Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.La piscine est intérieure, elle est assez grande. Seul inconvénient, elle est au centre de l'hôtel et on est donc à la vue de tous. Le personnel est très prévenant. Nous avions pris une formule petit déjeuner compris, en réalité nus avions un forfait de 10 $, mais comme le petit déjeuner est gratuit pour les enfants, ceci s'est révélé suffisant. Un seul regret on ne nous l'avait pas expliqué. Auburn n'est pas une ville très attractive, mais elle est très bien située à côté de sites à voir, notamment du village de Skaneateles.

Très bon hôtel, situé dans un cadre plaisant dans le Vermont, propre, confortable, dommage que nous y sommes restés qu'une seule nuit puisque de passage, la piscine a été fortement appréciée le soir après des journées torrides

Ce grand hôtel avec un hall d'entrée superbe, des suites immenses et confortables, est très bien si vous voulez du calme, un environement très chic et cosy. L'accueil est parfait, mais il faut bien savoir parler l'anglais pas un mot en français! Le restaurant 1060 est une pure merveille, du petit déjeuner au diner c'est un véritable plaisir gustatif !

"They don't pre-heat"
I booked a room because I needed to be in Syracuse for business and wanted to drive up the night before. The temperature when I got to the hotel was -3 Fahrenheit outside. I got my room key, and went up to the room, and when I arrived there, I found a room that was absolutely frigid. The room is not centrally heated, there is a heating/air conditioning […] unit that has to be turned on for heat. I called the front desk and was told all the rooms are like that, so I had to sit in my winter coat for two hours waiting for the room to reach a tolerable temperature to go to sleep. ""Chilly Sleepless Night""
Room was freezing. Took all night for it to warm up even with the heater on high. Choose the option to have pick of room. Wanted King room, gave me 2 queens. Comfortable hotel and room. Clean, nice bathroom and shower. Heater took while to warm the room (it's November), but no big deal. Free Wifi internet in the room, which was great. I was in town for a conference and I had early classes, during my stay there was a party in the hallway which kept me awake till 3 a.m. I think management should have had more control over the quiet time . "Comfortable"
Room was spacious and had a large flat screen TV and a roomy mini refridgerator. The beds and linens were comfortable. I did have an annoying fly in the room which I finally was able to kill the morning of my checkout. Although the room faced the highway there was no highway noise noticed in the room. The bathtub needs to be replaced as there are permanent […] stains in the surface and the toilet needs to be addressed for being wobbely and running without reason. The breakfast was heavy on carbs and could use more fruit. The staff was very pleasant. The interior seems to have been updated recently. The steakhouse on sight seemed busy with local patrons so it is probably good although I was eating with friends and relatives on this visit. I love the convenience of the location and Daniella's, the attached , though separately owned, restaurant. The plumbing and the passing trains are very noisy. I slept with earplugs. One day, niether my room, nor the rooms of friends in the same hallway were cleaned. What's up with that? Was great while working at the State Fairgrounds during the State Fair opening weekend. Enjoyed the steakhouse downstairs. Housekeeping did a great job 'resetting' my room each day. We stayed here one night as we attended the NYS Fair & a concert there at night. Hotel offered free shuttle service to & from Fair, even when our concert didn't get out until midnight! We had to switch rooms twice because the rooms were not clean (bathrooms, sheets, etc). Eventually the owner or manager or some sort of higher up arrived and helped us get into a room which was clean. The staff was helpful, apologetic, and tried their best, but whoever the maid service was did a terrible job cleaning. They did finally resolve the situation […] to our satisfaction and got us in a clean, comfortable room. The experience would have been very pleasing if that had been our first room. There was no safe in the room, so when we went to dinner I placed my camera case in the nightstand of our room. The camera case contained our camcorder and camera. The next day, we had to get up very early to catch a train to New York City. We were celebrating my daughter passing her five year mark in completing her cancer treatment. In our haste to […] make our train I forgot our camera case in the nightstand. I e-mailed immediately from the train, and phoned as soon as we arrived at Penn Station in New York City, I called the hotel directly, speaking with the manager. I explained exactly where the case was and requested they courier it to our hotel in NYC and I would pay the cost, which they agreed to do. No-one had checked into our rooms (which was confirmed at the time), I believed there would be no problem. Three days passed and no package arrived. We were leaving NYC the next day. I called the hotel again, and spoke to the manager who “claimed” the camera case was not there, and that she had checked the room herself. She also “claimed” that she was in there before housekeeping even got in there. One of those statements is obviously false, as I knew exactly where the case was. Also, she had my phone number and my contact information at the hotel in NYC, and over that three days made no attempt whatsoever to contact me to inform me of the theft of my valuables. Our room was nice, comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable and the room appeared modernly decorated. The complimentary breakfast was not great; microwaved sausage rounds and egg rounds...kinda gross actually. I have stayed at other Best Western's and had a MUCH better breakfast included.
