hotel peu marquant, chambre propre, personnel de reception peu competante pour repondre a des demandes type: parking pour moto... petit dejeuner continental correct, mais petit dejeuner anglais succint et loin d'etre exceptionnel

Très propre. Mais le bruit insensé au milieu de chaque nuit provoqué par d'autres clients en état d'ébriété est très désagréable et la direction trop lente à réagir pour rétablir le calme. Cela se passait au 5è étage. Autre petit problème: on m'a fait payer 1 pound pour un verre d'eau du robinet alors que j'attendais un taxi dans l'entrée!!!

Our stay was pleasant and the staff were second to none as far as service and attention went. Only disappointment was slow 'topping up' of breakfast items and tables not cleared. Has not happened on previous stays. Overall experience - good.

Last minute booking and we found staff to be very helpful. Location great for shopping and plenty of places to eat. A few minutes walk from bus station. Would have no qualms about going back!

The Hotel is conveniently placed for shopping and west end attractions and was reasonable priced for Glasgow. Sound transfer is extremely poor however and we were woken a 2,3 and 4am with people talking loadly in the corridor and adjacent rooms. Clean rooms &Friendly staff, however someone (maybe cleaner) entering our room before 7am is totally unacceptable as was a comment from another guest who had gone to his room & someone else was in it! I would say there is a serious security issue or lack of communication/training that needs to be addressed.

Hotel in a good location for Glasgow city centre. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite. A typical Ibis hotel - good value for the money you pay. Would stay here again.

overall it was a nice hotel, staff were lovely and very central. the only problen we had is we did book a double room, but it was two single beds pushed together, which as a bit awkward, as the matresses kept moving. but we were only staying for the night so didnt feel the need to complain but if we were staying again we would make sure that it was […] a double bed we got Lisez la suite

If you're looking for no-frills then this is perfect. Great friendly service throughout, good b'fast choice (£5 if you book on arrival) and decent rooms for the price. It's a bit dated but I've got no complaints at all about my stay there.

this hotel is free of smoking room... as from that site (hotel .com) they provide smoking room .. this is not true .. i connect with one of the site maneger he advaise this hotel becose they have smoking room ...the hotle is free of smoking rooms since 2 y and he is and his site dont know that..

I was so impressed with this hotel that I have signed up to the Welcome Rewards as I and my husband will most definitely be staying here again. The staff were lovely especially Radislaw(sp) and the baldy barman who were working on the 10th of Feb. Hazel the following night was so helpful and we got our requested alarm call and taxi as we were leaving […] early. The lovely man on Reception offered us tea or coffee while we waited. The hotel is 2 mins walk from Sauchiehall Street which has everything for your holiday needs. All in all a fantastic stay and we will definitely be staying again and will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Lisez la suite

Had a good night sleep in ibis. However, people always smoke right outside the door on the ground floor. It is a bit annoying when people who are doing the computer or sitting in the lobby. Very strong smell. Apart from that, everything was very good. Will go back definitely.

It was quite loudy outside my bedroom although it was fourth floor. Moreover, it was quite cold inside the room. I think the glasses of the window was not thick enough. We need to walk 15 minutes to city center. On the days we satyed,the weather was cold and raining, it was not feeling good to carry my boy to walk quite far away. our group of six stayed here for the first time and could not find fault with it. Although not right in the heart of the city, we found that a good thing. would certainly recommend this hotel.

The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but clean. It was a short walk from shopping and local pubs/resturants. Very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Room comfortable and clean.Very convenient to Glasgow centre.Free wi-fi should be standard in hotel if only in Lounge.I had to leave hotel to access same as wi-fi in hotel expensive.Breakfast was dear.

This is the second time myhusband and I have stayed in this hotel and I must say its a bright spacious and friendly place. The rooms are well maintained and have plenty of light. The bathroom is big, bright and clean. The only down side to its situation is parking and it can be a bit of a problem

Good value for money, within walking distance to shops, bars and restuarants, 10minutes walk to train stations.

Wasn't expecting much for the price, however i haven't got a bad thing to say about it. The receptionist and staff were all lovely, the decor is modern and i loved the room. The bathroom is in a round pod that you step into with a sunken shower, flat screen TV, memory foam mattress. Few blocks away from city center but accessible by foot from bus station and train stations. Downstairs bar sells food and drinks for decent price. Overall nice hotel to stay in Glasgow.

Ibis is a minimalist budget chain. But I have found that they have consistently high quality, and this one maintains the standard. This is a conveniently located, comfortable hotel, very good for visiting Glasgow for a couple of days.

A no-frills experience, the hotel was about what I expected. Room was comfortable enough, desk staff directed me to a reasonably priced car park nearby and there were lots of places to eat & drink nearby. Comfy bed, working TV, roomy shower. Nice staff, nice area, good conditons of the hotel....

A good Hotel. Not too far from the centre. Quiet. Parking in central Glasgow is a real challenge and this is true near the hotel. Taking up the 24hr reduced rate offered is probably a good idea unless you are out and about in your car all day.

Central location - within easy walking distance of city attractions. Room basic but it was clean. For a budget hotel very close to the city centre, it is value for money.

When I saw the price of this hotel I was sceptical, but I was delighted with my stay there. We stayed for a couple of nights, then went to another city and stayed the IBIS again when we returned to Glasgow. For the price it is excellent. Very helpful staff, excellent location (Sauchihall St shops, bars, restaurants few mins walk!) and the rooms themselves […] are comfortable. Breakfast great value for £7.50 considering it's a buffet. i have to use a hotel in this area and so will probably have to use the ibis again but given the choice i would not.

Though staff were friendly I would not stay here again. The room wasn´t clean and after having to change rooms due to a smokey smell and stained bedsheets, we found that the overall cleanliness wasn´t up to our standards. The location of the hotel is okay, I just didn´t find my stay here comfortable.

The IBIS brand is a good guarantee for a good package of provided services, in very reasonable prices. Whenever I'm looking for a budget hotel, IBIS is at the top of my list.

This place did what we needed it to - provide us with a cheap overnight stay. It was basic, but clean. Our room had a funny smell when we first entered but got used to it quickly. I would recommend this hotel as a cheap overnight stay but only if it does work out to be cheaper for you than other hotels.
