Hotel was below average, especially for the price (over two bills per night)...of the 3 nights, left wake up calls for TWO different mornings and NEITHER one was delivered. Almost missed two college tours we had driven nearly 5 hours for....Free shuttle had limited destinations (three subway stations)...could have walked (.9 miles) but did not trust […] neighborhood...tissues near sink were never refilled....AC was difficult to adjust - no digital controll....shower should have had a double curtain to prevent water on the bathroom floor...card swiper worked intermittently on door....neighborhood was very rough...did not feel comfortable walking...toilet 50/50 to flush properly...continental breakfast was ok but not enough seating...pull out couch should have had its own comforter...refrigerator was small and not very cold....no ice machine on 5th floor - sign said lobby or 4th floor - 4th floor machine was not working....pizza machine in lobby was broken....fitness room disappointing - two treadmills and one other machine...walked to Dunkin Donuts at 8:00PM and they were closed...McDonalds across street open 24 hrs. The staff could not have been any friendlier or helpful. We would have stayed in this hotel again but we had a difficult time getting cab service & the shuttle that is offered only drives within a very limited area and not past 9pm. The free parking & breakfast was a bonus though.

Overall the experience was pleasant. Rooms were clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The shuttle service is a big plus considering the hotel is not very convenient to public transportation. We recently stayed at this hotel to attend a conference in Boston. This hotel is about 10 minutes by car from the center of town but the shuttle made it all work. The hotel is not flashy but very comfortable and clean. Nice hotel, very clean and confortable rooms. Good location.

Service was very poor. Continental breakfast was of poor quality. Front desk was not very helpful. Free WIFI service was not available all the time.

Hotel was in a convenient but relatively trash area. We were a $10 cab ride to Fenway. Front desk was very nice. Beds were comfortable. You pay for the location not it's glamour.

Room was great. Couch seemed old for what appeared to be an updated room. Lots of outdoor noise...construction equipment. While we enjoyed the accommodations we could not recommend due to noisy surroundings.

The Best Western roundhouse had good space in the rooms and provided shuttle service to several areas of the city complementary. They are only 15 minutes walk to a subway stop. The rooms were clean, the sheets extra soft, pillows plump and numerous, but the water pressure was low. The location was a little far outside the main hub of Boston. Pleasantly surprised by the 2 rm suite.Quite comfortable. Hotel staff despite being swamped was very pleasant and helpful. Location a bit away from the city center - not an issue for me as I like to walk but they do provide a shuttle to different parts of the city. Comfortable room and reasonable price make this a good choice.

The service was very friendly. However, overall cleanliness and condition of hotel were less than desirable. The neighborhood was a little rough. The price was the cheapest i could find for something half decent. I discovered that the Boston hotel market is quite expensive. Everyone on the staff was pleasant and friendly, looking to help wherever possible. Room was initially too cold but maintenance adjusted the thermostat and it was comfortable again. Free parking, free breakfast, good rates, convenient location with shuttle to T lines... all good!

Although the hotel was not situated all that close to anything, the shuttle service was very efficient and much appreciated. Found it noisy, traffic wise Being situated between a fire station 2 blocks one way and the hospital 2 blocks the other way, meant constant siren noise. Wonderful shuttle service is you plan your time accordingly. Friendly staff, rather noisy room (helicopters landing at nearby hospital?).

I stayed in Boston on a very busy night, when almost all rooms in town were booked 2 weeks prior to my stay. I booked this Best Western based on reviews. location and price. I stayed for 5days. Everything is fine except the hotel transport to airport which is really NO GOOD. It charges $10 and claims to be directly to airport, but instead it drove around to drop people at downtown for ~30mins rather than directly to the airport which should take only 10mins. great hotel, clean and big room, nice breakfast (but not enough places to seat), free parking and free shuttles - very convinient and save time and money. the neigborhood wasnt nice but we didnt care, all the day we had fun in the city.

I really love the history of the building. The suite was beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. Only problem was the walls were so thin we could hear EVERYTHING in the next room and it was uncomfortable having to explain to my daughter that the woman next door was not beign hurt. The breakfast could have been slot better for the price.

The hotel room was just what we were looking for. Very spacious and the ammenities were quite acceptable for the price. The hotel was great. The staff friendly and helpful. It was a little out of the way but the free shuttle service made up for it. For the price this was a great choice!

I was in town for two nights and was very pleased with the service and room accommodations. The hotel has a shuttle service that came in very handy. Let me tell you, I was totally surprised by this Western Inn Hotel. The hotel is really clean and so was my room. The bed was the best part, it was like something out of a JC Penny catalog. Not only that, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I have been to many hotels in my lifetime. The complimentary breakfast is amazing and […] its served from 6 am to 10 am so you do not have to get up really early!!! Everything is so good and neatly presented. The cleaning staff and the hotel receptionists really do a good job of cleaning and attending to your needs. It is also very close to the sub way system and the hotel can call a taxi to come get you. Service was more than a little impolite, neighborhood was a tad bit scketchy, but I was comfortable and overall very pleased with the room for the money.

What I liked about the hotel was the cleanliness, the roominess, how new and well kept the place was. It isn't a huge hotel so you will not get lost. You have your place to rest comfortably and you necessities covered. I have been to other hotels in Boston and found others to have very small rooms and tend to be overpriced but I really enjoyed this […] place. The hotel was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the suite set up made it perfect for traveling with a child that goes to bed early. The workout facility was great as well. Only complaint would be the area, not the greatest and parking was a bit dicey but, all and all, great stay.

We checked into this hotel for one night last week. We were pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to check-in early then were told there was a shuttle that could take us to and from the downtown area!! The hotel provided us with a map of the city and convenient area information. The staff was fantastic. Even more great was the room itself. The room […] had a living area and french doors that lead to your bedroom. There were televisions in both rooms, a fridge, microwave and coffee. Plus, they serve cookies for a couple of hours at the lobby from 5-7. I was so pleased of the level of hospitality. We would definetely stay again. All that for the price we paid is incredible. Free Parking and Free Shuttles makes this hotel a no-brainer.

Mjög fínt nema hvað þetta er við aðalumferðaræð og nokkur hávaði af umferð en ekkert sem héllt fyrir mér vöku. all very good except for the main traffic road passing just outside, nothing that kept me awake though.

Godkänt, men inte mer. Dåligt läge, men deras gratis "schuttle" kunde köra oss om vi inte skulle alltför långt.

Esta bien ubicado y tiene transporte gratuito al centro de ida y retorno. La habitación muy buena. Recomendado
