hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

Agréable moment pas de désagréments majeurs , bien que nous n'y ayons passés que deux nuits séparés , c'était correct idéal pour les gens qui doivent faire une escale d'une nuit s'ils doivent partir en croisière !

Hôtel correct et bien situé sur Collins avenue. Eviter la chambre donnant sur la rue : simple vitrage et environnement très bruyant réduisent fortement le confort de la nuit.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.
Une pièce d'identité officielle avec photo et un dépôt de garantie en espèces ou par carte de crédit sont requis à l'arrivée pour couvrir tous frais imprévus.

"Great family hotel"
Hotel customer service was excellent as usual but our room had an old moth ball like smell to it. The hotel food is absolutely horrendous for a ritz Carlton and it is extremely expensive. Our stay at the Ritz Carlton South Beach was without doubt on of the best if not "the" most memorable and pleasant resort experience , the staff made the stay most welcoming and pleasant. It goes without saying that the hotel/resort is top notch, however it must be noted the "Experience" was created by what I would consider to be the best staff in the […] industry. I was pleasantly surprised to find the rates to be closely competitive with other hotels in the area however I do not think there is another hotel that can match the experience. "Wasn't great..."
Hotel room was small, pool service was extremely slow and the pool frankly looked disgusting. Our room was very clean and nice, we had a "city view room" which apparently means a view of an HVAC shaft / the building next door. "Extended bachlorette & bachlor party vacation"
I initially went to Miami with my bridesmaids from 4/12 to 4/14. I decided to stay and my fiancé with his best man came after their bachelor party in Montreal. My first hotel was the Sagamore hotel in south beach which I thought was amazing. I had a villa planned from 4/14 to 4/17, however when I got to the villa it wasn't what I expected nor was I […] provided with the request I wanted. I was looking on hotels.com for another hotel and came across the Ritz Carlton. I decided to book my stay there and from the moment I walked in I was blown away. The hotel is beautiful, the service is amazing. Guest services rep even gave me a complimentary upgrade for my extended stay in Miami. The location is perfect next to the stores, beach front hotel & and a huge pool with a hot tub. When I would call guest services for extra towels, blankets or pillow, they were delivered within 15 minute. I am going back in June and I will be staying at this hotel once again. "Perfect 3 nights."
We arrived early for a long weekend at 10:30am and did not expect our room to be ready. The front desk was over the top in making sure we were a priority. We hit the beach and in 40 minutes they called to let us know they had our room in order, very nice and much earlier than we had even hoped for. Balcony with partial ocean viewed as booked. We enjoyed […] the Ritz bar/lunch by the beach and an exceptional waitress, Logan, made sure we were taken care of. During a sudden rain, everyone poured in from the beach and she slipped us thru the garage to get back to the hotel lobby without getting drenched. We were very grateful! It is that kind of special attention that keeps us coming back to the Ritz. Final note, the 3 man live band in the lobby was outstanding! This hotel is beautiful. This is my second time staying here... I came back for the location, pool, beach, and friendly staff. The hotel room is nice; however the room I stayed in this time had thin walls. I could hear the people next door talking and doors opening and closing throughout the hallway. This wasn't too bothersome, as I heard these things […] at reasonable hours of the night. That's really my only complaint. "Would stay again in a heartbeat"
We were in town for a bachelorette party with 9 women and stayed at the Ritz Carlton South Beach. For the entire weekend, we couldn't stop commenting on how amazing the hotel was - every single staff person would greet us kindly and ask if there was anything they could get us. The concierge floor was a lovely place to eat and visit, and we knew the […] staff by name after only a day. They gave us great recommendations for where to eat and what to do at night. The rooms were spacious and sparklingly clean, with extremely comfortable beds. The pool was gorgeous and we loved the water, smoothies, and suntan lotion service from the friendly pool staff. The workout facility was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Didn't try the spa but the staff inside was extremely gracious as well. Though there was plenty to do within walking distance, we hardly left the hotel during the daytime all weekend because we felt so welcome and well-treated there. Would stay again in a heartbeat. When you stay at the Ritz you expect exquisite customer service and this hotel delivers. One more note...you are about 8/10 mile from the South Beach strip of restaurants on the beach. If you have kids, I was very impressed with the beach area set up for kids.
