good and large locker, However, it offers very simple services (reception, conservation) , no frigobar and no restaurant (it means, no breakfast).

We had a very nice room with a patio next to the pool area. Great complimentary breakfast!

Some rooms are very small. The one we had also had thin walls. Our neighboors partied all night and we didn't get any sleep. To the Hotel's credit they gave us another (nicer) room for the next nite.
