Hôtel très pratique en cas de longue correspondance car il y a un service gratuit de navette avec l'aéroport . Demander au centre d'infos à l'aéroport de la commander pour vous en arrivant à charlotte. Hôtel propre et lit confortable. Pas de restaurant autour sauf un dinner à gaufres. Le petit-déjeuné est inclus. Hotel bon marché et parfait pour se reposer entre deux vols et se remettre du décalage horaire.

Situation
À Charlotte, Residence Inn by Marriott Uptown Charlotte se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Stade Bank of America, Time Warner Cable Arena et Charlotte Convention Center. Les sites Blumenthal Performing Arts Center et Discovery Place se trouvent également à proximité.

Cet hôtel très pratique pour les voyages d'affaires offre un bar/lounge. Certains jours, cet hôtel organise une réception organisée par la direction à titre gracieux. Cet établissement 3 étoiles met à disposition un centre d'affaires, des salles de réunion pour petits groupes et une assistance technique. Hotel service was wonderful and the room was cleaned and refreshed in a timely manner. Parking was a little disappointing because there was a ten dollar fee to park in the garage. All in all the hotel was great and I would recommend it to friends.
"Room for improvement"
Restaraunt service was non-existant. We sat at a table and spoke to wait staff, but were not waited on for over 20 minutes. We went elsewhere to eat. Comfort of sleeper sofa left much to be desired. Our teenage son was not well rested!

Loved the room and service. Seriously did not want to leave. Views from room were great, almost didn't have to leave the room to see Charlotte :) Only issue was when I checked out and I was billed twice for our stay. I explained to front desk attendant that I had already paid in full, but he insisted the computer told him different. Overall we were very satisfied with our service. Only a few small glitches kept it from being perfect. On Friday night we called and requested the shuttle to pick us up from the convention center, they did not inform us that the driver had gotten backed up, so we were waiting outside in a unknown neighborhood for longer then we would of liked. The second […] incident also happened on Friday when we went to the bar/pub for dinner the waitress mistook our order and my granddaughter had to wait for her meal to arrive. This was disappointing since we had been traveling all day and had not eaten for over 12 hours, that she had to wait longer for her meal to arrive. Yet once it did arrive it was very good. I got a room from this hotel for my boyfriend's 21st birthday. I didn't pay some outstanding amount, like most hotels downtown, and the room was just as nice! We had a great view, we were walking distance from center city, and we even had a delicious hot breakfast every morning! The front desk was so nice and helpful, even with me being young. Most […] places assume I am immature or clueless and are very rude, but not here! Even with a large soccer tournament overwhelming the hotel staff, they were on top of everything! We had a speedy check-in and check-out and never once were ignored when approaching the desk. They had lemonade and cookies at the front desk.. and a nice little market for snacks, ice cream, or toiletries. Our room, a studio suite, was so spacious and decorated very nicely. "Outstanding downtown hotel - very affordable"
My daughter and I were aplnning a special Mother's Day weekend in Charlotte. We wanted to be downtown if at all possible, but cost and family-friendliness often make that a challenge. We have now found our hotel for EVERY future visit to Charlotte. Reviews on Trip Advisor ranked this hotel #4 in Charlotte - and I can see why. "Residence Inn in Charlotte- vacation escape"
The staff is very friendly and courteous from the moment you walk in until you check out. The bar/lounge area is nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. My room was the studio suite, with kitchen and table, and was very spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and plan on staying again next time I am in Charlotte.

"The Residence by the Marriott uptown charlotte nc"
The only other hotel that came close to the 98 rating and restraunt was 101. in there rating. was the Ritz-Carlton. I would give this place a ten not only for how clean it was, but the service was above any where else i have stand in. I can't wait to go again. The hotel made my birhday weekend really sweet.

Perfect Location for our Nascar Race Weekend. It was within walking distance to the Nascar Hall of Fame and the vendor fair. We could hear the great music from our room. Very easy to find. We have already recommended it to people and are only back from a vacation 3 days.

The staff was great, the Manager was always around and always a help, The drivers recommended and then took us to great places for dinner.. all were outstanding.. I stay in Hotels 100 days per year and this was by far the best. No hidden costs.. A+

I stayed at this hotel to attend a Panthers game. It is an excellent hotel and smack dab right next to the stadium for the game. A bit expensive but worth it to be so close and not to have to worry about all that "game day" hassle. Will stay again!

Location was very good, a short walk or drive to most of downtown, parking is excellent and the Charlotte skyline is in excellent view from the front of the hotel.
