Room was not clean-toothpaste behind faucet in bathroom. Remote control for TV missing. Towels had stains. Bed was itchy. Blankets had stuff on them left by previous guests. Yuk. Had to ask to be moved. Stayed 2 nights and after first night, the housekeeper never came to clean room, make beds or bring new towels. No dishes or utensils. My daughter found a condom under the bed. Sheets desperately needed to be bleached. Shower was dirty. The hotel was close to disneyland but we will not be staying there again.

I read the other reviews before booking this hotel. Since my trip was last minute and the price was cheaply affordable, I went ahead and booked it and did not set high expectations for this hotel. Much to my surprise the hotel was nice! It had a full kitchen, very clean, nice newly painted room, and a flat screen tv! The only complain I had was when […] I checked in the front service staff was slow. I believe she needs to retire. I also called her to let her know that the air conditioning was not working and she said she would get it corrected. 2 hours later still nothing. When I called again later that evening, thankfully a night staff person went to check it. Turns out it was broken so they put us to another room. It was a little inconvenient to move after we've settled but it all worked out in the end. It's a few blocks from Disneyland so it was pretty convenient. I also found that pets can stay so I would definitely come back with my dog and I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Lisez la suite

Checked in late at night and went up to our floor. The whole floor smelled like smoke. We went in our room and it seemed better at first. Then we opened the bathroom door and the smell came pouring out. My daughter didn't even want to brush her teeth in there. So she brushed her teeth at the kitchen sink, went to wipe her face on a towel, and the towel […] smelled sour. Because we made it in so late, we tried to tough it out. I slept very little due to the smell and the very creaky beds. It was so bad that we cancelled our reservation for the next night and left first thing in the morning to find a new hotel. The staff is vary unprofessional, rooms are run down when we left placed don't disturb sign on door and they entered our room then placed a note on the door stating it is a non-smoking room thank you for cooperation then when brought up to desk I was told that non of there staff did this.

I got the room because it was really close to Disneyland. Also, its across the street from Anaheim GArdenwalk. The receptionist was super nice when i checked in. I had a satisfying stay and I received a good deal. I woul stay there again

The hotel was pretty close to Disneyland & Some restaurants which was good. The only thing that super sucked was finding parking & the fact that every sign in california inside of restaurants & hotels have a sign that says " The supplies use for cleaning can cause Cancer & birth defects" This made me have a feeling of being sick the whole time. just […] a thought I put out there. This stay was so much better than the last time I had stayed here. I wanted to give it another chance, and I'm glad I did.

This hotel is good location. Staffs are really nice. internet connection is so good. but Kitchen stuffs are kinda poor. Kitchen board is made by glasses. and Knife is really dull. so Everything in the kitchen is difficult to use it. This is the only things I don't like it. but I like this hotel a lot.

I find I am liking this type of no frills hotel. No worries about people being in our room when we are gone, everything we need is there, dishes, coffee pot, full size fridge, even a hotplate! Every interaction we had with the employees was great. the best part we were able to fit more into our vacation because of all the money we saved. It was about […] a 10 minute walk from Disneyland. We even got to splurge a little and dine at The Cheesecake Factory located just across the street! I reccomend this place to anyone who needs the basics and a welcoming atmosphere while in Anaheim! this was the grossest place! I needed something fast and convenient in the area and knew of others that have stayed at "Extended Stays," and they were pretty satisfied. First of all, it smelled of dirty dog. You can hear loud dogs barking all hours of the night. I got into the hotel room and there were a few gnats flying around. I booked two nights […] but got the hell outta there the next morning. Didn't ask for a refund or anything, just got up and got out and didn't look back. Oh and beware of the surrounding neighborhood. Very scary. Just stay near Disneyland, do not go wandering around. You really do get what you pay for. This hotel is great for a night out and then not having to drink and drive home. Large clean room.

Rooms need a facelift!! But if you need a convenient location to the convention center or Disneyland, the hotel is a good choice.

This hotel has a great location, howver, the front desk is not attended after 11:00pm. It was difficult to get somenone to assists us in checking in at 11:00pm. Also, shampoo, hair dryer, etc was only available at the front desk. I did not feel safe if I could not reach someone for assistance during the night or early morning. No pots and pans. Hardly any utensils. Bed makes noise when you toss. What else do you not want?

I stayed in this hotel for two nights with my wife and three kids. Upon checking in, I stood in the lobby for ten minutes waiting for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Every time I needed to speak with someone at the front desk, I was forced to wait until they came from some backroom and were extremely rude to me. The walls were paper […] thin and I could hear everything that happened in every room all night long. The second day I came back to find that my room had not been cleaned. When I asked the front desk, I was informed that they charge a fee to clean rooms while guests are staying!! I travel for business regularly and have never had my room remain uncleaned while I stayed. I asked about at least receiving clean towels and was told I needed to bring any dirty towels to the front desk before getting clean ones. This is the most ridiculous hotel I have every stayed at. They allow animals in the rooms, so if your neighbor has a dog (as ours did) you hear the dog bark all night long. Parking was a nightmare. There are very few spots and it didn't matter what time I tried to park, I coudn't find a spot that allowed me to open the doors on my truck. If you are driving anything bigger than a compact car, expect to find your doors dinged the next morning like I did. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, ever. Lisez la suite

The service is awful, no room service until the 7th day. They charge for internet and the speed is horrendously slow. The reception staff is not nice. I stayed here about 3 days. It is conveniently located about 2.5 Disney sized blocks from the convention center/Disneyland. Parking is free! Don't expect daily towel service or someone to make your bed but that is how you will save some $ staying here. My room had microwave, hotplate, fridge, some basic dishes, coffee maker, TV, and internet ($5 for […] the duration of your stay up to a week). Overall, decent place but not luxurious. My car got broken into inside of the parking lot. They did not offer to help me at all, did not offer a discount of any sort. The security guard and the guy that had to come and repair my window (it was completely shattered) said that this happens at the Extended stay every week, yet the management doesn't install any sort of camera system to catch […] the guys. FRIENDLY STAFF, DECENT ROOM, BUT NO SHAMPOO, LOTION, OR CONDITIONER, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT. GREAT LITTLE KITCHEN THOUGH WITH A FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. I walked to shopping and restaurants and even prepared my contribution to our family Christmas dinner in the little kitchen in my room. It's not a luxury hotel but everything I needed was there and I would recommend it to others.

When we arrived at our hotel there was a sheet and a small thin blanket on the bed. The blanket looked a little dirty so we took it off the bed and called down to the front desk asking for a new blanket. From that point on we asked for a new blanket at least 7 times in 3 days and NEVER got one. We went down to the front desk multiple times and they […] always said they didn't have any clean ones and they would send them to our room. It never happened. So for our entire stay we had a tiny little sheet to keep us warm on the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on. When we checked out we mentioned that we never got our blanket and the manager said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. We will never stay at this (or any) Extended Stay again! I had high hopes for my stay at Extended Stay America. The check in process was extremely slow, and I waited in line for at least 30 minutes. I am very patient, but I was surrounded by irritated guests who felt they were not being waited on properly and who were angrily voicing their opinions. It was very stressful standing in line with so many angry […] people. This hotel has one computer and two very elderly attendants working the front desk. The male attendant got very upset with a customer who complained about the service, and proceeded to admonish her for speaking up. I was not happy with the check-in process at all. Check in was slow and painfull, the rooms smelled like burnt food and foot odor, the sheets and towels were gross and the people in the room above me must have been dancing and jumping on a trampoline all night. I would never stay there again.

Advertised as having roll-away beds for each room but in fact the hotel only has 3 to 5 beds for 134 rooms. Desk clerks at check-in have been notoriously oblivious to guests issues. They defer to the manager which will not return your calls. This has occurred on more than one occasion. The desk clerk is not empowered to do anything nor do they want […] to. Mold and water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom. Looks like it has been there for some time and has not been addressed. Is it possible that one of the guests loved the bell cart sooo much that it only appeared for a brief 5 minute stay in the lobby? Both times that we needed it, we went on a floor to floor search. The second time it was on the third floor because apprarently some one was too dang LAZY to bring it back downstairs. Maybe a check-in, check-out system should […] be implemented by the front desk? Maybe it was the same guests that cackled and hee hawed by the hotels' front door, which we were directly above, at 3AM non-stop for what seemed like an eternity. My biggest complaint was the bathroom, especially the smell of urine. Also, in the kitchenette, the countertop was was very sticky; even soap and hot water would not remove the sticky substance. The cleaning service shouldn't have missed this. The carpet was soiled, but this is probably normal for an older hotel. This hotel is in a cluster of two other major hotels and the decor is awesome, very close to the Disneyland parking lot. My husband is picky when it comes to staying at hotels, especially when taking our bouncing toddler. He was completely satisfied and even thought I spent a lot of money which I didn't, Very convenient!

I stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was wonderful. I'm not sure if the floors are hallow or what, but the people above me were freaking loud walking around. It sounded like they were running into things and stomping around. Other than that it was a nice stay.

This hotel was like one of those places that you would stay for a month. When we first got there is was late & there was not anyone @ the front desk and we were going back & forth between two doors with two little kids. After checking into the hotel, I was given a room that had been used the night before and had yet to be cleaned. Front desk set me up with another room; the room was nice and cozy but the T.V was old and small. My only complaint about the room would be the T.V. This is THE WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in. The outside is really nice, nice location, close to IHOP and Disneyland which is what we wanted. When we checked in, the front desk clerk gave us a key to a room that someone was currently staying in!!!! I opened the door and the room was a mess and the tv blaring! Thank God, noone was in there. What if […] my 3 and 5 year had seen something inaapropriate? Then when I went down to the front desk, I told her what happened and she apologized, but when I asked if she was going to give my key to someone after I'm checked in, she said "I hope not". Not a good enough answer! Our room was on the "non-smoking floor" which still reiked of cigarette smoke. The bed was extremely uncomfotable. Stains in the carpet, the furnitire was all scratched and dented up. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! There are about 50 other hotels in the area, PLEASE choose another hotel to stay in! Lisez la suite

hospitality was great! took care of all our needs, nice walk to disneyland about 1o to 15 min. walls a little thin could here the neighbors but they were not rowdy!i was pleased with our stay and would stay again.

Great location with great service & cleanliness. The only disappointment was that there was no hair dryer in the room or at the front desk.

Has basic needs to stay and cook. Will need cooking basics like salt and pepper.. Nothing is provided other than the pans and plates. Clean and quiet. Shuttle to Disneyland for extra charge. Worth it to get you home after a long day walking.
