Hôtel très bien situé, grande chambre, propre. Bon accueil et personnel dévoué. Petit déjeuner correct mais loin d'une prestation européenne.

Hotel sympa manque service petit dejeuner piscine agreable mais pas toujours propre bien place en centre ville mais centre ville vite fais le tour . Surnom petit las vegas on comprend pourquoi

très bon hôtel mais le point négatif se sont le prix du restaurant qui est certes très bon mais faut pas exagérer. De plus ,nous sommes français et nous parlons pas très bien la langue mais nous comprenions les réflexions que les serveurs se faisaient entre eux !!! Pas très discret de dire derrière notre dos " ah des français ce n'est pas bon pour nous !!! " ( pour le pourboire ) de plus ,ils ont voulu nous faire payer le petit déjeuner a notre fille qui vient d'avoir 2 ans et qui est arrivée avec son biberon de chocolat. Elle n'a donc pas mangé de petit déjeuner . Bref, attention à la note du restaurant qui peut être salée !!! Sinon RAS hôtel formidable avec la vue exceptionnelle !!!! On y retournera !!!!

The hotel was very nice. Close to shopping, good food and fun bars. There are signs everywhere in the hotel talking about recycling, renewal and not wasting which I loved. great location and very friendly staff! The breakfast was amazing - even had fresh hot oatmeal (not the instant in a bag) with almonds and dried fruit as additions! Hot eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit etc etc. This was a great deal! We stayed for one night for a cheer comp, and we had a great time:). The rooms were clean, the pool and hot tub were great, as well as the free breakfast! The only problem we had was that we couldn't get our room to warm up, the thermostat wasn't adjusting and the room wasn't even at 70 degrees, so it was chilly. We decided to take a weekend off shopping and relaxing at a Hotel. We are so glad that we choose Hampton Inn. 15 minutes drive from border, 10 minutes drive to Walden and Fashion outlet malls. Great place to stay. Went for a few nights between Christmas and New Years with our teens. Location is good for walking to restaurants and a nearby movie theatre. Hotel very nice and comfortable, staff friendly and attentive. Grood breakfast served in a very nice breakfast room. We visit Buffalo often to see family and friends - a few times a year. We have tried many hotels / motels in the area. This Hampton Inn is easily one of the nicest. Overall the hotel presents as attractive, clean, and up to date, with a somewhat modern decor and room furnishings. The room we had was spacious for a 2 queen - plenty of room for my wife […] and I, and our son. The 2nd floor breakfast area, computer room, lounges, fitness center, and the pool, are all attractive, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. The staff friendly and helpful. We had one small problem during our stay and they jumped right on it. Without question we would stay here again on a future trip. "DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE WE PAID"
The amenities provided in the room were good like fridge and microwave which I needed to have as we had a special needs child. We stayed for 2 days over the weekend of Black Friday and both the days my wife would have to call the housekeeping to provide extra bath towel and face and hand towels as we had 2 children with us. The room had only one king […] size bed and no sofa bed so it was pretty uncomfortable for all four of us to accommodate on that one bed. Since the children had eaten in the room my wife had requested at the front desk the next morning before we stepped out to have the carpets n floor cleaned (vacuum) and when we returned late night after doing all our shopping at 11 we found that neither the beds had been done nor the carpets were cleaned just the garbage bins were emptied and new towels set up in the washroom. The bath tub was also not cleaned as the spills of children body wash was still sitting there . The breakfast buffet is good but the disappointing factor was there were no milk tetra packs (neither 2% or chocolate milk) for the children. WE travel very frequently and have stayed in most of the hotels and when we mention that we have a special needs child travelling with us the hotel staff takes utmost care of the needs of cleanliness and comfort for the family . The Hampton Inn in Buffalo, New York's Delaware Avenue offers an extremely convenient location at the centre of the city's downtown. While the city has retained an impressive architectural legacy, including a massive Art Deco city hall and the early 20th century mansions of Delaware Ave, within easy walking distance of the hotel, the area has still […] not fully recovered from a period of protracted decline, characteristic of so many central districts in US rustbelt cities. There is certainly some 'Queen City' night life for those seeking it, quite literally around the corner from the Hampton Inn, but this is really accommodation well suited for the North American business traveller or visiting college alumni returning to the Niagara Frontier for a football homecoming weekend. From our experience the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Our 'suite' included an excellent hot tub and we found the facilities generally to be clean and well maintained. The second floor gym was also quite impressive, though during our brief stay it didn't seem to have been much used. The breakfast buffet selection was not especially inspiring (DIY waffles, anyone?), and some would find the idea of recycled paper plates off-putting, though perhaps this measure reflects the chain's apparent attempt to lay claim to some green credentials. This was easily the nicest "3 star hotel" I've ever stayed in. You need a key card to park your car & access the top floors in the elevator - reassuring when you're downtown in a strange city. The breakfast was fine - would be nicer if they didn't use disposable plates / plasticware. Our room was on the 5th floor next to the elevators but it was surprisingly […] quiet. There was a shared door between our room & the one next door but we never heard anything so there probably weren't any guests there. Only minor issues to report: the air duct in the ceiling was kind of noisy and the TV was a little slow to respond to remote controls. (So minor we didn't even mention to the front desk.)
