hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

Agréable moment pas de désagréments majeurs , bien que nous n'y ayons passés que deux nuits séparés , c'était correct idéal pour les gens qui doivent faire une escale d'une nuit s'ils doivent partir en croisière !

"Good hotel with excellent service"
We enjoyed our overall stay, the only thing we were not happy with was our room! We felt we did not get value for our money...dont take the studio city view room that says its overlooks the ocean and beach we saw neither from our room.... .the room was situated over the main road, very noisy and no double glazing so could hear literally everything!! […] Small and quite a dark and a depressing room! On positive note- the services were excellent, restaurants, the staff were friendly and forthcoming! The spa was great! The hotel is perfect, expensive but worths the price, the only thing I didn't like is the way reception treats you when yo want to change credit cards and want to have yor credit back. They don't seems to like it even been a Luxury Visa Brand Hotel. So, be sure of what credit card you want to use for the hotel charges.Everything else is just perfect.You […] are treated like a king and don't have to worry about anything because they do what yo ask, even findind a medicine at 3am and bringing to you in a few minutes.Awesome. "The Setai.........Wow! great hotel"
I'The Setai is a fantastic hotel and has a great pool area overlooked by an outside restaurant and barbecue section cooking the most amazing food. Next to this is Miami Beach where you can get private sun loungers on the beach (belonging to the Setai) with waiter service and food brought out to you! The service is equally good whether you are inside […] one of their fabulous restaurants or by the pool or beach. Rooms are beautifully finished and are quite unusual in design following an asian type decor. I can honestly say this is such a well run hotel with attention to every detail and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Cocktail bar made some of the best drinks I've had, with great attention to detail! We have stayed at this Setai before, and find it relaxing and unique. Unfortunately, this stay, our room, which was a 2-story suite, was uncomfortably warm. Even after asking the front desk to do something about the heat. Also, the mood lighting is beautiful but not very practical. I found it frustratingly dark. Until bedtime. Then, it was impossible […] to get the lights to turn off, and we ended up sleeping with all the downstairs lights on all night! "Setai - Best hotel or a joke?"
I'll be brief ... check in process was very impressive ... you are seated and they come to you with a refreshment. After check in, everything is pretty much down hill in terms of facility quality and service (by the way, hotel seemed pretty empty and service was still bad). The room looks fabulous at first glance (except the laptop screen sized TV), […] but in actuality the room is not functional. Nice form but no function. Double vanity sinks have no place to put your stuff. Women can not easily apply make up due to the very large round shaped sinks (women cannot lean forward toward mirror). Hall noise comes right into the room. Tub is located in living area right below TV and is awkward to use given it's shape and size as well as location. Service (post check-in) is a joke. They have great difficulty in delivering an iron to the room ... waited 30 minutes and gave up since I was running late. hotel grounds are poorly designed ... give it a walk behind the courtyard through the pools toward the beach and you'll see. We switched to Ritz Carlton (2-3 blocks away and right on Lincoln Avenue where the pedestrian mall is) after 2 nights which was PACKED but still had great service. There's a reason why Setai was empty while the Ritz Carlton was packed!!! Avoid the Setai or be disappointed!!! Lage etwas zurückgesetzt vom Strand, da Hotel nicht im davorstehenden Setai Apartment Tower, somit keine Aussicht, was für ein 5-Sterne Hotel mangelhaft ist. Dunkle Räume sind Geschmackssache, allerdings würde ich mich im Badezimmer gerne bei hellem Licht rasieren. Kein Office Center mit Computern und Druckern vorhanden, bloss W-LAN auf Zimmer. Drinks […] schlecht gemixt. Frühstücksbuffet sehenswert aber mit $46 pro Person äusserst teuer. Gleiches gilt für Spa und alle weiteren Dienstleistungen. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Expedia

Enige negatieve was de verbouwing, daardoor was de bar niet in gebruik. Verder extreem goed hotel. Niet goedkoop maar dat weet je van te voren. Mooie exclusieve kamers. Op strand worden de bedden opgedekt en er wordt evian voor je klaar gezet. Onberispelijke service.Avis véridique Expedia
