Great hotel, the room door can be sealed a little bit better. Other than that, everything else is great.

"We come fot the pool!"
The pool is the best part for the kids and I love the comfy beds! Just wish there was a clock in the pool area... With the way our kids love to swim, we almost swam through check-out time!
"Comfortable and great pool"
The beds were great. Love having lots of pillows. The pool was perfect for our grandchildren ages 18 months thru 5 years.

They're right off the hwy, take multiple pets of all sizes and have a great pool for the kids! The staff was very pleasant upon arrival, welcoming us and our furry friends. We couldn't have been more pleased with the price and accommodations. Also appreciated having Subway across the street. We'll stay there again.

"Best Western plus Kelly Inn-Omaha NE fun for kids"
Had family get together to celebrate fall birthdays and Halloween. Great pool for younger children. 3 families (all with same last name) made reservations separately. Motel staff arranged for family assisgned rooms to be close to each other on same floor without being asked!! Was appreciated!!!
"Pool area is nice for young children"
The pool area is nice for younger children. Our 5 and 2 year old had a lot of fun playing on the slides. The rooms were pretty nice although the hotel in general is a little dated.

"The kids loved it!"
We picked this hotel for 2 reasons: #1. Location to a reception hall for a family wedding. #2. The pool for the kids. The hotel was very nice and the room was pretty too. The bed could have been a little bit sofer, but it was still nice. The pool was super warm for the kids to play in and it was just the right depth for them to feel safe. They loved […] the slides and they could go up the steps by themselves because the slides weren't huge! The pool was a little old looking and some tiles were missing, but we didn't care. "Needs TLC for the safety of kids"
This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel but we will probably not stay here again. Staff were very friendly. The pool is the perfect size for children but it has issues. The water was hazy or dirty, the pool had a large crack in the side where the little kids walk in and tiles were missing along the edges-could possibly cut someone. We found blood […] in 3 places in our bathroom. The staff were prompt to clean it and apologized but the fact that 1 spot was on the tile floor, it made us question the cleanliness of the entire room. "Best Western - very nice pool for kids"
This Best Western does not have your normal pool. The entire pool is no deeper than 3 ft and there is large slide with another slide for kids. We have 4 daughters adn we couldnt get them out of the pool. Great fun! Also they welcomed pets, we had 2 dogs and they gave us doggy treats at check in. When I first arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful... she looked up my reservation and got me a room promptly...There is a Perkins right on site... and the swimming pool is only 3 ft deep and is great for little kids...they had slides and fountains for them to play in... they also had a hot tub about 2 ft away from […] the pool area so I could have my vacation too...Great Hotel for families with kids... "All but one thing was fine"
All things were fine with the hotel and room, with one exception. At around 2 in the morning the room was becoming a bit chilly. Turning on the heat started more than 5 minutes of LOUD grinding and the sound of a motor straining. Eventually it quieted down, but a moment later the system shut off.. and a few minutes later started again, making the same […] awful sound. I finally had to turn it off and accept the chill. The toilet did not flush well at all and plug once during our stay. The tub did not drain at all well, so we were standing in water while showering. Hubby had to wait 10 minutes for my shower to drain before he could use it. A.C. is keeping temps down but takes NO moisture out of the air. The result is a musty smell and real dampness. Overall, I was disappointed with the hotel. The elevator and wifi were not working, the staff never even looked up as we came and went and there were no amenities-no coffee in the lobby, bowl of fruit, nothing. The adjoining restaurant was awful. Had we paid $20+ less, I wouldn't have been disappointed, but for the price of the room, we could have stayed […] in numerous other close hotels that offered more for the price. "great bargain, and friendly folks"
this was a true hidden gem. upon check-in, to needs through out stay, and check out, we were never displeased. the staff at this property was extremely helpful & friendly. the room itself was very nice and quite a surprise for a best western. if you're in the area, definately check out this property. you'll be pleasently surprised!

Only one computer in the Business Center, and it was ailing. The Perkins Restaurant attached was excellent. Desk clerk was very accommodating with sending faxes.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel while in town for a family wedding. It was very quitet, as clean as could be, our king room seemed extra large, and there was a nicely equipped exercise room and a spa. The pool area is really cute, but obviously a children's pool. We expected the hotel to be overrun with children but it was not. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was excellent, with a small slide into 8" water for young kids, and a much larger slide into 3' water. A great place for kids and parents...the pool was fabulous....the beds were very comfortable!

The pillows were brand new and very fluffy which was uncomfortable and when asked for a flatter pillow they has old lumpy ones. I got very sick when Iw as there and the people ant the front desk offered to bring me up food and in general they were very helpful. My illness was not associated with my stay.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and loved it. It has the best pool for kids. The only thing was that the hot tub wasn't very hot like the first time we were there. Overall, its a very nice hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel everytime we visit Omaha and we would never think of staying anywhere else! The pool is perfect for my kids, ages 4 and 2, I only wish all hotels had such a shallow pool! Fabulous hotel for families with small children. Close and easy to get to Childrens Museum, Zoo, BounceU and amazing pizza machine. This was great. The pool was fun, the rooms were great. This is the 2nd year in a row Ive stayed at this hotel. I love this hotel, great price, very clean and beds are very comfy. My daughter loves the pool and its very close to the zoo. I will keep staying at this hotel everytime I go to Omaha. I was very happy with my stay.

The rooms were nice, had been updated. Very clean. The beds weren't as comfortable as I'd like, but ok. The swimming pool was awesome for our kids, ages 4,6,& 10. They loved it! There were two slides & only 8 inches on shallow end. It was only 3 ft deep but just right for the kids. The hot tub was great! Next trip to Omaha Zoo, we will definitely stay […] here again. I thought the staff at this hotel was exceptional. The pool was the best hotel pool we've ever seen, especially for small children. The service and food at the adjoining Perkins was great, and the prices were surprisingly low (and we have one locally).
