Apart from the poor quality of the food in the bar on the evening I arrived I enjoyed my stay and would use this hotel again

The first time I booked this hotel was about 4 years ago for a leisure family vacation. I wasn't happy with the staff's attitude especially the ones at the breakfast buffet area. They were not customer friendly at all. We also had to wait for the room to be cleaned eventhough we have checked in late. This time I decided to give it another go hoping […] that my past experience was wrong. Our recent stay just proved me and my friends right. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the following reasons: -on the first night,we could hear a child crying from the other room which gave us an idea to tone down our voice and chat quietly as we didn't want to annoy the neighboring room. Surprisingly, few minutes later, a staff knocked our door and said that the next room has complained about our noise despite our conscious effort for our action. As I can recall, we weren't even laughing or screaming. Given the fact that your staff had agreed that the noise could be heard from a distance had only proved that your staff had downgraded your hotel in a basis of poor soundproofing and favoring the other party even we're both the same paying customers. Until the wee hours of the morning, we could hear the child crying and that kept us awake. We didn't complain about it as we felt this is a foolish thing to do and unethical. -With regards to the pool, we still find the tiles dirty which is unhygienic and not properly maintained. -On our check out, I accidentally left my car keys inside the room and unfortunately my room was locked totally that i couldn't go back in. I phoned the reception for assistance but i was told I had to come down mysef to collect another key. So i did what i was told only to find out that it was the wrong key. This time I wasn't happy to go down and up the stairs .As a paying customer, I expected the staff to provide me with a good service and immediate assistance. The housekeeping staff would have been the handiest way or should have been around for th Lisez la suite

Sadly not a great experience. Stayed 3 nights and found it hard to sleep. Bed was uncomfortable, fridge in the room making noise. Also ate in the resturant where the waiter service is very good, but the food was 2nd rate, has to complain that the chicken breast was burned on one side and the Chips raw. when I booked this hotel I requested a quiet room not over a bar or function room. The room was located at the back of the hotel and was perfect, there wasn't a sound. The receptionist told me that they had got my request and said that they hoped that all would be with the location of the room. The customer service at the front desk was excellent. We spent one night in the hotel. Had a meal in the restuarant which was quite good. Menu was a bit limited. Overall the stay was ok apart from being woken by a drunk man thinking our room was his or one of his friends.

Just to say that I had a very enjoyable stay,my room was very spacious and spotless with all the required facilities. My wife and I had a very enjoyable breakfast in relaxed surroundings both of us were absolutely satisfied with the buffet which catered for all tastes. The hotel is a conference hotel. It was difficult getting parking. We had difficulty finding the room because the room had the number G34 and we were given the room number 034. So there was some confusion The receptionist .did not try to help and I found him rude. The next morning we had coffee in the bar which was horrid. Lovely Hotel, Very clean.Bout three miles from city centre, good shopping centre close to hotel.

On arrival at hotel after a days shopping we were told the leisure facilities closed at 6pm, this was very disappointing as we had brought our 10 yr old daughter and expected to go for a swim. Also the bar food stopped at 6pm as well - this then meant we had to go out to look for somewhere to eat. the hotel had a restaurant however we were looking for […] something casual and relaxing. The next morning we got up to go for a swim as we did not get the evening before. When we arrived at the leisure facilities reception we were told the boiler was broken and the pool was not heated properly! Apparently on speaking with another member of the public in the changing rooms the boiler was broken for some time and this had also happended last year!!!! We travelled with EasyJet from Edinburgh to Belfast. Despite the terrible snow and weather conditions the airline service was excellent. We came for a weekend break and to attend a friend's wedding. The Ramada Belfast was an excellent choice to use as a base to travel by taxi (approx £8) to the city centre of Belfast which offered a wide range of shops […] and the new Victoria Mall ~ spoilt for choice ! We stayed 3 nights in the Ramada which has a Leisure Club, an Indian Restaurant, The Barbican Bistro, Hair Salon and Spice Club Beauty Salon. We used most of the facilities the Hotel had to offer ~ The food and all staff services including our hot massage in the Spice Club were excellent. The bedroom was clean, warm, quiet and comfortable. Our only complaint was the swimming pool which was cold due to faulty heating but despite this would still highly recommend the Ramada Belfast. Lisez la suite

Very disappointed with recent stay at the hotel. Our room was quite nice but the smell from the drain in the bathroom was terrible.There were several wedding receptions taking place which mean't we could not get a seat or a meal in the hotel bar as the wedding parties had congregated there rather than the ball rooms. As the hotel is quite a distance […] from the city centre we ate in the hotel restaurant which was expensive and the food was average. More alarming was the fact we were woke several times during the night with shouting and fighting in the corridors. When checking out the group in front of us also complained about their stay however the girl in reception was uninterested. Our stay in the hotel was not cheap and we certainly will not be back. stopped off on way from north coast to dublin. seemed a bit isolated from shops, etc but suited us fine for our needs. restaurant served good food and good service. would recommend

Got no sleep most of the night due to poor supervision of non-residents in hotel corridors banging on doors!! Also room beside main carpark people smoking outside bedroom and taxis tooting horns at 1am. To add insult to injury LA fitness wouldnt let me use the pool at 5.10pm because it closed at 5.30, even though the sign in hotel says 6. When my husband […] asked why I couldt use the pool the attendant falsely stated she was merely advising me. The conversation was me "Can I use the pool" her "Im sorry the pool closes at 5.30 come back tomorrow" That is definately go away and dont bother me talk! Booked the hotel to use the leisure facilities so this was a real let down. Breakfast excellent fluffiest eggs ever! the restaurant was not very clean lots of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling ,and also the bar table was very stickly not cleaned properly not a four star good location would go back if the cleaniness was improved four star should a four star.

I would have to commend staff for being so helpful and courteous. My short stay of 2 nigths was a pleasant experience. I found the hotel catered for all your needs, just a short drive to city center. I look forward to returning in a few weeks. I would highly recommend staying here.
