Hôtel très agréable très bien situé, à quelques pas des principaux centres d'intérêt de la ville et des zones de magasins et restaurants/bars - L'ambiance de l'hotel est très détendue avec un lobby agréable (canapés, écrans TV, accès internet libre, journaux) et un petit déjeuner varié. Une piscine et un centre de fitness sont situés au dernier étage (27ème) avec vue sur les buildings et la ville.

Demander une chambre du côté de la rivière, de préférence à distance de l'ascenseur. La vue est impressionnante sur les gratte-ciel qui bordent la rivière, car l'hôtel est dans un coude du cours d'eau et se trouve exactement dans son axe. Rien à dire sur la qualité du service et la propreté des chambres. La situation est parfaite entre le Loop et Magnificent Mile, tout est à portée de main pour un séjour réussi, y compris la boulangerie en bas pour le petit-déjeuner.

"Quick over nightstay"
My family stayed here for one night. The room was nice and comfortable. However the pool was pretty small for all the kids that were there. If you need a place to sleep for the night, it will do.

we arrived in april way ahead of our 3:00 check and the really nice clerk went ahead and let us checkin. the rooms were cleaned daily and didn't worry about our stuff being bothered everything was alwasys there. the breakfest was a plus the kids loved the wafflesand the pool which was great considering the weather was bad. overall it was a good place […] to stay. no bed bugs room was clean missing some minor cleanliness along bed rails, under microwave, behind dressers..i had a flashlight with me searching for bed bugs before i did anything all good on bottom floor room 116 overall not bad place breakfast was average everything was just average but would stay again,,,,,,

we thought the hotel was awesome. very impressed with cleanliness and all the extra after thoughts like the remote was in a sanitized sack....the pool was clean and the staff was exceptionally nice.

The hotel had all the amenities listed on their website and the rooms were very clean. The drive off the interstate to the hotel was interesting because you drove through an industrial looking part and the hotel sat off by itself, but there is a strip of shops/food very close. I want to write a good review because this hotel really made an effort to be a great place to stay...very hospitable, warm cookies in the evening, good breakfast, nice pool, very nicely decorated rooms, good rates, etc....but we got bedbug bites the first night we were there. The hotel was honest and said they had had problems with that but mostly on […] the upper floor (we were on the bottom floor). At least they were honest! I would have to say overall the stay was good! The only reason why I did not give an excellent is because when we arrived the hotel staff had told us our room would be ready an hour later (4pm) due to some party that had went on the previous nite and the guest had in so many words "trashed" the room. Well my wife and l stayed here for the holidays and well honestly for the price, it wasn't bad at all. The room was cozy and clean and just really relaxing to come home to after a long day out. Room size was decent and free wifi and cable and phone calls. Cant beat it! I would def stay again!

"just what we needed"
We just needed a place to sleep while visiting family in the area. The hotel was very comfortable and very clean and the staff was great. The pool and free breakfast don't hurt either!

Lovely hotel. We were able to check in early which was very helpful. The room was great; spacious for 3 of us. It was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good with a nice eating area. Pool area was also nice. We needed an extra day and the price we initially paid was honoured. Each day we drove into Chicago so found this location just fine in terms of […] commuting back and forth. The hotel & room was very clean and comfortable. Awesome mattress - great nights sleep. Friendly staff. Only cons - location and work out room is very small with only 3 aged machines.

"Best Western Plus - Thin walls, but great service"
The walls are very thin so we had to change rooms at 10:30 pm the first night due to loud neighbors. The front desk attendant called their room to ask them to quiet down, but we opted to change rooms as well. She was very helpful and gave us a couple of choices of rooms. The breakfast was fine, there was some variety with both hot and cold options. […] The kids always love the make your own waffles. The pool is small, but since we were the only ones using it, it worked out great. The hotel seems to have many corporate accounts with traveling workers being their main clients. It is in the middle of an industrial area, but there are several options for dining within about 5 minutes. Overall I was very pleased with the level of service and cleanliness of the hotel. "Nice and comfortable, but far from CTA train line"
Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. Close to the park n ride metra train station, but unfortunately metra trains only run infrequently (about every hour) at night.

You're correct that the CTA does not run service in the South Suburbs, but the Metra is a great option to gain access downtown! I was overall pleased with the condition of the hotel. It is close to a shopping plaza, movie theater, plenty of eatery's, and the freeway. I would stay here again, just wish the matresses were a lil more comfy!!!!

We loved the room. Very comfortable, plenty of pillows, plenty of room and TWO televisions in different areas. Hubby could watch ball game and myself something else. Would surely stay again. Close to everything.

The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. I do recommend cleaning the carpet regularly as the room get stuffie when air is turned off. Air was cold so we turned it off, but overall great stay.

We could not have done this trip without a hotel at this price and convenience. We had the ability to house 5 people in this room and saved the extra room charge. We had a pool, spa, exercise room, computers, hot breakfast, excellent service, clean and friendly. All you could ask for in a hotel and more.

We stayed at this Best Western last year and were very satisfied, but we won't stay here again. The ice machine was broken and the front desk told us it was just slow, but there was never any ice. Spa was out of order. My son had a very uncomfortable night on the pull out sofa which only had hard box springs in place of a mattress. Power went out at […] 1 am, due to storm in Chicago. Backup generators only lasted 2 hours and from 3 am on no lights, a/c or hot water. The front desk manager did have a flashlight she held so we could see down the dark hallways. Lisez la suite

Due to the severe weather & power outage we faced, we were without many items in the hotel for a brief time. We did have ice available at the front desk and were able to get generators up for partial power in order to accomodate our guests to the best of our ability. The staff and service in this hotel are great. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is in good condition (it seems fairly new). The neighborhood is very industrial around it (nothing useful in walking distance), there's a decent shopping plaza close by (driving distance). If you are a light sleeper you probably want to take some nice ear plugs because […] the walls seem to be paper-thin and you can hear TV and Voices from the next rooms (i.e. kids and specially the loud and noisy contractors that seem to like the hotel - they wake YOU up 5am everyday with their yelling). The air conditioning units are also very loud in many of the rooms (I have stayed at this hotel many times and in many rooms because I have had to work nearby). Lisez la suite

The pictures actually are the real rooms. This hotel was very nice. Except for a lot of spider webs in the ceilings and a few stains on the floor. The location is right across from Wal-Mart and quite a fews places to eat. The staff was very friendly and our service was great. I would stay in this hotel the next time I visited Chicago.

Terrific accomodations for the price. Location was a little weird, an industrial park type setting. Close to major shopping and very convenient to Midway and a short breeze to downtown Chicago.

We found old food platters in the refrigerator/with stale food! A big turn off. The sink faucet leaked when you tuned it on. The lady who fixed breakfast was outstanding. You should have two waffle makers. HBO is advertised but no channel is listed.

front desk staff very unfriendly. horrible location, not easily accessible. No luggage carts available, had to walk length of hotel with all our luggage because of only one entrance. move on to the next hotel.

We decided to get a suite (2 queen beds, pull-out couch & 2 flat screen t.v.s!) for our kids spring break, and, we picked a GREAT hotel! The service was pleasant, the rooms were clean and new... the pool hours were extensive (which is what we wanted... 6 a.m. til 11pm... they had a 3pm check in and noon check out. The breakfast was AWESOME~ a lot of […] variety including waffle maker/eggs/sausage/bacon! Tables in dining room very nice, and, tables by pool too! Most importantly, the hot tub was FABULOUS! Very clean and nice hotel. Must have been remodeled recently. Nice big room, with a Flat Screen TV and clean. The only thing is I could hear everything. People closing doors, walking up stairs. I even could hear the conversation of the woman in the room next to me at 1 am.
