Pour un arrét, il est parfait. Excellent rapport qualité, prix ; par contre il est indispensable de posséder un moyen de déplacement.

I can't believe that the manager of this hotel thought it was okay to open a door with a do not disturb sign and try to allow a drunken guest who he didn't actually know the name or room #, and trespass with a female guest who was sleeping guest at 6am. It was singlehandedly the most disturbing thing I have ever experienced. Their are not security chains […] on the inside of the rooms so this is very unsafe. Lisez la suite

Very nice hotel, with friendly helpful staff. For me the only downsides were that the wifi didn't work well and it's a long way from anywhere else if you don't have a car.

Bed and bath were clean, but floor was not. (No rugs so it could have been mopped. Also at night german cockroaches were on the desk.

The hotel was in a great location but in need of some renovations. It was basically clean but old. Floor tiles were missing in the bathroom and tiles were stained in the main room. Pretty worn.

The promised wi-fi was not working. I asked them about it for 4 days...

Very enjoyable stay. A true bargain during high season. People work hard to keep everything clean and running smoothly. Pool very clean and refreshing. Great sushi restaurant right across the street...easy access to City Center and Palm Beach...especially by car. Breakfast staff very helpful and accommodating.

I wish I could rate this hotel higher because it has a great location. Thought it would be alot different. The pictures on line look very cool and contemporary which the lobby and breakfast area are but certainly not the rooms! They are worse than your most basic hotel room.The A/C unit is in the wall and surrounding the unit you could see the outside. […] The deadlock on our door did not work.My husband and I stayed one night only and cancelled the remaining time. The staff was nice but when I asked about if there were any rooms like the ones posted online she said," there were only a few" and that the hotel was going to be renovated in the future.??? Would have liked to have known that beforehand.The continental breakfast was fine, the outdoor patio is very pretty and they have invested alot in landscaping but the room situation was a total disaster. very disappointed. Very convenient location, comfortable accomodations. Great variety of guests, many international visitors and all age groups. Friendly, pleasant staff.

We recently stayed here over the course of Spring Break. The place was more than what I expected reading the previous reviews. It's no 5-star drop dead place, but it's a great hotel and it's cute. Breakfast provided every morning (cereal, bagels, coffee, yogurt...etc.). Our room was clean!!

The hotel is very clean and I liked the bar. Being larger people, we noticed that all of the furniture looks very fragile and the bed was not very comfortable. You could see right through our bathroom window and the parking is terrible. It was not the worst place I've ever stayed but I don't think I will stay there again.

Clean and comfortable. Near airport. Great price. Nice pool. Not much amenity wise, not even a soda machine, but free breakfast. Convenience store across street, otherwise the stuff in walking distance is fast food. If you are renting a car and don't mind driving everywhere a great choice. I don't know where they got the 3-star rating!! Maybe from their modern lobby. The room smelled of disinfectant so strong, that even after trying to air out the room for three days, the smell was still there. There were no drawers, no carpet or rugs. The floor was dusty. The one tiny closet did not have a door. The air-conditioner was old and loud. […] The description said "Garden room", but both windows faced a fence no more than one foot away from the windows. The manager was extremely unpleasant and unaccomodating. One evening there was no parking available, so we had to park in a dark place behind the hotel, which said "Tow Away Zone". I am not sure where they got all these nice pictures of the hotel! I did not see any of these images during the 3 days I was there. Poor breakfast. The only toaster they had did not work. Hotel is under renovation, but has potential to be attractive to people who don't want a large chain hotel. It's in an historic district in West Palm Beach and is itself an historic structure from the 1920's. It needs lots of TLC! Not the quietist location...garbage truck woke me at 4:35 am, followed by the railroad horn blasting it's way down the track […] - then came the low flying jet from the nearby airport. Nice room but poor room services, no house keeping next day.

This hotel really tries to be a nice old motel-style hotel. It's being fixed up, but they haven't done it quite right (cheap fixtures, plastic furniture). If you don't mind floors that are barely swept and barely-adequate air conditioning (old-in-window-style); then they're fine. For the most part we thought the hotel was alright we do wish the room was a bit bigger and the bed not attached to the wall. Cleaning people were nice and for a continental breakfast not bad. I would request for more parking spaces and not too narrow.

This was a get a way weekend and the renovated room was right in line as pictured on the website. We checked in and was immediately directed to our room, from a cheerful desk clerk. No complaints about the location because it was well kept, near a nice neighborhood, and quick access to the main route. Biba Hotel was good, A great base to stay and have a look around West Palm Beach. Clearly still a work in progress, but good work going on. Our stay was fine, but coffee/tea making facilities would have made it better. No complaints here. Good luck... You deserve a chance to succeed....Six months in, and doing well.

The location is fabulous.... My room was very average yet I knew what I was getting prior to arrival. The walls are thin so be prepared..... The staff is wonderful and try exceptionally hard to please. Nice breakfast area and poolside is a delight. The floors are just awful - they need work for real...... Good value no matter what......

Biba is a neat little hotel tucked away on a side street. It's got a uniqueness about it and is being renovated nicely. The breakfast was good, pool was nice, and was a refreshing take from the typical chain. It's close driving distance to hotels, downtown West Palm, and beaches. We were in the "older" part of the hotel which looked like an old motel. Not very clean. Mold is an issue as well. Try a newer hotel in the area.

This is not a cookie-cutter-no-personality institution. This is an adorable little hotel, packed with personality and charm, sort of Key West-y, and less than a mile from City Center in West Palm Beach. The building is old, so it isn't flawless, but the furniture, paint, and bathrooms are definitely updated and the room was clean. The bed was super […] comfortable. The toiletries include BODY WASH, which was wonderful! (I hate those smelly little bars of soap that most hotels offer.) No blow-dryer. Free wi-fi. Because it's old, the walls are a little thin, so it may not be the best spot if you're a light sleeper. The whole place is non-smoking, which was really nice. The pool area is intimate and quaint, same for the bar. There isn't a whole lot to do in the immediate vicinity, but City Center is just a five minute drive. For the low price, you really can't beat it! All in all, it was the perfect spot for our one-night stay-cation for our anniversary. Lisez la suite

Overall stay was ok. Smallish rooms. The decor was more eclectic than your typical hotel but it was still rather shabby looking. Peeling paint, the bathroom floor was uneven and even though the rooms were tile there were no rugs. The biggest problem was the lack of hot water. The bathroom sink was fine but the shower was lukewarm at best, so I went […] without a shower rather than have a cold one. The staff was nice when I informed them of the problem and assured my they'd look into it, although that definitely wasn't going to help me. It was ok, but not somewhere I would stay again. It looks like an old hotel that they tried to modernize... but in reality, the water pressure in the shower is dreadful... It just looked like an old place... on the website, they make it look like it's the Delano of South Beach... but it is nothing near it. The service was very friendly.

The staff couldn't be nicer and the hotel location is close to all the downtown sights. As I understand it, it is under a remodeling process.....the room I had was one that was in need of it. It was comfortable, but the noisey ac wall unit, the odd mix of paint colors, pitted mirror,beyond old terazzo badly in need of tlc and thin towels were a tad […] distracting but, if you are spending that much time in your room you're missing all the fun and great weather outside! so yes, I would go back and yes, I would recommend it to my friends. Interesting lay out, 'boutique hotel' feel, this is conveniently located and very OK for the price. Comfortable beds, friendly service.

Great Location. Perfect for Moon Fest - 1 mile away. Front desk associates very friendly. Can't wait for remodeling to be done. Cute Property.

The hotel was under partial construction, so the lobby looked lousy, the wine bar was closed, and there was no WIFI. There was no hot water in the room. One of the light bulbs was burnt out. A directory of the cable channels would have been nice.

We were very impressed with this hidden gem of a hotel. Small, clean and comfortable and within minutes of all the sights West Palm Beach has to offer. The front desk staff was very helpful with information about where to go on a Saturday night. The hotel was quiet and the rooms secluded. At first I wasnt sure what to think... The front is very modern, art-deco kind of hotel... on my way to the room I felt like I was at a little condo complex, which was pretty cool. The room did NOT match the rest of the hotel, in regards to decor. At first I thought, " oh you got to be kidding me." The room was small but brightly colored. But as I stayed […] I realized that it was very comfortable, cute and if I were with a significant other, there might have been the possibility of just staying in the room all day and night! Every time I looked out the window I kind of expected to see a little Carribean shoreline... I would recommend it. I would only say do not expect it to be super modern... but the staff was nice and the room was clean. I do also agree, however, that the "bar" looks as if there is never a soul ever in there.... the pool is not as well-kept as appears on the site and there was absolutely NO action in any area of the hotel. If you like 'off the beaten path' or alternatives to chain hotels, this place will be right up your alley as it was for us! The staff were so friendly, especially Lee the bartender. If you see him tell him 'the jens' say hi! While nothing extravagant, the hotel is decorated beautifully and the room extremely comfortable. We had no issues with hot water […] as I had read here prior to our stay. The pool is absolutely amazing and the garden just adorable. The shower had a bit of mold, but that's expected in humid South Florida and such an old, charming building. We will definitely be back and we recommend you give it a try. Lisez la suite

Hotel is okay, it's kind of run down and not in the greatest part of town. We stayed for two nights and were not able to get hot water for showers either of the two days. After the first night we explained the situation to the front desk who said they would send maintenance to the room while we were gone, when we got back it was the same so we called […] up again. I was then informed to let the shower run for 10-15 minutes if I wanted to get hot water. After this incredibly wasteful technique was used we were still stuck with our cold shower. I travel for work more than pleasure, this little boutique is just right for that. It's off the beaten path but close enough by car to everything. It was clean, had a nice pool and a small bar with all the basics.

I traveled for 8 years . this was by far the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was perfect. exquisite is more like it. Not even a suite overlooking Newport Beach was as nice and cozy as the Hotel Biba. Thank You
