L'hotel est situé dans un quartier calme et reposant. D'apparence exterieure modeste, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Les lits sont de grande qualité. Veillez cependant à ne pas prendre une chambre située à côté de la machine à glaçons dans le couloir. Le parking est cher, mais il y a souvent de la place dans la rue à proximité, sans payer la nuit. La situation de l'hotel est idéale pour visiter les différents quartiers de San Francisco, à pied, en tramway, en voiture ou en taxi. C'est une très jolie ville. La ballade à pied sous un ciel bleu est à recommander particulièrement. La découverte des embarcadères est très sympa, ainsi qu'une journée au delà du Golden Gate en pleine nature.

Chambre sobre, bien décorée, propre dans un hotel bien placé (ligne de bus à proximité qui emmène au downtown et à moins de dix minutes de marche de la baie) et dans un quartier chic et calme la nuit. Si vous avez un véhicule, le parking n'est pas grand (normal vu le quartier) et il n'est pas evident de trouver une place après 20h.

"Omni San Francisco"
Close to financial district and china town we stayed in OSF for 2 nights. Service was great and rooms had all you need. Lobby area was great to sit in and the free (donation welcome) walking tour (Sat only I think) was really interesting. "What a disappointment!"
I have stayed at several Omni hotels through the years and have always found them to be clean, well-staffed, providing the best in customer service. Imagine my surprise when I stayed at the Omni San Francisco with two family members, at my recommendation, and found none of these attributes applicable to my stay. Upon arrival, our room had one king […] bed instead of two queens, as reserved on my hotels.com confirmation. The front desk said there were no more queen beds available, so two of us had to sleep on pullout beds. They then said that it was illegal to have three people in a room because of fire codes, but that they would let us go ahead and stay together. On our first night, we ordered room service, which took over two hours and didn't arrive until after midnight. Unreal. Retrieving our car from the valet each day took at least 20 minutes even though we called ahead, and on the last day of our stay, it took nearly 45 minutes to get our car out of the garage. There was one poor bell captain running around like crazy to get guest bags downstairs. While extremely kind and attentive, he was no doubt exhausted from the constant running around and lugging everyone's bags to and fro. This is a beautiful hotel, and I remain a fan of the Omni chain. It's woefully apparent, however, that the hotel manager is not doing a good job in keeping the place properly staffed to provide the good service that Omni is known for (and that guests pay top dollar for.) I'll be a skeptic on Omni for a while. For the price you pay, even through this website's discounts, the service is not up to standard. Lisez la suite

Wonderful choice for an upscale hotel with great service in a very convenient and safe location. We walked everywhere but it's also easy to catch the trolley or a taxi right out front. Great location, view of the bay from room, short walk to Chinatown and great restaurants. In the financial district, so a little pricey (especialy valet parking) but that's San Francisco. Very friendly staff. We stay there every time we visit SF.

We had a wonderful stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was great, helpful and very friendly but in particular check-in agent Juan, porters Adam and Tang and concierge Lex is amazing, so knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful. "NEW Favorite Hotel in SF"
My husand and I go to SF regularly and have stayed in countless hotels and vacation rentals and the Omni was a pleasant surprise. The room was quiet, the staff friendly and the bar inviting. The biggest surprise was the discounted parking on Friday and Saturday nights. We have found a new favorite.
nice hotel. The only negative was when I booked this room I asked for 1 king size bed we ended up getting 2 full beds

Aside from the Front Desk Personnel not ever getting back to me after putting me on hold and a flat bottle of coke in the fridge, this hotel was awesome! Great location. Walking distance to Pier, Chinatown, Union Square - I went to all of these places during my stay. Had a great stay. Would definately return!

We asked the front desk for suggestions about places to go around the city, and they were always so helpful and always steered us in the right direction. Their suggestions for restaurants all proved to be all great choices! The Hotel was beautiful. Very luxurious! The room was spacious, the accomodations lovely. The hotel was quiet, it was very much a refuge from everything when we would get to our room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Omni San Francisco - Great value."
The lobby is very nice, the people even nicer. I mentioned my wife's birthday upon checking in and we were quite surprised to find some wonderful cake with fruit waiting for us in our room the next evening. They have notices in the room about renovations occuring starting in February, but our room was in beautiful condition (with the exception of some […] minor grout issues in the shower, easily overlooked). The bed was wonderful. You could hear some noise from the hall (mostly the maids knocking on the doors in the morning while we were being lazy in bed), but the room was surprisingly quiet considering the cable cars run right by the hotel. The location was great, two blocks to the Transamerica building, about four to Chinatown and a bit more to the start of the embarcadero, all easy walks. Parking is not cheap, about $50 per night. but we avoid that by parking at BART in Pleasent Hills (a nice area near Walnut Creek) and taking the train into the city. The Montgomery BART station is about 6 blocks, a bit of a walk with luggage, but you can avoid that with a $6.00 cab ride. We would stay again. Lisez la suite

Everything was perfect at the Omni. The doormen were wonderful to my 89 year old Mother, helping her and one even sang happy birthday to her. The lobby was absolutely beautiful.
