Les chambres sont propres. Il y a un grand espace vert situé derrière l'hôtel, très agréable et surtout très pratique pour sortir notre chien.Le personnel est agráble. Commerces et restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel assez facile d'accès pour aller au centre ville de Nashville (20 min).

Superbe hôtel. Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons apprécié grandement notre séjour. A un quart d'heure du centre-ville ( Broadway st ), nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

très bon hôtel, proche de l'aéroport mais aussi de commerces. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées. Il y a également une piscine et un spa. Le personnel est à votre écoute. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

This is well maintained Embassy property. If you've ever stayed at an Embassy suites, it's got all the hallmarks of the property: two beds in a room, sitting area, kitchenette, breakfast, manager's reception. They also have a FREE shuttle that will take you within two miles of the hotel until 10 p.m., which limited the number of cabs we needed to take […] (saves $$$). The hotel is really close to Broadway (where all the bars are), so we would take the shuttle down there at night and a cab back later on. It was a great time and a great stay at the Embassy! We went to Nashville for the marathon. The hotel was located fairly close to the start of the race, which is why I chose it. This hotel was located about a mile from all the "touristy" stuff, but very close to many bars, restaurants, and live music. If you are willing to walk 10-20 minutes, you can pretty much get anywhere, or they have a complimentary […] taxi service that will take you anywhere within 2 miles for free! We stayed here for 5 nights, and had a great experience. The breakfast is great and so is the manager's reception. Very nice rooms. Hotel is 2 miles from downtown but has good free shuttle service which you can book at half-hour intervals to take and collect you. It failed us once and we had to get a taxi back. Reasonably good breakfast but the food wasn't very hot. No safe in room. Managers free drinks from 5.30 to 7.00 each evening. 11 storeys but only two lifts […] - not a problem when we were there as the hotel was far from full but it could be if the hotel is full. The hotel staff is excellent; helpful, pleasant, very friendly. Our room was meticulously cleaned. Our only complaint was the uncomfortable pillows, but the beds were great. We choose this hotel thinking it was on the other side of Broadway. We realized upon arrival that we were not within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the nightlife. However, cab's were easily accessible and rates seemed fair! The hotel was nice and comfortable. The hotel offered us complimentary cocktails on Saturday night, and complimentary […] breakfast on Sunday morning. Checkout was at 12noon which was wonderful considering the late night before. All that being said, I think next time we would like to say a little closer in, but this was a great bang for our buck, and I would consider Embassey in the future! There was a free service that took us anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel, which we used to take us to all downtown Nashville attractions. "Watch your belongings"
There was a leak in the piping under the bathroom sink. There was something wrong with the HVAC unit. Every time it would shut off there was this very loud "thump" that would wake you up. This happened several times during the night. The phone in the room did not work. I spoke to the front desk about the problems and I believe they fixed the leak but […] nothing else. We also ate in the restaurant in the hotel and left an expensive coat in our booth. We returned to get the coat but the restaurant was closed. The next day when they opened the coat was not to be found. I feel the coat was stolen by staff. When we spoke to the hotel management they did nothing to assist us. Pros: Great beds, nice sitting room with pull out couch for the sister we went to visit at Vanderbilt. Delicious included breakfast. Very close to Vanderbilt. Cons: Quite pricey (our reservation was made for us, so we didn't choose the hotel), $16 self park or $20 valet parking in an incredibly tight, twisting garage.
