Very good value for the money. Hotel recently renovated. Nice big and clean room with brand new flatscreen TV.Climate control is a bit noisy. Breakfast choices are basic but quality is OK. However size of the breakfast area is dramatically too small; it is overcrowded very quick and even the tables in the adjacent hallway are often occupied. An alternative can be the good breakfast places right next to the hotel.

Chambre spacieuse équipé d'un ecran plat, d'un frigo, d'un m ondes et d'un petit coffre fort. Rien à signaler de particulier - relativement calme. Ventilation un peu bruyante cependant. La femme de ménage passait un peu trop tôt le matin - 9h - mais elle semble s'être adaptée en fin de semaine ! Proche quartier commercial LAFAYETTE - et proche quartiers étudiants. Vous devrez prévoir une voiture

Hotel à deux pas du centre de convention de Lexington et de la clinique St Joseph. Propre mais un peu "has been" , cet hotel nous a satisfait mais peut-être est il un peu juste en qualité par rapport au prix et à l'apparence d'hotel de luxe qu'il veut donner. Etonnament c'était un des moins hes en réservant 5 jours de suite. Chambres très spacieuse avec suite, salon ou kitchenette, lits très confortables, ensemble très propre.

"Convenient and clean"

To be fair, it looks like they are trying to get this hotel in shape, but they have a ways to go. The room was clean but had a few maintenance issues. The hallways smelled of smoke and had damaged carpets. No elevator to second floor, but a reasonable $25 pet fee (some chains charge much more). It was quiet, so I appreciated that. "Sweet Sleep"
The only negative was the back door down the hall slamming shut the whole night. Maybe some oil would have helped. The room was soooo nice, it was a suite with microwave and fridge with a coffee pot and all the fixins for coffee. "Smokey"
Although the room it's self was large and not too bad the hallways were in need of attention. The carpet was dirty with huge chunks out if it in quite a few places. The halls smelled terribly of smoke. We booked a group of 5 rooms months prior to our stay yet our rooms were all over the hotel including different floors. We were not happy about that. […] When we complained we were told 'that's the way the hotel is booked'. This hotel seems to be popular with construction type workers. The small parking lot gets very full at night. With only one person on the desk it was hard at times for them to service people at the front desk when she was doing breakfast, and front desk. "Watch your credit card for additional charges!"
If staying for any length of time there is an additional 10% per day charge on your card. It takes Quality up to 10 days to release the hold even though they state it is up to your bank, not true, confirmed with bank and they are still waiting for Quality Inn to release the hold. Which means if you stay for 10 days, you can have up to 100.00 unavailable […] on your CREDIT card (not referring to a debit, even though this applies as well) Overall feeling like a sub-standard dicey motel stay with holds placed on credit card while staying there, definitely not a Hampton Inn or similar type of hotel. "Smoke"
We requested a non smoking room with a queen size bed, but there were ashtrays in the room and it smelled of smoke and it permeated our garments to where all had to be dry-cleaned. We were there for a funeral so suites and dresses had to be launderer. The bed was a double and uncomfortable. Defiantly a non recommend!!Avis véridique Hotels.com

The jacuzzi was missing (it is still listed in the hotel description) - it had been filled in and tiled over. The sauna was broken and appeared from the sign to have been broken for some time. Had a great night at the Quality Inn and Suites. The hotel is currently remodeling and all the bathroom and rooms were excellent. A/C worked well and the room was comfortable. The shower didn't have enough pressure to reach the back and it took a while to wash my hair. "VERY DISAPPOINTED"
1) This was the first time for me using hotel.com and this hotel stay was a very bad experience. Everytime we had to enter the building through the side door to room there was a very bad oder of rotten garbage that would almost make me puke for the whole 3 days we were there. 2) I had mentioned to the front desk about dirty tissue in drawer (a pile […] of them) but was never removed thereafter. Look like someone had sex wiped them selves and left them in drawer. Very unsanitary. 3) The toilet seat was very loose and sliding all over. 4)Never received final bill in room the last morning of stay ... so I really hope my charges are in order or you be hearing from me. 5) The bed was very uncomfortable. "DON'T STAY HERE EVER! Don't ever take kids here!"
There is NO elevator and the rooms are located on second floor. We had a stroller, suitcase, and tons of kid garb that had to be carried up a whole flight of stairs. Halls are not air conditioned and are very musty/dirty smelling. Even when it is nearly 100 degrees outsite, the a/c in your room will be off when you arrive! It took a couple hours for […] the room to cool down, while we suffered trying to go to sleep at nearly midnight when we arrived. There was pee splattered on the walls in the bathroom in areas as wide as 2-3 feet! Carpet was tearing and raising up, beds were very uncomfortable, staff didn't seem to care, etc. This was the most horrible experience we have ever had. Filthy.
