L'hôtel est bien situé et facile d'accès. on est à moins de 5 min du centre ville et à 7 min de la montagne et du site de Garden of Gods qui est magnifique. les stations essence, restaurants rapides et super marchés sont d'accès direct. La route s'entend légèrement mais n'empêche pas de bien dormir. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres. L'accueil est satisfaisant et le personnel aimable. Cependant la qualité du wifi n'est pas toujours au rendez-vous, bien que parfois très bon, il a souvent eu du mal à charger des pages simples et est trop faible pour de la vidéo conférence. Par ailleurs, bien que très fourni, je regrette le manque de produits frais au petit déjeuné, tels que fruits par exemple. Je conclus sur un excellant rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel agréable aux prix très attractif !!

Very nice stay!! Location was amazing and hotel was very nice and clean. Several pools, nice lake and very nice staff. Overall very happy with stay. Only negative was you can hear the people who stayed on a higher floor than you. Very loud when they walked.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Just need a bit more"
We enjoyed our stay, rooms very nice. But, because we do like to enjoy new things we tried the hotel food options, expensive. We will take a three mile ride down the road before we pay 30.00 dollars for a buffet and my wife ordered a plate from the menu that cost 30.00 and was just-ok. The price I have paid and will pay, but the food was just ok. One […] more observation, when I booked I had a inside room with a view, when arrived we had a room that over looked the parking lot. "Rocky Mountain High -- almost!"
Very nice room. Nice area. Beautiful view. Staff at front desk very pleasant and helpful. Loved the make-up mirror in the separate vanity, but could have used an extra wastebasket. "Beautiful Resort, Great Value"
Staying off-season in January, the resort was quiet and felt like we had it to ourselves. Nice fitness facilities too. Wonderful rooms and service, and the main building is just breathtakingly beautiful with the huge windows, fireplaces and mountain vista views. Check your credit card afterward though - the resort accidentally charged my Visa for the […] room even though I purchased through Hotels.com. "Unexplained charges"
We had a very good stay at the resort. But, when I got home, and checked my credit card transactions, I found I had $ 750.00 of unexplained charges. I immediatley sent the resort an email asking for an explanation and that the charge's be reversed. The charge's were reversed but I'm still waiting for the explanation. "Spread apart, yet cozy. Quail Creek is the best"
I'll definitely recommend the place. Front Desk area ambience is really good, during thanksgiving, found it very festive. Breakfast is free for kids. Very caring and professional service at the front desk. We needed two rooms on the 3rd floor in the same lodge with great views and we had called in advance with that request. Instead of the usual "sorry, […] this is all we have left" in other hotels and giving up, we were pleased to see Stacy engage another colleague and together they worked the computer and house keeping for 15 minutes and got us the rooms that we wanted. The food at the 3 restaurants were good. The patio surrounded by glass with the open fire and great view was my favorite place. Also the doors to our rooms opened towards the inside corridor like a hotel (not outside like a motel). Rooms were spacious with walk in closets. Room had refrigerator. The door to our hotel room would not latch unless you slammed it very. Also, they chose Friday night to refinish the hardwood floors in the lobby which meant the bar was closed down. Our room was on the garden level of the unit we stayed in. You could hear the people in the room above us and it didn't appear they were rough housing or doing anything out of the ordinary. Great place to stay - for business and families. Nice amenities - most comfy beds with 2" down matress pad and down comforters (they will also glady provide non-allergenic pillows, etc., if you need them). Setting and surroundngs are nice - mountains and lake within view. The bar/grille is spacious and has 2 pool tables and 3 XBox Kinect TVs mounted […] on a wall with space to do your thing with the Kinect! "Not what you think..."
For a family with small children I would strongly reconsider booking this hotel . Upon arrival, in 25 degree weather, we walked into the lobby to check in. Of course we unpacked most our things, brought our kids inside, only to find out our room was in no way connected to the beautiful lobby/restaurant/meeting room part of the hotel. Instead we have […] to get back in the car and drive at least a mile to the very farthest building where our room was located. I would call this a glorified motel. The door to your room is located outside. ALL the hallways are outside. Your room is completely by itself, in no way connected to anything else. To go and check our the restaurants etc. at the hotel you must bundle yourself and your kids up, strap them in the car seats and drive to the lobby. It's was pretty time consuming and not relaxing like I hoped. Also with small children like mine, they like to be able to move around. Being in a separate, outside building you have literally no place to go and stretch your legs unless it's outside in the freezing weather. Also when I questioned the receptionist about where our room was located (I was genuinely surprised this wasn't a normal hotel with indoor hallways to rooms) she was VERY rude and said the "main building only has 2 restaurants and a bunch of meeting rooms" . We had a very nice meal in the main restaurant a little pricey but nice. We stayed in the bottom floor room and thought a heard of elephants were in the room above us. The first room we were put in was right next to the highway and we could hear the traffic. "Great Hotel with a few problems"
We really loved this hotel and will be going back but our particular room just had a few issues in the bathroom that hopefully are not an indication of the entire hotel. There was several spots in the shower that were moldy and I am a bit of a cleanliness freak, especially about bathrooms and so I was disappointed that with a hotel of this caliber there […] was any problem with this at all. I didn't let my son take a bath because of it, so he had to shower and it was ok. There was also a sticky spot on the floor in the bathroom under the vanity. Nice hotel. Room was comfortable and modern decor. Great views! Suggestions: Pull down your sheets before you go to bed. We had dirty linens. Get a room close to the pool. It can be quite a walk from your room since they are not connected to the mail lobby. Also verify when the pools are open. We received different info depending on which staff member […] we spoke to. The indoor pool closes at 7pm which was upsetting. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was great and the staff was wonderfull as well. Great views from the restraunt. We were upgraded to a mountain view which was very nice. Thanks to the receptionist :-) We stayed in the middle of the lodge on the 3rd floor so it was very quite. Feel like noone was around us. It was cold during the time we go so there's not much to do. Wish the aquatics center (indoor pool) opened longer (closed at 7 pm). Overall very good experience […] there. "Nice weekend getaway"
At first they put us in a room with a courside view. There was no view at all-only a blank cedar wall about 6 feet out. We upgraded and got a stellar view. Nice and bright with a sunny orientation. "Great Family Getaway"
Overall, our stay at CMR was fantastic. The resort is close to so many activities, we had a blast every day we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the resort is very clean and well maintained. Our guest room was very nice, comfortable beds, and large bathroom. The 42" T.V. was great for the kids to watch a movie during our downtime. […] The only drawback was when my 3 yr old dropped some toys under the bed and upon pulling them out found a used condom wrapper and balled up tissues. The other bed also had misc. debris under it. Both disgusting, but then again not all guests are repectful enough to think of the others that will occupy the room next. In any case, the staff was apologetic and quick to clean the room but I would have preferred not to have that experience. Colorado Springs is beautiful and we hope to be back soon. "Excellent time, review your room location"
